Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

Correct items in my order had deodorant stains on them. The main item I had placed the order for was not in my package, and I received a wrong item instead. Customer service told me I had to wait until the item was shipped back to get a refund and I would not offer to send me the correct item. Very disappointing, do not recommend this business.

This website is a $#*!ing nightmare to navigate. The sizing charts are so useless, don't even bother with them. If you order something in a small be prepeared to receive anywhere between a regualr size 2 - size $#*!ing 8. Also don't be surprised if your items don't look ANYTHING like the photos. I ordered jeans off here because in the picture they were purple and I had been looking everywhere for jeans of that exact shade to match a purple jean jacket I had purchased. I wasted 45 dollars on these 'purple' jeans just to receive regular washed blue jeans in the mail. If I wanted plain blue jeans I would have gone to urban outfitters or some $#*! and gotten them for 12 dollars. $#*! this website, if you wanna order clothes online check out Romwe or Dollskill, they are upfront about what their products look like, and their value for money is great. This is overpriced crap, terrible quality.

I did my first online purchase and bought two dresses. I was so excited but one dressed wasn't how it looked liked in the picture and the other dress was simply too big. The sizing was my fault though. It is pricy, but the site features unique and trendy designs. I like that they sell brand name shows like Jeffrey Campbell, because some of the stores at my local mall doesn't carry the certain style of shoe. I'll be more hesitant in purchasing a dress or top from here again because I don't want to have to pay shipping to return the items!

This online store is okey. But i find it hard to get emails from them if I ask for something and they are always so busy and stuff like that. Made a order and it was nice, but i think that's it for me from them :)

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. It does make me feel better though to read that this is something that many others have experienced. This is embarrassing for them to have so many bad reviews.

They don't know how to handle international orders, customer service is poor, the quality of the dress came in very cheaply made and was sewn incorrectly making it faulty and unwearable. They will not return as you pay for their inflated duties and taxes (that they don't mention in the checkout page) and leave their customers at a a loss.

Quality of the dress is akin to something I can probably find in some cheapo flea market.

NastyGal you are all flash but no real class.

Never again.

I purchase lingerie on each holiday to surprise my boyfriend. I was immediately pulled in and loving each design. I was extremely disappointed when the pieces arrived. The material is not durable. I paid $85 for a bra and panty set. They were the quality you'd find at local cheap boutique. You are much better off going to Fredricks or Victoria Secret. Ouch!

TOTAL RIPOFF. I ordered a scarf, pictured on the site worn as an infinity scarf. When I recieved it, its just a piece of cloth thats not long enough to even be a regular scarf. Their return policy is a total RIPOFF as well; you can either get store credit or only partial credit- a $5.99 handling fee! What a joke. I'm livid. Terrible customer service, horrible quality of products. Never shopping here again.

Order my item on 11/19, now 12/03 still did not get my item. I paid $8 for shipping which they said "3 days express shipping". Totally lying and such a ripoff. Even stuff I bought from eBay takes faster and cheaper to ship than this company.

I used to really like their clothes, but after shopping with them for just a few times, I have to say this is the last time I'll buy stuff from them. Their quality is not as good as expected, especially with ridiculously high price. I'm not sure if I'm unlucky or their products are just crap, there's always defect on things I bought, especially if it is sales items. It's going to cost me more just to ship it back so I'll just keep it. Their stuff is not that unique after all, I've found many online sites with similar products and quality but at least 70% off, some sites with similar price but so much better quality than NastyGal. No reasons for me to shop there again.

Honestly, spare yourself the heartache! I returned my order 4 months ago and still have not received my money back. I just contacted them like a minute ago to ASKKK for MY money back! Are they f-ing delirious?! The quality of the clothing is a disgrace. So that was my first and last order ever at nasty gal!

I used to love their clothes! The item that I recently purchased was cheaply made and not like the photo at all! I don't know where they got the photos. Poor quality. I will be returning the item, ASAP!

Do not order from this company. They do not ship within the time indicated on the site, the customer service is terrible (I was treated with the upmost disrespect by the manager) and when I actually do see the item I spent money on, I'm hoping all the reviews of the quality being terrible is untrue. I wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing. Save yourself from ordering here. Had much success with many other sites. This one - never again.

Was finally able to reach them through their twitter support handle,@nastygalhelp. First they told me that my order was never in the system, despite emails "confirming" it had shipped. Then they told me it would ship before the end of the month, despite just claiming they had no record of it. When I asked if that was actually true, or should I just report them to my credit card company, they advised that reporting them would be my best chance at getting my money back.

Really unhappy! Absolutly love all the clothes, so decided to treat myself. I live in the uk and didn't want to spend a crazy amount, but I saw it said free shopping for purchases over 150 pounds, so I thought that was a good deal, so I increased my purchases in order for that as it would 'in theory' work out better. 10 days later, 3 days later then it was meant to come, it arrives and I'm charged 70 pounds for duty. Not only is that a ridiculous amount for a few items of clothing, I ended up having to pay more because I bought more to get the free shopping! An absolutle scam and cheek, not written anywhere! Completely putting me off shopping there now as you can't be told free shipping and get charged half of what you bought for shipping. Very angry. Something needs I be done about this, as nasty gal has lost an 'initially' big fab of the brand! (And I'm not someone who usually write reviews or complains, but I am fuming!)

After reading a number of reviews, I was nervous about ordering the Bad Blood Faux Leather Moto Jacket, but I couldn't be happier. The delivery did take a little while but the merch was well-packaged--neatly folded with tissue paper to protect the hardware. And the jacket is beautiful. I'm short so jackets can often hit a lot lower than they should--but this one is right where it should be. It looks just like the online pics and it's really soft--which is hard to do with faux leather! The single issue: the sleeves are a little long but that's okay. I don't mind them coming over my wrists, and I can always push them up. I certainly don't look as beautiful as the twenty-something online model but for an over 60s woman, I look fairly badass! V happy with this jacket. It'll be perfect for my upcoming Fall trip to the UK.

I ordered the Should've Stone Body Chain with next day shipping on the night of July 12th. By July 15th I still had not received the order and I paid $19 for next day shipping, which was more than the item itself cost, so I could wear it to a music festival this weekend. I tried calling customer service and never received an answer after waiting for at least a half hour. The promise 24 hour customer service via their live chat online but even when I went to do that it said no one was available. I had high expectations for this company, especially given the prices they charge, and I was highly dissatisfied with their lack of service and timeliness. This was my first order ever, and I plan to never order again, and strongly discourage my many friends who were also interested in the site. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, cute clothes are not worth the rip off and poor treatment.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site, go to a site that is actually a reliable brand, I promise you they will take way better care of you as a customer. I shop a lot online and this is the second worst experience I've had, next to not receiving a pair of $70 pants from an unreachable seller on ebay. Save your money, stay away!

I ordered a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes online and paid for two-day shipping. A week later, still no shoes. I contacted them and it took several more business days to get a response. I even tried their "chatting service" which was practically useless because they couldn't give me an answer either. I finally get a response, asking for the order information, which I promptly provided. More days go by, still not even an update. When I call, because clearly they did not even have the courtesy of giving me a call, they tell me that the package was lost...

I had to wait more than two weeks just for them to tell that my package was lost. Absolutely ridiculous! Awful service!

I ordered about 10 items from Nasty Gal, all looking amazing on the website. However, when they came, they were all of extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the website photos. I ended up having to return 9 out of the 10 items, and had to pay $17.86 to send them back. Not only was I disappointed by the clothes, I also had to pay a fortune to send them back. Never ordering from there again.

Bought 2 Fedora hats nowhere in the copy was mentioned hats were not returnable. On the hats themselves it states Do Not Remove Tags if you want item returned. Are you kidding me. Called NastyGals. Sorry, can't do anything. It our policy. $150.00 lost.

Went to purchase a dress which costs me $70au the order apparently never processed but the funds came out of my account then when contacting the store about my issue I was told that my order doesn't exist and that my money never came out which is bull$#*!. I told them I wanted a refund as I have been charged for an order that will never arrive and they completely refused my refunded even know I had sent them screenshots of there company name and the transaction.
I am disgusted and very unhappy as I am now down $70 and there doing absolutely nothing about it.

The order I received from this website was entirely incorrect. I had ordered a dress in size 4 and was sent a size 8. I had also ordered a pink ruffle bodysuit to only receive the totally incorrect item. Of course when I contacted them about the mistake they did not care at all and simply told me to send the items back, and that they couldn't send me the correct item I had ordered since it was now out of stock. Do not order from this company

I bought 7 items from Nasty Gal and not one of them fit properly, they were all too big in some spots (usually the sleeves which can't be adjusted) and too small in other spots. I am a have very normal proportions (33-26-36,5ft'4in), so this shouldn't have been a problem. The quality was terrible, very thin and the clothing had pilling. It cost $13 to ship to Canada and I must now spend $15 to ship them back. Such a waste of time and money. I would never buy from this store ever again.

I bought 7 items from this company and the only thing I would buy again from them are tee shirts or some item I wouldn't be able to find at another store. You get what you pay for, their deals are probably scams to get people to think they're lucking out on the items. The quality was worse than expected and very itchy. I bought a sweater that was very tight and found a hole in it from someone probably breaking it. The clothing looks as pictured but it's not comfortable and may be worn down.

I just received a lot of clothes and i couldnt be happier! It looked even better in person than on the website! I love nasty gal so much and cant wait to order from it again!

They will ship you the items but you cannot return them and you cannot unsubscribe from their email list. You have to pay for return shipping and they say they will refund you but they won't. When you try to unsubscribe from their emailing list they automatically re-sub you every time you try and you'll have to just block them.

They didn't even send me the items i paid for. I bought shoes, a romper, and earrings. Jewelry is cheap quality and non-refundable. Romper was cheap, ill-fitted, and itchy as well. The shoes were not the size or color that i ordered. They do not care.
