Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
They are the worse! Ordered over $800 in clothing. Some of the items were not the correct size or not as expected. Needed to return the items that they sent me in the wrong sizes. Nasty Gal refused to pay for return postage even though it was their fault that I received the wrong sizes. I contacted paypal, since they were the creditors I used to make the purchases. They informed paypal that I would have to return everything that I ordered in order to receive a refund. Unbelievable! Who or what kind of company does that. I didn't have a problem with everything I purchased only the wrong sized items they sent me. Never again will I be purchasing from them. Customer service sucks! No direct phone #, everything is communicated via e-mail, which normally takes at least 48 hours for each correspondence.

Worse experience ever!
You just can't rely on having your order on time, even if you pay for the delivery express.
They won't refund until your order arrives and in this case, won't arrive in more than 10 days, and I will not be able to receive it anyway!
The client service won't help you to solve your problem!
Just be careful and don't trust this company! Wish had read of it before ordering it

I received a pair of boots that split in half on the first day of wearing them. Nasty gal would not refund me and needed me to send the boots back despite providing photographic evidence. Two months later I still am yet to receive a refund. Customer service is shocking.

This is such a ridiculous website and I have had enough of it that it is not even worth anymore of my anger or time and effort to write a review of which would be essay worthy. All I can say is, they obviously like to make a large profit and mess customers about. Don't even get me started on it, I could rant for ages

Nasty gal must have listened to all the negative reviews because we just ordered from them about $250 that included many items they all came in 1 delivery and the return was handled professionally and prompt we had our 55$ credit before they even received the return back! Quality was fine especially for the prices! Way to go nasty gal we WILL be back! 5 stars!

If you are shipping to Canada they will not show you the duties and taxes you have to pay so be careful! They sneaked me in to paying an extra $17 for duty taxes where I had to pick up my package at shopping without my agreement or confirmation on the receipt or anything. Never shopping here again that's for sure.

I should have listened to other reviews on here, but items more than a month ago and still waiting on return - had to spend $18 mailing it back to them when they tout "free returns" and now THEY don't know where my items are that I sent back.
Should not have to send them a photo of the postage receipt and all this crap.

I saw one of their outfits displayed in a fashion show on the news so decided to order from them. I ordered four items for the first time and was worried because I failed to check reviews prior to ordering. Am confused by previous poor reviews. I rec'd email confirmations and shipments in timely manner. Items rec'd quickly and are exactly what the photos show. They fit nicely, are of good quality and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely order from them again.

Got the I got this duster jacket, raw cut edges bad quality material. Generally just really crappy quality. Looked very different from site. Had issues with customer support and the paying process was very unsatisfactory

I have a $500 credit on nasty gal. I am having same problem as everyone else. No phone service. I tried to email and the email would not go through. I went to log onto my account and they say they do not have record of this email. BULL...! How do we get our money back? Any one know of a number to call the state they are in, etc. They cannot get away with this!

There are ADDITIONAL duty taxes. $75 DUTY TAX. That the site keeps in fine print so that you don't see it until you get an email asking to pay it. Very disappointed with how the company runs itself. Low key scammers. Ive read some reviews prior but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Honestly not worth the time and money...

I ordered the double breasted white jacket for my daughter.
When it came it was in an envelope. I thought this can't be the jacket.
It was! It was a cheap thin "jacket" made of fleece.
Very poorly made with everything off centre and doesn't hang evenly.
I will NEVER order from nasty dresses again.

I understand the company went under but that doesn't give them the right to just give up in the last couple weeks. Was overcharged almost 100$ received an email saying i would receive a refund for it... 3 weeks later no refund. I've tried emailing them over 6 times and no reply. This company is a joke and i now understand why they didn't last.

I ordered on 25 of april a pair of pink shoes, a blue skirt, earrings and a red jumper for 84.79. We are now the 23 of june and I still didn't get my delivery!
I emailed them about it a million time, but they keep ignoring it.

Please save yourself the time of ordering anything from them. They avoid refunding your returns at all costs, essentially stealing everyone's money, absolute waste of time and effort. ALSO clothing sizes are so off it's not funny.

The fabric and fitting is fine, I ordered three items and they did deliver sooner than expected which was a plus. HOWEVER, the smell of the clothing is horrendous. I can't even describe it. I have washed the clothes twice now and the smell won't go away. It is so strong that my entire house smells. I don't even feel comfortable putting it on my body. I wish I checked reviews prior to.

They have changed their carrier and they now charge extreme custom fees outside the US. My package was shipped to the UK (where I live) only for it to go Germany and come back so they could charge more fees. When I contacted Nasty Gal, they were extremely unhelpful and said that it was clearly listed in the terms and conditions that 'fees may vary by country'. Was a good customer, now will never buy from again!

Do not order if you live outside the US. 30% of total cost was charged in customs for my UK order.

It's always a gamble with online purchases, so I always check to make sure there's a return policy. NG has one, great, I order a cute blazer for work. It arrives and it literally looks like I'm wearing my mum's 6 sizes too big blazer when I'm 12. I don't know how they styled it on the model, maybe the clipped the back to give it some shape? It looked laughably ridiculous and the fabric was really cheap. Anyway, I process the refund request, thinking it will be like any other site, where you get a refund number then post it back. This, I can do through my business where I qualify for cheap high volume postage. Nope - I have to pay $15 and find the time to DROP THE PACKAGE to a post office. Literally, my most hated thing - I just dooooo not have time to go to a post office. That's why I shop online. The whole experience has been super frustrating and reminded me why I dont shop at these cheap, crap online sites anymore.

I have recently received my Nasty Gal Order. The vegan leather boots I ordered were for size 8, but they sent me size 6. It even has size 8 on the invoice. I am worried that if I return them I will not get a refund, after reading these reviews. I would really like to receive the boots in the size I ordered without extra cost.

So basically I ordered a pair of heels from this website about two weeks ago, they were delivered today and I'm very disappointed because I got sent a size 7 instead of a size 9. It's just a pain because it was for a gift for someone and now I can't really give them a pair of shoes which won't fit them. Quality wise they were very pretty and nice a few glue stains but noticeable. Such a shame

Checkout on app didn't work. Kept glitching even used two new payment methods. Deleted everything then tried again. I have plenty of money, so lack of funds is not an issue. Bank didn't block my cards. Reached out to them on ig and they gave cookie cutter response. Tried placing order with same CC on my laptop HOURS later… HOWEVER the promo code doesn't work online only through app, and when I checked out it automatically chooses the most expensive shipping option by default ($35 for shipping ffs). Before I even noticed shipping default I pressed purchase. I was pissed. Reached out again to let them know promo code that I wanted to use hours ago on app doesn't work online and their website sneakily automatically chooses express shipping. They said they couldn't do anything. With all this overpriced forever 21 clothing you'd think they have the budget for a better tech team to make the app work properly.
**Edit update: I returned the whole order. I was so disappointed with the horrible quality of the clothing. The sizing was weird, tight in one area while oversized in others. The fabric was crappy polyester. It was not a reflection on the price I paid. I just returned everything I was pissed. I see their ads on IG, and im tempted because it looks so cute a trendy... but I am not falling for it this time! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...not happening

True to size, easy returns, good quality fabrics for the price! It's fast fashion after all, I am very pleased with them and do recommend their products!

Really very BAD and unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service, I was shocked that nowadays you still can find places who don't value their customers at all. Such a shame as I was so happy and excited when found this website for the first time as they claim to stock some of my favourite brands. Would never recommend to buy anything from them. Check the brand and search of other retailers as most likely you will be dissappointed.
