Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

I ordered a jumpsuit size M/L however I when it arrived I tried it on and it felt super tight looked at the tag and it was a S/M, I used what's app to contact the customer service team, they were very unhelpful and I had to go to the bother of orphaning the jumpsuit to be returned and wait for the correct size to be sent. I received the order today and I know by trying it on it's the EXACT same size with the tag changed I can even tell by the way it's folded it's the same one. I tried to contact them again on what's app so far no reply... disgraceful

HORRIBLE customer service, I returned an item they shipped in a larger size, ONE MONTH LATER and they have still FORGOTTEN to refund me. One month after and a woman on the phone says OH... ok, let me get to that! Wow!. NEVER AGAIN will I come back.

If I could give this a 0 Star I would. I ordered a few pieces from their website back in September... When they arrived the items were VERY poor quality and completely see-through. I reached out to express my concerns and to ask how I could return them to get a refund they responded "sorry you feel that way babe" and didn't even answer my questions. I finally figured it out on my own and sent the items back and didn't get refunded for almost 2 months AND THEN they didn't even return my full amount. Their response was literally one line saying "I can confirm you've been refunded for all the items in this order, we don't refund your delivery charge so that's the difference <3" but I had free shipping... Their customer service over email is unprofessional and condescending. When they respond to you they sound like they're mocking you and barely answer your questions nor apologize or offer solutions. Instead, they say things like oh babe sorry, <3, hope this helps! Xo. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. Definitely never shopping on this website ever again.

I would say as long as you don't have to deal with the customer service team you should be fine but most likely you will end up having to deal with them as your order probably just wont show up. I ordered a pair of shoes in October 2021 and am STILL to this day having to chase it up as the money was taken from my account but i never received the item. Every time i wait their recommended (up to) 10 business days i receive no communication back so have to reach out to them and every time i've had to re tell them my issue and then am told please wait another 10 business days. It's the absolute worst customer service experience i've ever had in my life. Especially when i was saving for these particular shoes and had hoped to wear them to a wedding 2 weeks ago. Now i'm out of pocket and never even received the item and having to consistently message ( conveniently they have no phone number hahah) just in hopes that someone may be able to finally tell me where my money has gone and if i'm getting it back. All of my contacts have also now boycotted nasty gal, honestly just go to Shein you'll probably get better service there.

First time ordering since the Boohoo takeover. Used to shop with Nasty Gal when it was reputable.

Ordered 4 items -
Dress 1 is M and L as I've just had a baby so not sure on my size. The dress was of poor design, made badly and at full price of $135, not worth it.
I'm a size 12 at the moment in regular sizing and L was a firm fit so didn't even try the M on.
Dress 2 was also a size L. It was the length of a TOP. It JUST reached the bottom on my bum. And completely thin see through material. Back it goes.
Dress 3 was also short but fit ok and I'm desperate for clothes so at the price of $30ish it was passable to keep as it will fit better after losing some baby weight. In saying that the material is still CHEAP.
All up I am disappointed in the quality of the items, not receiving free shipping for almost $300 order and then having to pay over $20 to post back to them!
I have kept my tracking information for the parcel, receipt of postage and paid extra for signature on delivery because I am so worried about being stuffed around after reading other reviews of them losing or saying they didn't receive return orders.
I won't be a returning customer. Good luck to this company, they'll need it.

The items I received looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered. I was sent the wrong size bathing suit and shoes and the clothes looked cheap as F. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I saw reviews and thought I would be fine when ordering from this website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL! Then I had to pay $20 to return my items

I like most writing here, trusted this site as they were recommended in a uk magazine, and website as shipping to the uk. So here's the deal, you order and pay international shipping rates, the item then takes a couple of weeks to reach you and as the courier doesn't give you a delivery time you will of course be out! To your horror you will be charged another £20.00 or so to except delivery of the item, THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMS CHARGE THIS IS CHARGED BY THE SELLER! I don't care how nice something is I refuse to go into pants down territory by a company that you will probably find dodges tax anyway, this lot are a sneaky bunch of conniving weasels. Use at your peril! I have emailed uk trading standards in regards to this company's antics alongside watchdog people need to be aware. Use at your peril!

If I had known Nasty Gal was run by Boohoo I wouldn't have even bothered ordering through them. I paid the extra for express shipping 2 weeks ago and my order still isn't here! This is the secound time I have ordered from this company for an event and the clothes haven't gotten here on time. Dissapointed to say the least! Plus the 2 pairs of shoes I ordered last time weren't even wearable and the dress I spent good money on was ripped and I recieved no contact back about a refund. I strongly recommend not shopping on this site or boohoo.com they are cheap poorly made clothes that will take atleast 3 weeks to get to australia no matter what shipping you pay for. Dont waste your money!

If I could have given ZERO STARS I WOULD. I made an order with nasty gal TWICE! The first time I never received my package. I thought maybe someone in the postal service may have taken it. I tried AGAIN! This time it was "DELIVERED" and someone "signed" but I live in a private house and no one was home so who signed? I reached out to customer service which is HORRIBLE they have no number to contact ONLY EMAIL! The email stated that they can not do anything about my stolen package because it was delivered to the location. They did not try to help in anyway. I was immediately shut down. I am disappointed and very sadden that this is the type of way they treat their customers! I told ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER SUPPORT THAT PIECE OF $#*! OF A STORE! I'm very disappointed this website needs to be shut down they don't deserve to be in business they have not the slightest idea on how it works. DONT USE YOUR HARD OWN MONEY GIVING IT TO THIS BUSINESS TAKE IT ELSEWHERE. IM SO UPSET!

The only reason that this review doesn't get negative stars is because they only just gave me my money back from a return I made three months ago and I am SO friggin relieved. Everything people say about the quality of the clothes is just absolutely true. And it's such a shame because I love the Netflix show but it really is just total garbage as a company and brand wow. Their stuff is really trendy and cool but I just don't understand how anyone could pick up a piece of their clothing and say "yup, this is it. Great job." Nothing fit and it was just the most poorly made clothes I had ever seen. I am so so glad that I got my money back. I had to wait a month and then send them multiple emails with screenshots of my receipts from the delivery - thank god I saved those.

Please save yourself the hassle and don't shop here ever! If you're gonna online shop go to ASOS or somewhere else just anywhere else. Unless they magically get their $#*! together and improve everything about the way they operate.

Clothing is cheap trash just like the company and customer service. I've had over $90 worth of stuff (that i had to pay $20 to ship back in the domestic US) in "returns" for almost 2 months now. Nothing has been received and when i emailed all i got was their 28 bull$#*!. Report to the BBB. They're not issuing returns and making it impossible to try and make back money. DO NOT PURCHASE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT READ CONCERNS! PAID AN EXTRA 15.99 FOR A DRESS TO ARRIVE 2-3 BIZ DAYS FOR A WEDDING AND ITS NOT ARRIVING UNTIL 5 DAYS LATER AND THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DISCUSS! I purchased a few dresses and the quality is shocking low. A white dress was rough and see through, nothing like the picture online. They only gave me store credit. But their stocks are so horrible that I couldn't find anything for the longest time. Now I want to just spend my credit but to find out they deleted my account and lost my store credit because of the takeover. The new owner doesn't have any customer information. This is total BS. Why would the new owner not check the store credit, return policy. They just deleted my account without any customer communication. I emailed their customer services several times but they only sent me a cut and paste response. They kept asking me to send them proof. Why would I save my emails if I thought my account has all the information and my credit there. They just didn't want to work with me. This should be a class action law suit. How can they take people's money and said they don't have any record? Don't ever buy from this dishonest company. This company should be shut down before anyone get hurt again.

Only buy unless you purchase through a trusted brand you know you like That are good for the environment in the long run and your best wardrobe
Purchase things that will last opposed to items only lasting for a season for example say due to cheap metal nickeling *thats my future wardrobe aim

Quality is extremely poor and cheap even though their prices aren't. Returns are awful. Had to pay delivery twice and was not refunded for it. I wish I had never bought from them.

They went bankrupt and didn't forewarn their loyal customers. I've been shopping on their for YEARS, and have store credits that have disappeared. This was like the best website for awesome unique clothing now they are gone for good. It's sad that all of the money, I've spent over the years, I can't even spend anymore. They have this new bootleg company I googled that took over the site. There is NO WAY THAT SITE IS GOING TO MAKE IT! LOL The clothes are super cheesy, cheap, and UGLY! How could nastygal do us like this, I mean DANG!

I made 2 orders for almost $200 5 days ago. They still haven't been shipped. I contacted customer service yesterday and today and I never got any response back... DON"T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! And on the website they say that customer service works 24/7...

For starters I have bought clothes from them twice. Both times the clothes were so awful I either threw them in the trash or donated the okay ones. Why? Because I could NOT return them. Their return policy absolutely garbage. The items were strangely too small for being an L size they looked like a child or 16 year old skinny girl could wear it. On top of that the material they used was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable.

Whatever I moved on. Until I saw an add that they had a sex toy line… I know I know this is where the story goes wrong. They had a sale for Valentine's Day so I decided to buy a toy…. Low and behold the item took a month to even deliver. However it was never delivered. The tracking claimed it was delivered however it was nowhere to be found. I waited 2 weeks to see if it would show up eventually. I contacted their support. They replied saying the item was delivered per tracking. I said yeah I know I literally told you that and it's NOT delivered. They then sent me this email as a response. My jaw dropped. I know their hoping I say "it's not worth the trouble" and take the L on this but now I'm out $65 on a missing F'ing dildo and nasty gal is over here black mailing me legal action if I'm lying?!?! Do not I repeat DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE SCUMMS.
