Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Ordered a black cropped denim jacket. It was on super sale so i was very excited. Took a a while to get here and i finally get it, open it up and its a gray camo snow jacket? I send a complaint, they take their sweet time to respond. They tell me once i return the camo jacket they will send me the jacket i actually ordered (which in my opinion is pretty rude to begin with, that usually not how it works when THEY mess up). Finally i send it back and they ask me for proof that i sent it, and then theyre like "youve been refunded. We cant order you a new one. Order a new one if you want." this entire process took 3 weeks. So thanks for nothing nastygal! Wish i knew before i ordered that the company was bought by boohoo which is trash. Will never be ordering from them again.

Recently I bought a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes from Nastgal online without reading any of the sites reviews... stupid me. Anyway it's a few weeks later and they still haven't arrived. According to the tracking information from Nastygal's website, my shoes arrived in the UK from American a couple of days ago. However when I just checked the UPS tracking site they said that my shoes were actually in Düsseldorf, Germany. What? I don't know whether this is something really bad such as nastygal saying they sent the shoes from America, just so I'd pay extra shipping taxes and fees. Or whether they were sent to Germany instead of the UK. Either way, the information they have given me is completely wrong and I will never shop from there again. Oh and to top it all off, the amount of tax I pay is going to be ridiculous. I wish that they had clearly specified that i would have to pay extra tax and fees whilst I was ordering my product. Steer clear from this business.

I ordered a single dress to try out the brand for the first time on October 2nd, and it has not even left the warehouse/been shipped, now October 12th! The shipping label was made on October 8th. Totally unprofessional. Regardless of quality or fit, I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

So after my beloved VS stopped selling clothes I was on the hunt for a replacement co to spend my money and shop. I stumbled upon LuLus and Nasty Gal I ordered from both and overall the quality isn't great but good enough. If I need a little something cute to throw on I ship at NG but most other things I still shop high quality. Overall these clothes are terrific for younger girls and I recommend dry cleaning just about everything! Care when you press things as others have commented the fabric can be thin and burn VERY easily steam or dry clean only don't iron! As far as the customer service is concerned I can only speak for my own experience when I say they get a 5 star rating for shipping a missing item to me! I sent two emails and they sent my Mossi g item within two weeks and I was pretty worried I would never see it after reading through the reviews but alas they ah fled it really well and I love my dresses :) they are super cute

Ok so I normally don't write reviews for things but I have had the absolute worst experience here. Half my order was missing and bad customer service. When I finally got ahold of customer service they resent me the first items so now I have two of those and still missing the other half of my order.

I ordered a skirt but for some reason they sent me the wrong item so I returned this wrong item and asked for the skirt that I originally ordered to be sent the wrong item again. Very disapointed as I was planning on wearing this for my birthday. So I will not be using nasty gal ever again

I ordered 6 items. I received 5 and when I contacted them they told me I received an extra pair of pants and I needed to return them before. I did NOT receive any extra clothing. They refuse tosend me my missing shirt until I return these mystery pants. Total scam!

I've had fit and quality issues here but I've gotten my returns processed just fine. Things run a bit small and aren't quite as nice as they look, and I don't really like the "always on sale" model, but I do have a few nice things and the things I didn't like were returned.

Nasty Gal's customer service is... well, even their name says it. NASTY, PLAIN NASTY.
I needed my order to be shipped to a different address because I moved out of that apartment and they couldn't change my address because the order was too far in process. I wanted to cancel my order because I hate $#*!ty customer service, I couldn't either because my order was too far in process... My order hasn't even been shipped out yet and I placed it 4 days ago. I am super mad and I'm not going to order from this company again. They might have cool stuff and everything, but I can find it somewhere else. NASTY GAL SUCKS... Oh, and Sophia A. Swears by her customer service. Girl... PLEASE.

I placed an order with NastyGal as they had a huge sale, however when I received a confirmation email I realized that somehow my initial order had been completely changed. I am unsure as to how it occurred, but I am sure that when I put through my order it was not the one I received in the mail. I contacted them in order to rectify the situation, but they were no help and made no attempts to investigate the problem. I am highly disappointed with customer service at Nasty Gal and they obviously have problems with their server as well.

This is the worst online shopping website. They scammed me and refuse to cancel my order or fix their mistake. I was completing a payment on an order that had 65 percent off making the total around $63, that is the price I agreed to when I Completed the payment. When the payment went through it showed the price was $81 with a 50% discount. That is NOT what I agreed to paying. I emailed them and messaged them on social media and they refused to cancel the order or allow me to pay the price I agreed to.

I will NEVER shop here again. Their staff is incompetent and rude. I reached out to ask a question and the person handling my request changed every message, so frustrating having to repeat the SAME thing again. Finally got a hold of someone to handle the pricing problem and they fed me some crap about how the pricing is different because of different country taxes.
This seemed off to me so I decided to look into it myself and the ACTUAL issue was that they were running two different deals which is why the pricing kept showing up as different.
Made me jump through hoops FOR NOTHING and they still didn't answer my other questions. AWFUL AWFUL service. The clothes aren't worth it for this. I'd rather buy SheIn at this point.

Usually, I am a patient shopper. But this site will not allow me to return my orders! I have contacted customer care multiple times for the PAST FEW WEEK and I have not yet received any response!
What good is online shopping if you can not be reassured by the return policy? Nasty Gal is pretty much a bulls**t site with a bulls**t return policy. I got ripped off a fat sum of money because they do not respond in customer care although I keep getting redirected to customer care when I try to return my order.
If you want to pay for horribly inaccurate sizings and product descriptions WITHOUT the comfort of a secure return policy, then this is definitely the site for you!
Blowing away money in the wind will pretty much sum up your shopping experience here.

My firend had ordered from this site and they claimed they had sent it on the site even provided a tracking number. Meanwhile my friend could not track it cause most of the time when she would put the numbers to the tracking number it would say not found until days after when it showed delivered and she was yet to receive any package. She called them, and they claimed that she should have received the package and they dont know how they could help. She also called the shipping service and they said they had not received the package at all and so my friend had to make sure she had made this clear to them before they finally decided to send her another package. After she had received this package the dress was not the same way it looked in the picture, it was more of a different color with a poor tailoring.

I used to be a huge fan of NastyGal, but slowly, the customer service declined. Now, under Boohoo, the selection of clothing just isn't like what it was before. The style isn't NastyGal. NastyGal's clothing now just looks like Boohoo's under a new name. I am hugely disappointed in the loss of the brand's originality, it just isn't what it was before.

August 7th I purchased two shirts and paid extra for expedited shipping (4 days ETA). They didn't complete the shipping information so it was sent all the way to Dallas only then to bounce back and have to be sent all the way to the UK. In the mean time I needed these shirts for a wedding. They did not send me anything nor credit my account. Every time I email them they avoid the actual issue and send me a templet response in efforts to ease my frustration. They don't give me actual answers and are not doing anything to be of good customer service. GET IT TOGETHER NASTY GAL! Just because you have unique product doesn't mean you can act lousy.
In addition I purchased nude heels with pearls on the heel. When they were delivered one of the pearls were missing. They didn't even check the products condition before sending it to me... come on Girls. I of course returned for a full refund and what do you know... Still NOTHING!

I was making my first purchase on the site and they have so many problems! After all the emails back and forward, they cancelled my order telling me it was sold out when clearly there was still 3 left in stock. My credit card was fine and they even sent me an email CONFIRMING that the order was going to be shipped shortly, to later send me an email saying it was cancelled! On top of all the trouble they made me go through, their only apologize is saying that "they also love their stuffs" and a coupon for free shipping. My order was worth USD $135.00 which already had free shipping, I don't need a worthless coupon! You've wasted MY TIME for NOTHING!

I asked my friend who ordered from this sit about her purchase and she said she did not recommend this NastyGal specifically because they sent her the wrong size... Well I decided to try it any ways and I ordered a 6 and they sent me a 12! OBVIOUSLY way too big and the quality wasn't that good either... Also ordered faster shipping and it still took like 4 days longer than it predicted and what I payed for... Ridiculous. I do NOT recommend.

I bought one dress. It took 5 weeks to receive it although there was the Covid crisis and during Easter celebrations so I didn't mind.
I ordered the only size left, 40EU, although I normally wear 44-46 EU, but I read that items from Nasty Gal are usually much larger than normal. I was lucky because this dress fits me perfectly.
I recommend chosing a smaller size than what you normally wear.

I ordered the "Top of the World Platform Chelsea Boot" they had 50% off so I though I would go for it expecting them to be a great buy for the price ($40 dlls plus shipping, when they were originally 80dlls)... WRONG. The boots came in 3 days late. They are the cheapest quality EVER. The heel was a super cheap foami material and it was all scratched and turned white where it had been scratched (notice that the heel was supposed to be black)
They came in a size UK 36, when I specifically ordered them in a US 5. They came in with black pen-tint-like-stains in the white areas. Honestly the worst buy I have made by far from nasty gal. Worst experience ever. Definitely returning them.

To return two separate items, they required me to send them separately, and charged me $11 on each item to process the return! I lost $22 just to return 2 items that made me look like a french fry holder. NEVER AGAIN.

Not only did it take 15 days to receive my package, but once it finally arrived, I found the bathing suit bottom I ordered had PERIOD BLOOD on it. Period blood! Thank goodness I noticed this before trying it on, but wow, I have never been so disgusted and nauseated in my life. Their product care is clearly non-existent, and their customer service is even WORSE. I messaged them on Whats App (because apparently that's the only way to get ahold of them), and they told me they would issue me a refund for the product, that's it. Of COURSE you are going to issue me a refund. Thanks for nothin! I am so upset and grossed out, I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company. Also, all of the products are cheap and fit horribly. Not as pictured.

I ordered a dress for an event and unbeknownst to me, the order was canceled because the dress I ordered was actually not in stock. I emailed costumer service and they apologized in what seemed to be an automated message and thus insincere. I went to the site to add my name to the email list so that I could be informed if it was to be back in stock and there were 2 dresses in my size "available"! Who knows if they actually exist but I found it irksome that my order was canceled when the site says they have my dress in stock. Overall, you may order something that is canceled without any sort of apology on their behalf unless you email them. I would not recommend this site because they clearly lack in costumer service.

So I only have ordered here once, and it was a pair of boots in the shoe cult collection. Luckily I got it for a good discount, cause when I got them in the mail I wasn't happy with the quality. It's not $200+ quality for sure. The boots I've gotten from H&M are the same quality (maybe better), and next to other shoes I've splurged on, they're really not that great.
On a separate occasions, I've found the same things from nastygal on other sites for much cheaper. There was a sheer white striped shirt this spring that was going for over $50 dollars, that I found at H&M for $10, and there's also a white collared dress (sheer on top) that is like $80 that I found for less than $20 on another clothing site.
I'd just be careful. I never checked online reviews on Nastygal but they have quite a few unhappy customers...
