Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

WORSE WEBSITE EVER! I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try anyway. WORST IDEA EVER! Anyone thinking about buying from the site reading this review… please listen to everyones advice and don't order from the website. I ordered a few pieces of clothing on cyber Monday and still have not received anything. I contacted customer service to see where my package is since the tracking wasn't working and they said it was in Canada to contact my local post office. I did and they said my package is in Germany? I went online to make sure I wasn't and idiot and entered the wrong address but everything is fine. I am now asking for my money back but I doubt that will even happen after reading the rest of these reviews. I've ordered stuff from China and got it way faster.

Some cute stuff but in my opinion the quality of the clothing is terrible. Most of their merch can be found on eBay from Chinese vendors for LITERALLY 80% less than what Nasty Gal sells for. I've bought about 5-6 things from them and I was really only fond of 1 item, was okay with another and returned the rest because of the lack of quality.

Will not be ordering from this site ever again! I ordered a pair of earrings $20 + shipping. They were poor quality and Nasty Gal did not allow to return because it is unsanitary. Yes, it is unsanitary for someone else to put them on. The point is they should refund the customer and dispose of the item, as even if they were never tried on, they don't stay on! Recently, I ordered a top and used their size advice to purchase it. It did not fit and they refuse to refund me and force me to the store credit because their policy does not allow refund if size is wrong. Well, Nasty Gal, YOU give people false sizing guides. It's like they try to force people to give them the money and take their poor quality clothes!
It's funny to me that Sophia Amoruso goes on and on about #girlboss this and that and self-made jiberish all while doing this to customers!

Not sure if this company is actually fraudulent or just horrible, but I am never ordering from them again! Similar to so many of these reviews, my items were incredibly late BOTH times I ordered and they wouldn't reimburse my shipping or any of my items even though everything arrived SO many days later than the promised date on the rush shipping that both times I had no dress for my events. Then I had to pay additional $ to send the items back (which I decided not to do, since many people said they didn't get reimbursed for their returns when they sent them back). Save yourself the trouble and order from Lulu's or Asos. Basically shop ANYWHERE else and you will be happier!

I just received a rancher style hat in the mail that I had ordered from Nasty Gal and I am SHOCKED it wasn't sent in a box. Of course, it is completely misshapen, has a few scratches on the top of the brim, and a dent in the top of the crown to boot. Luckily, I have a steamer and used to work at a western wear store so I know how to reshape a hat but I shouldn't have to do that. I have purchased hats from Shepler's and they always come in a box! Granted, Shepler's is better quality but I knew that already. The sales that Nasty Gal has are always enticing but after ordering from them numerous times and having to return things or receiving items that aren't the best quality, I may be done with them for good. It's such a pain to have to return stuff overseas anyway. It's just not worth the risk for me after this. Not to mention, even after the discount with shipping I paid over $40 for the hat. I have better quality ones from Forever 21 that cost $20 something! Ha!

Disgusting prices I got custom charged 22 quid for a stupid necklace which costed me 36 pounds in total and before you all think oh ull get custom charged my item is tiny and doesn't even weigh much so I don't get how the hell they calculated that with the stupid fee. If you live outside of the US don't bother ordering from nastygal I'll stick with asos I wish I read the reviews before ordering

Too many hidden fees in this bloody company. If they know we are going to get slam dunked by custom charges topped with VAT at least let the delivery be free! OR OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT FOR GOD SAKE. Just wanted to buy a £15 bag, delivery was £10. Customs sent me some crusty $#*! letter saying I have to pay an additional £12.35. This bloody bag better be worth it.

No customer service. Sent wrong item and damaged item and returns are a joke. This WAS a great company until they were bought out. Sadly the new owners are going to FAIL at the rate they're going.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NASTY GAL. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I ordered from Natygal in February. My order came to $55 which is about £30 in the UK, and after taking my payment Natsygal didn't not even send my top. I emailed them several times but they where very unhelpful. I realised that there was some hidden costs that I had to pay for but I did not know how to pay for them and when I requested help from Nastygal I wasn't helped. Up until today I have still not received my item.

I spent over 300$ and its a total waste. AVOID NASTY GAL. Poor poor quality and they make you pay 15$ for a 6 business day shipping... I waited over two weeks and Im still waiting for some items. NEVER AGAIN. Its a steal.

Buyer BEWARE!
I Ordered 2 coats after 2 months I received 1 of them the other one I have not received. I have contacted this company thru Paypal and have got no where. Today on a 40.00 coat they want to offer me 14.00 I am discussed that we are here today. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ever

Purchased something and returned it back before nasty gal was bought out. Of course they only gave store credit so i still had money in my account. A few months later and all previous nastygal accounts are lost ALONG WITH MY STORE CREDIT. Thats $52 gone because they cant keep track of their old customers. Terrible organization never buying here again.

Their clothes are poorly constructed out of cheap cloth. Obvious knock off of pictures I was very upset with my $600 order and just threw it all in the trash. Pure crap

Since Boohoo has taken over this company has TERRIBLE SERVICE... customer service is basically. NONE EXISTING. My order was placed 2 weeks ago and still has NOT arrived. It should have arrived in 6 days... I've been ordering from Nasty gal for years in the past with previous owner and NEVER EVER had any issues with delivery or the products. You can no longer speak to a "live" person. I'm DONE with this horrible, ill ran, unorganized, so called company. The new name should be "SCAMMER GAL!" Please save your money and do not waste your time with this Boohoo run trash!

Nasty Gal- Specializes is fashion for young women... young woman range in different sizes and most of this sh*t is for girls that i can completely fit my arm around their bodies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!

I made a order from the Nastygal website anf a couple items didn't workout... sent my return with my order number and still no refund. I never had this problem with Nastygal website before. But Im reading all these post they are scaming people and not return there money. I dont understand how this is legal. I will not order from them again but i still want my REFUND... order number GUS******* I wish I knew... Nasty Gal declares bankruptcy and Was bought out by BooHoo, they are scaming people.

Wrong size, clothing was in wrong sizing bag. Took forever. Couldnt do an exchange, if I didn't use PayPal my return would've taken almost a month. $#*! service.

This company is a greedy corporation and has the worst customer service.

First time ordering my package was left on front door, called usps said it was never
There, asked nasty gal to help, Supposedly there is an investigation going on.

So far it's been 20 days... I am left with no cash, and an invisible dress.
Nasty gal could have offered to overnight and replace the dress since they are cheap dirt. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION SHOULD BE MANDATORY.

$#*!ing hate this worthless company.
DON'T ORDER unless you like $#*! customer service!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING READ THE SHIPPING INFO FIRST - DDU means "duties and taxes unpaid", which means for example for the UK a cash on delivery charge will be required when your parcel is delivered and this will be 32% of the purchase price (20% VAT and 12 % import duty).
I placed an order with Nasty GAL without understanding what this meant - so be warned as I learnt a very expensive lesson!
This is not the fault of Nasty GAL I should have done more research or asked questions of their customer service team before buying.
I found the customer service very good actually kept me well informed and were helpful when I had to deal with the COD charge and return of items went smoothly.

Their items are horrible quality, I think that much is known. The products that they sell that are from other designers are the only ones anyone should ever consider purchasing. I've attempted shopping with them over the past 4 years for a total of about 4 or 5 times, I keep thinking that this time will be different but I'm wrong every time. In my most recent experience I bought three items, all of which stated nothing about being non-returnable. I received them, they didn't fit, and I proceeded to try and return them. Lo and behold, they're not returnable. I'm a seasoned online shopper and every other f****** retailer explicitly states somewhere either on the product or checkout page that the items you are purchasing are NOT eligible for return. Nasty Gal knowingly deceives customers by having a "Returns" section on their product pages that says "returns are easy," but doesn't note anything about the actual return policy for that item. What a dishonest company. They're a scam. Be sure to read that policy and maybe even confirm with them on the phone or by email that they are returnable/not returnable. I will never shop at this store again.

Do not order from this site. They do not deliver what it states clearly on the website.
I order some items and requested to be deliver overnight it was a birthday present.
I call costumer service and I was assure that I will get the items next day and surprise.
Nothing happen they told me if was not shipped. They ruin the fact that not only paid for overnight shipping but placed the order before 1pm as clearly stated on their website to be shipped the same day. They lied to me saying it will be arriving the next day.
Stay away from this store. There are other stores that have much better costumer service. Thank you nastygal for ruiniing the surprise to my friend.

Ordered a dress end of March 2020 during COVID-19 social distancing, but they still shipped it through FedEx requiring a signature. Couldn't sign for the package, and when I wrote to NastyGal, they told me FedEx has waived signature requirements. So I called FedEx, and they told me that this package requires a signature, no exceptions. What a waste of money, and $10 charged for shipping. Horrible business. Stay away.

NEVER AGAIN
NASTY GAL IS A TOTAL SCAM
I've purchased from them before, got a dress last year and everything was fine. The shipping took a while but it was ok. Well, in January I saw that the sale was on so I decided to treat myself to a few things (order came to about 60 euros) took again about two or three weeks to arrive, clothes are OK, but when the parcel arrived I was expected to pay 27 euros more because of COD whatever! Utter rubbish. Just went on the live chat to complain and the agent told me that it says this in their FAQ and when purchasing, but they should make it much clearer, especially when they advertise 10 euro shipping.
So disappointed I don't even want to wear the clothes
Pure garbage, don't buy from them
