Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Even at their 50% off everything just to get us to commit - was not appealing - the stuff is cheap and boring, too bad the real nasty gal was mismanaged and sold to these bozos

I ordered 6 items, most of them were really cheaply made and looked nothing like the site depicted. I returned the items for a refund following the procedure to a tee on (keep in mind, returns are not free, I had to pay for the shipping)
I returned the items in NOVEMBER. It took me 8 E-mails and 3 months to get my refund. They offered absolutely no explanation, no assistance and honestly if I had not followed up as much as I did I would never have received my refund. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

After more than 40 emails back and forth, they started sending me refunds separately. I told them that I wasn't sending the other clothes back unless they agreed to pay for the packaging fee because the original one was unusable. They finally agreed and after refunding me $2, I got a wire transfer charge of $15. DO THEY ACTUALLY THINK WE ARE DUMB?! This so ridiculous. I got back $2 to be charged $15. Why won't they do things directly and why do they keep giving unnecessary charges?! Literally SUCH A SCAM COMPANY who has no respect for its customers. After trying to email them, they told me that there is nothing they can do because it has nothing to do with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. They refused to do a direct refund and made me do a wire transfer knowing that it would simply charge me 7 times the amount they were refunding. NASTY GAL LIVES UP TO THEIR NAME AS THEY ARE A NASTY COMPANY.

I ordered more than $100 worth from this company and it said 5-6 business days of shipping. After about 10 business days of not receiving my items, I shot them an email asking about my package and they told me that I had to wait another week to see and that there was nothing they could do right now. When I finally received my package almost 3 weeks later, the packaging was ripped all over which 2 giant holes and then wrapped together with plastic wrap to keep the whole thing together. In addition, 2 of my items were missing, the quality of everything was horrible and had a weird smell on it and the one item that was actually somewhat okay had black stains on it. The company also does not have any phone # for you to call, which is super sketchy in itself. I just really hope that they give me a full refund, despite the missing items and pay for any packaging costs as the packaging is clearly in no condition to be used again...

Nasty Gal was my discount party girl clothing spot since 2014. I purchased Jeffery Campbell shoes 70% off and other quasi designer pieces when Nasty had sales. I had not received sale emails from Nasty for over 1 year and a half, suddenly in 2019 new emails. I went to the site and could not believe the extremely low prices. I looked at the shoes and the quality of the clothing and something did not track- it was not the same types of products or quality. Well the original iNasty Gal has gone out of business and this is a British company that has taken over- hence the product change. Went to Utube and saw flossie's haul and notice everything looked tailored for a 0 to 2. Not possible, so influencers get better stuff to show. I am sure little people will find something to work -while 4+ really need to rethink the site and why the clothes are always on permanent sale. The old site had a mix of high low prices with high going sale, now it is all low and throw away clothing in UK sizes. It is a no for me! Yes, they have plus sizes, but those looked bad too- see through in many cases.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. (buyers beware for those Latin nerds out there.) I am writing this because I am a person who believes in improving companies, especially those who seem to have potential. So far, my experience with Nasty Gal has been regretful. Out of the $360 dollars I spent two days ago on clothes I was very excited about only two items came out to be reasonable for their price and quality wise. That was the bra-lette and a lace shirt. One of my items was cancelled, unbeknownst WHY because online it says they are still available. When I contacted customer service, I was greeted with someone much less than friendly, who refused to provide me help besides helping me "re-order" the product, a task I could simply fulfill myself. But I am glad this item got cancelled because it is one less thing I need to return. The other dresses I was very excited about turned out to look nothing like what they do online, even before I put them on. Bottom line my experience wasnt satisfactory. The quality for the price was terrible; I could find better quality at Forever 21 for 1/4 the price. I am so upset with this company, and so annoyed at the fact that I spent so much money, and honestly it was just crap. I will not be shopping here in the future, and I've already told my friends who were excited about the "collection" to forget it. But, on a lighter not, I do wish the company good luck in the future. Maybe if they were less focused on their indie-$#*! "image" and put some thought into the clothes and the customers, they would be very successful.

I've been a NastyGal customer for a while now and I've loved their products. I normally buy from them every couple of weeks and check their website constantly to see what's trending or what's new.
Most of the orders I have received from them within the past 2-4 months, the garments have had holes in them. I'm a sewer, so most of the time I will fix whatever is wrong with the garment and go on my way. I ordered a bathing suit from there, opened it up out of the plastic, and there was huge hole in the bathing suit bottoms, the seam was basically falling apart, so I had to repair it myself.
The problem with this is that NastyGal is not Forever21, their clothes should not be this bad of quality. I'm at least spending $80-120 per item of clothing, and whenever I receive it, it's damaged. I invest a lot in the pieces I order off of NastyGal and spend a lot of money monthly with them, and it honestly sucks to get clothing over and over again that has a hole in it.
I contacted their customer service team and I gave them all of my orders that had a damaged piece in it. Because of it being past the 30 days, they could not do anything for me except give me a $12 store credit. I totally understand being past the 30 days they can't do much, but seriously.
My advice is, be cautious on what you buy from Nasty Gal. The quality is extremely poor and I'm not sure if I will buy from them again.

My order took double as long as it would have to arrive and I was off on holiday, NastyGal would not give me a week extension on returning the $900 packet. Half of the clothes were faulty and horrendous quality. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I made an order on October 20th because they had great discounts. Do not trust them! They are the worst, today is December 6th and I have not received my order. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and they told me that I had to wait 28 days till they get my order back to them because it seemed to be lost. They did not want to refund my money and I am tired of waiting. They have the worst customer service and I feel like they are robbing me. I payed for nothing and they do not even reply to emails.

If I could give it zero stars i would. I had been in contact with customer service via Instagram (they don't have a phone number) because I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. After the 21st, I stopped recieving shipping notifications. Customer service kept telling me to allow one more day, one more week, etc. Finally yesterday I contacted them a 4th time and they replied saying my order had been refunded. I did not ask for a refund. I just wanted to know the status of my order, I didn't mind waiting. They replied that apparently my package had been lost. If that was the case, I'm sure USPS would have been in contact with me. They said my money would be back in my account by the 7th. Hate to say it but I'm doubting I'll even be refunded. Truly disappointed with this company. I knew their sales were too good to be true. And their customer service dept. was completely illiterate, clearly from a place that does not speak English, even though apparently this company is UK based. I don't know what happened to this company it used to be great but now it is a scam.

UPDATE! I received a replacement store credit for the full amount after TWO months of back and forth. Original credit was "lost" when the company was sold and all records lost.
My advice:
- *******@*******@nastygalhelp on twitter (rather than email) and constantly try to keep everything public, not in private messages. I also hash tagged #nastygalscam which got a much faster response:)
- Don't take no for an answer... I kept repeating that them loosing all their records was THEIR problem, not mine, and that no other retailer requires customers to screen shot their credits in case the company looses them (?)
- They tried telling me the credits expired... I demanded they show me where this policy was listed on their website, especially the one I originally ordered from
- They tried to give me partial credit -- again I said no and demanded they do what is ethical and professional
*** DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! ***
Only down point -- now I'm stuck with a credit for their garbage site.

I placed an order on Sept 22nd 2021. It is January and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE I PAID FOR. I have contacted multiple people via their website and every single one of them IS RUDE. They all say that there is nothing they can do about it. They won't even supply me with a tracking number. I have begged them for proof of them mailing out the merchandise I paid for with my hard earned money and they say nope.

Ordered a few things online and shipped them to my apartment. Says they have a 7 day delivery, but all things ship royal mail from the UK? Ordered anyways, after almost 3 weeks of no shipment update emails/tracking availability I was finally able to track my order. Says it was in LA, so expected it within that week. Checked my mailbox daily, found nothing. Looked up my tracking number again, said it was unavailable. Finally over 4 weeks later I was able to access the tracking. In the update I found a note saying "11:28pm, delivery attempt- no answer"? Like a mailman came to my door on 2/28 at 11:28pm and I did not answer the door? WHAT. Leave the item in the mailbox? Also work during normal hours? Also I would have answered the door? Still did not get any emails regarding my package, it being sent back, my address being wrong, nothing. So I e-mail customer service and the man tells me that my items are on their way back to the UK because of an issue with my shipping address. My address was correct, and there was no issue. So I say I would like my items routed back to me if I can get them within 7 work days, or I want a refund. The man replies saying 2 of the items are now sold out? Like the company allowed people to purchase items that I already purchased? WHAT. Also my refund did not include shipping cost even though the shipping issue was THEIR FAULT. Will NEVER be shopping here again.

Thus place is a joke I was having my daughters initials Monogrammed on a shirt I had purchased from them, I received the right shirt but The ASW initials I sent them to put on the shirt was sent back to me KMB how did they get it so wrong. I sent then a ticket that's what they say use on there site an I have this bad feeling that I just need to chalk it up as a lose. I found out about NastyGal from a girl I followed on Instagram. Occasionally she would post a picture of herself in the clothing from there. I found the website and immediately fell in love. The styles are absolutely astounding(online). Finally, I got my own debit card and was able to purchase something from there. Instead of being conservative and trying something cheap, I ordered what was supposed to be a very nice plaid, see-through, floor-length "t-shirt". I was excited when it came in and tried it on without examining properly. However, when I did look down, I noticed that it was ripped halfway down horribly. I am excellent at sewing, but that is beyond the point. I shouldn't have to stitch new clothes back together. It's ridiculous. I figured it was a fluke, so the other day I ordered a cheap skirt from the sales menu. It came in, and once again I was extremely disgusted and disappointed. It was also ripped around the elastic. Not only that, but it was made of an awful material that felt almost like a diaper. I've learned my lesson and will never shop there again.

I would give this online store a zero not 1 star. Worst experiences i ever met. I bought their product 2 time like only 2-3 day aways from each others and they list the shipping arrive around 4-15days and i wait. (My first order was 410.11$ for order GUK******* and Also for 697.37$ order GUK*******. After like 20 days i text them and ask about my parcel cuz i didnt receive one they ask me to wait for 20 day more and i wait. Then nothing ever arrive. I ask them for refund they refund me back only 371.12$ for my first order and 644.96$ for my second order. So i lose about 90$ without getting anythings. I ask them about that but they say they cant refund me back the shipping fee. What? I get nothing and i pay shipping for nothing? I never met any kind of online store like this ever in my life. Late response / late shipment / never received items / pay for shipping for nothing.

I've heard a lot about NastyGal and found the 50% off everything discount on the website. I was so surprised so I was like hell yea! I scrolled around and found the Dionne Plaid Dress, which I clicked on so quickly because it was only $20 (original $40) and the design was unique from other dresses I have seen. I bought it and it took a week to arrive. I was so excited I immediately went out to my mailbox when I heard it open. At first sight it looked exactly how it did on the website. However, I was too disappointed when I tried it on. The straps fell off my shoulders after moving around in it, the hip fitting was strangely boxy and unflattering, and there were a lot of loose threads around the dress. Long story short, I can't speak for other items, but I am disappointed in the poor quality of this and the fact that NastyGal overprices their items for such cheaply made clothes. I'm sure I can get something similar from Forever 21 or H&M for cheaper and better quality. I would stay away from purchasing risky clothes from NastyGal (dresses, skirts, etc.) because their sizing and fitting is sketchy. Spend your money somewhere else. Notice how they don't enable customers to add reviews on their website too...

They do have some nice stuff, but most of the time it's way overpriced. Not only are the clothes expensive, but so is the shipping (yes, $15 is a lot when there are sites that offers way cheaper shipping). I live in Europe so I also have to pay for taxes, which is at least half the cost of the whole order, with the shipping rate included. This pretty much defeats the whole purpose of ordering clothes from Nastygal. I'm a student with a limited economy, I can't afford that. What a shame.
I can't say much about the quality since I've only ordered from them once, but based on what I've received I'm fairly pleased with it. I ordered a dress and it came in the right size. It fitted perfectly and the fabric was nice and thick, but it was however a little see-through. The quality is nice, but nothing to rave about.
To sum it up briefly, the clothes are nice and unique but way too expensive. You can find the same stuff for half the price on other online stores. You want similar clothing? Go to boohoo.com, thefe.com & gojane.com. Stay away from Nastygal.
