Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Dudeeeeee screw this website. They didn't send me $40 worth of clothing I orcered. That's insane. I ordered it over a month ago, it finally comes & two items are missing. I email them & get the reacurring response that they can't get to past Nasty Gal orders. Thanks for taking the money I worked so hard for & essentially giving me the middle finger. I ordered a dress and clutch for vegas and i got the three day "express" shipping. It said three business days. I ordered it on saturday and it didn't get to my house till FRIDAY. I left to vegas friday morning so my package didn't even come on time. They didn't ship it out till wednesday! TOTALLY misleading. On top of that the dress was hideous and the clutch i ordered was the size of a laptop case. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Now I have to pay $5.99 to return all these horrible items.

I ordered lots of clothes and I'm unable to keep a single thing. All of them fit strangely, are terrible quality with stitches falling out at various places, or do not look anything like the pictures on the website. One top in particular had the sleeve sewed on to the wrong place! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Hope to god the return service isn't awful.

The customer service is outstanding. I receive ONE faulty item out of an invoice of 20 and within 24 hours Andy J had solved all of my problems and dispatched a replacement. It was only a loose button.
Every item was as I saw online. The sizes do run a little on the smaller side, but I used their measurements and ordered everything based on that. Some are size 14 while others are a 16 when I'm a size 12-14 usually.
It is most definitely the best value for money and I'll be returning just for the customer service. They respond to reviews and they have an amazing return policy for an online store. I have zero complaints

For the price it is great quality in comparison to the trash I've ordered elsewhere for same price. I would never buy here again - the sizing is wrong, the quality was poor, for a $60 dress make of synthetic fabric that doesn't fit properly. The worst was the $68 custom fee I paid which I was not informed of. Now I will have to pay to return it all.

I rated it meh cuz I had no problems with my orders from them in the past. They had always been great to Canadian consumers by declaring a lower value on the declaration form. But on my recent order, for some reason, they didn't do things like they usually do, and I got wacked with $97.16 in customs duties. Ffffffffffffffff. And now they no longer offer free shipping for orders $50 or more to Canada. It's only free shipping if you order $150 or more. Booooo! If you want to gain more Canadian customers, it would be nice if you offered USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail like you used to offer before.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered three matching sets for their black Friday sale. All sets were terrible quality, terrible stitching, and terrible material (100% acrylic, which literally disintegrates when you wash it). The pants in one of the sets is so long, I don't think it would even fit on someone who is 6'4. They also sent me the wrong color in one of my sets. QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE. YOU COULD GET BETTER CLOTHES FROM THE DOLLAR STORE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I would absolutely never order from here again.

The material of the clothe is too cheap! OMG! How come I espend 50 dollars on a 5 dollars made in China blouse. And the cloth has an aufful fit. I buy 3 Medium blouses and none of them fit me! And my size is small! NEVER BUY IN THAT PLACE, don't lose your money!

I ordered a few sweaters and a pair of boots from nastygal. Some of the sweaters were ok, though the cuts were a little odd/didn't lay right. One of the sweaters was a medium, but looked like atleast 3XL on me and is unwearable. The boots I recieved were the worst part, though. They look and feel like they are made out of a strange inflexible plastic. The waxy top layer scrapes off with barely any pressure (they are now covered in scratches) and there is a huge crease where the toes begin after 1 day of wear. Worst quality I have ever seen. I thought nastygal was a legit retailer, so I'm pretty confused. Seems like low grade China trash. Would not recommend.

The Christmas sales are so good! I purchased multiple pairs of shoes at 70% off. The shipping is terrible! The website stated 1-2 weeks, but in reality it took 4-5 weeks to arrive. When it finally did arrive I was very pleased with most of it. I would recommend avoiding any products that are by Nasty Gal and not actually a proper brand- the quality is terrible! I purchased a dress that was ill-fitting by Nasty Gal, as well as a pair of Shoe Cult for Nasty Gal heels, and the quality was terrible. I did contact them (and took my time to do so), they were very helpful and refunded my money without asking me to return the items. So overall, I would say very good customer service, not the best shipping (although this was during the busiest time of the year- Christmas), stick to brands you are familiar with to be safe and they offer great sales. Although if you are spending under $150 you have to pay for international shipping which is a little hefty, if only the shipping fee was less I would order a lot more from Nasty Gal.

DON'T SHOP HERE! WASTE OF MONEY. First of all you will have to pay customs charges which you are not told about, on top of already expensive delivery. Next the sizing is awful, I'm pretty sure on one dress they sent me they must have switched the label on it because they had run out of my size because it was massive, and I ordered a different dress in that size and it was a perfect fit. I fell in love with their clothes online but have so fallen out of love with them, honestly don't bother.

I haven't ordered anything from Nasty Gal because I am now reluctant to buy anything from this company based on the countless bad reviews I have read over.
I have thankfully only ran into small issues. I was just about to purchase my order when all of a sudden my transaction was declined. I tried with my second card - it was declined once more. I had already checked both cards before and so I checked afterwards, no money taken, thankfully. Yet I definitely have enough to make my purchase so I'm not understanding what's going on at all.
It's ridiculous that this company only presents one means of communication through customer service, and it being through email at that! I contacted customer service and waited 18 hours for a response. In the end, I have already attempted most of what they advised by looking for anything I could find through forums on google during that span of 18 hours. (Trying a different browser, calling in with the bank, using a different device, etc.) None of these solutions worked.
I'm definitely not going to wait another 18 hours for another response. I understand you guys go by 24 hours, but as a customer I really wish I didn't waste time for solutions that didn't work. Could have been solved within a couple of hours had there been a customer service rep to contact by phone.

Add me to the list of people that got screwed when BooHoo bought Nasty Gal. I had almost $200 store credit in my account and that is gone! They are telling me that if I can provide a screenshot of my store credit then they'll give me a voucher. WHY WOULD I HAVE TAKEN A SCREENSHOT OF MY STORE CREDIT? Who does that on the regular? Should I really be afraid that a company is just going to randomly steal it from me? Well I guess I am now. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MAINTAINING GOOD WILL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER BASE. I really hope the amount of people they have screwed over with this store credit scandal will damn their business. Ownership changed and now it is owned by BOOHOO. The clothing line is just like BOOHOO which looks very cheap and ugly. I don't understand why they didn't keep it as it was. I ordered some clothes during their end of season sale and was so excited to receive them! Their website has so many cute clothes but unfortunately I never received the clothes. I was long past when they said I would receive it and I never did. When I reached out to customer service they didn't do anything but tell me to keep watching the tracking. Obviously this is what I was doing before. I talked to them three times and every time the date they gave to ask for a refund was further behind. TERRIBLE SHIPPING and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but my experience with Nasty Gal was awful. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and wouldn't shop here again! When Nasty Gal opened, I was a regular customer. I enjoyed their cutting edge clothing, great service and good quality. Unfortunately they now think that making everything with the word "$#*!" on it makes it somehow classy. To promote clothing that is offensive and disrespectful to both the wearer and the person seeing it makes no sense.
I was recently at a restaurant with my husband. The person in front of us was wearing a shirt that said "$#*! you" in big bold letters. This was a family restaurant. My husband mentioned it to the manager who asked the person to either turn the shirt inside out, get another shirt or leave. As you can imagine from somebody that would think it is o. K. to even wear that shirt, he put put up quite a squawk and threatened my husband. He was waiting outside for us as we left the restaurant and got in my husbands face. Bad mistake!. My husband is a pretty mild mannered guy but was pushed too far. He picked the guy up, put him in the dumpster and latched the lid! (Then the police arrived and arrested the guy for disorderly conduct... AFTER they got a good laugh out of it!) Unfortunately, that's where a lot of the Nasty Gal clothing also belongs!

I would give NO stars if I could. It's the 3rd time I order from this site and it's definitely the LAST. Each time, I either had problems with the clothes or with refunds. You follow instructions perfectly as they request and the refund never comes. They ask you for proof you shipped back the merchandise, they make you wait AGAIN and never reply. I'm STILL waiting on a refund on merchandise I sent back 2 months ago and everytime, someone writes they will have to investigate and never follow up. The clothes and accessories arrive cheap and smell of chemicals. I received a pair of earrings and they weren't even the same lenght. Basically, crap company, terrible customer service. NastyGal tries to steal its customers money, PERIOD. Oh and customer service, don't bother replying to this review, Your word is crap to me.
