Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

I ordered a size 9 pair of shoes only to receive a size 7. Now I have to go through the process of returning an item that I paid $90 for hoping that I'm refunded

We know that these brands sell items like this for cheap and we are expecting the best quality. I have to say, I think that nasty gal is probably one of the better ones though that I've seen however here's my experiences from two purchases:

The main reason why I am giving them a 4 and not a 3 star was because of my second purchase with them. I bought a top and boots and a bag and everything was affordably priced. The bag actually came with an extra little pocket and the material wasn't bad at all (I got it for $12!)

I do want to mention my first time buying from them though I bought three different pieces: a swimsuit a dress and some pants and I ended up returning all of them because none of them fit. But, their return policy was pretty good and I also would say that their shipping is not bad either because I got my items pretty fast.

Bottom line is, they're probably one of the better fast fashion online shopping that I know, but it's a hit or miss on their items (READ REVIEWS!) and NEVER Pay for full price. They have discounts/codes often!

I had ordered 2 dresses for a work event to the hotel I was staying in, my parcel had not been delivered and went missing although tracking showed delivered. I then missed my work event having nothing to wear and felt extremely upset at this point.
Nasty girl didn't want anything to do with this and said just report it to the police, they couldn't help as it was in Scotland. I had to contact the courier myself, in which they opened a dispute. This took almost 10 days to resolve and get the parcel to the original hotel destination. The hotel have been trying to get the parcel to me to return, with communication been extremely slow, when I have asked the nasty girl team about then getting this unopened, unused parcel retuned they tell me it's out of the policy date (utter blank and no support) and I'm now out of pocket for 2 unwanted dresses. How can someone through a messaging service be so blunt and rude to the customers, theres no service just a policy pusher. Messages sent at 00.48am in the night!
I will be deleting there app and not using the services again after such a horrible experience.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful under the terms and ensuring you get your parcel as they will not support a missing parcel or except out of date even if there’s clearly genuine errors not the customers fault

They don't pay the return shipping fee for their customers.If you request for that, they will send you a gift voucher expecting you shop in their store again! Ridiculous!

Do not use the return label that comes in the package. You might not get a refund and you will lose the case with the bank you used to pay for the purchase if you have to open a claim. I have gotten some refunds using the label but not the last 2 orders I sent back. The label they send has a US return address but the company is based in the UK. Because of the address discrepancy it will appear that you sent the return to the wrong address. Thats what happened to me. After about a month, I received confirmation from Nasty Gal that the 2 returns were received but they never issued a refund for either order. Contacted them and didn't get any real answer as to why I did not receive the refunds. So I opened cases and provided all the proof I had that they received the items back but because of the items being returned to a different address than Nasty Gal has listed for their company, I lost the cases. PayPal did contact the company to verify that they received the items back, and big surprise, they never responded. If youre not happy with your purchase my advice is to go through you financial institution to do the refund. They will let you know where to send the items back and you will not have a problem getting refunded. That is what PayPal advised me to do on another order I placed that I wanted to send back. Im confident that I will at least be funded for that last order.

I have bought many items from this site, the quality of the clothing is poor and quite deceiving compared to what is shown on the website. I will not buy from this site in the future.

They refuse to refund my purchase after returning almost $100 worth of clothing to them. The quality of clothing is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

I ordered a pair of sneakers, for which I paid 30€ for, plus 15€ for shipping. I was unpleasantly surprised when they got delivered to me, and the delivery guy tells me I have to pay 22€ or he won't give me the package. I asked if it was for custom fees, and he told me no, 'cause the sneakers had been shipped from Germany, which is part of the European Union, so I wouldn't have to pay custom fees for them. He told me the 22€ was probably money NastyGal was asking for the shoes themselves. I ended up paying, thinking of complaining later, which I did. The staff replied very quickly, but they only answer with already written drafts, that don't really answer your questions. They told me the 22€ were for custom fees by the government 'cause the sneakers had been shipped from the USA, but that's a lie, 'cause it's written on the stamp that they came from Germany.
Also, I ordered size 6,5, which is supposed to be a size 37 in Europe, but the sneakers I got are too big, maybe a 38 or 39. NastyGal's staff wanted me to pay even more shipping costs to have the sneakers returned/changed, and when I said it made no sense 'cause they were the ones sending me sneakers bigger than the size 37 I ordered, so they should be responsible for their mistake, the staff's answer was that if I didn't want to pay more shipping fees I should just donate the sneakers!
So basically I wasted 66€ away. Don't do the same mistake folks. Avoid NastyGal.

Purchased items January 23,2017. As some items were duplicates to get the sizing right, I made sure they were returnable when I made the purchase. The order confirmation confirms this. I went to return the duplicate items on February 8th (far short of the 30 day return window) and the items are now listed as final sale, non returnable. I emailed CS that day and their response was a flippant "Thank you for contacting Nasty Gal! We are so sorry but at this time we will no longer be accepting returns. We were recently bought out, that is why the whole site is 40% off. We are so sorry for the inconvenience " This is totally deceptive and unfair as we that trusted NG received NO warning about a change in policy. A reputable business would have covered those that purchased before the policy change under the previous policy. A reputable business would have informed their clients via email they were going out of business and would be changing the policy at x date. I am so glad that I did not place the large order that I had planned that day but I still have clothing I can not wear and deserve my money back. Nasty Gal shame on you for not honoring your promises.

STAY AWAY! This company is such a ripoff, I ordered online and they sent me all the wrong orders and then when I sent them all back (which cost me over $20) I NEVER got a reimbursement for the clothing or the postage cost. I am incredibly disappointed and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER shop there, EVER!

I had store credit and without warning the company changed management and took my store credit. Do not buy from them, you will never get a refund. Do not buy from the parent company boohoo either

I last ordered One Step A-Thread Maxi Dress, Sunshine Superman Floral Dress, What's Growing On Floral Dress, Killer Queen Halter Bodycon Dress and Two-Way Street Studded Boot. They all fit perfectly according to the website sizing and the material is nice and comfortable couldn't be happier.

I have been waiting for an order over a month now. I have contacted customer service through multiple communication platforms. None have been helpful or given information. They are claiming that it is because of COVID that the delivery is messed up. I ordered this a week before everything was shut down. I keep asking for updates on my order and all they say is to "be patient" and keep checking FedEx. I have been doing that for 4 weeks now and there is still no update. I asked for an estimated time of arrival (2 weeks or 2 months) and they had no information. I asked for a refund on my order and they couldn't do that because it was shipped out. This is TERRIBLE customer service and I never want to order from here again. They have taken my money and have no plan of getting me the products I ordered. I still do not have the package and there is no plan in place for me to get it delivered. Right now I am frustrated because all they keep saying is "we apologize" but fail to DO anything about the issue.

Customer service is a nightmare. I ordered two items in a size small and one was sooooo tight I could barely get it on, it gave me a camel toe, and it bunched at the seams by my crotch. Did not look like the photo on the website. It's cheap material. Is size 2 sizes too small. If I was to even sit down I think it would rip.

The second item was a similar look same size. Size small. It was more like a medium or large in the pants. The pants were barely hanging onto my hips. I was pulling them up in the photos so you wouldn't see my vagina. The pant was 2" total circumference too big.

After I jumped through hoops to send the customer service photos. One person said to send them back and told me they would pay for the label. Then another person writes back the follow: "So sorry to hear the items do not fit you perfectly.
I have checked your photos and the sizes you have received and can see they are correct.
The culottes set should be worn short upon the leg length, a culottes is not a full leg.
I can not class your items as faulty."

This is my first and last time ordering from nasty gal and won't order any other company they own. I spent $200 of the birthday money, which was all the money I was given on nastygals website. Absolute worst customer service. I will be returning everything and will only buy from companies who value customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL!

Again their sizes are inconsistent, their products are cheaply made, and most of all their customer service doesn't care.

I ordered 3 items for a girls themed trip with plenty of time for arrival. A week later I received a heavy small package with 1 out of the 3 items I ordered from them. I figured they'd be sending me a separate package with the other 2
Items. A few days pass and I have not received the additional 2 items. Finding someone to help me has been a nightmare. I was first
Told in a chat that my items sold out and I'd have to wait for a refund. I looked on the website and saw both items were still in stock so I reached out again about the refund email they claimed to send. This time I was
Told they sent me all 3
Items and that they couldn't help me. I've pleaded with them to provide copies of weight of scanned and weighted package before they shipped. I've received dead end help. I'm now out Over $170 with no help from a manager or someone else in
Charge. How can a company be so certain that they sent me items when I never received them. I'm so disgusted in this company. Unprofessional, and tacky. There's nobody to help or provide any facts. This is a scam and someone there is stealing items and passing them off as shipped. Don't shop here

So I ordered for the first time on NastyGal. I have heard mainly bad things from this company and the way my feet are set up, rarely do I purchase shoes online. I am a 8 1/5 with wide feet. With that being said, since my feet are wide I can wear up to a size 10 depending on the style and make of a shoe. So that makes it even HARDER to find shoes. I ended up purchasing 2 heel shoes in a size 9 US. I decided to go a half size up from my usual 8 1/5 and BOY am I so happy I did! The shoes are sooo stylish, cute, and fit like a glove. At first they could not verify my address and sent back the items and so I reached out via Facebook and they got back to me literally in 2 minutes and apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or for them to resend the shoes via express overnight shipping. That is probably the only hiccup within the whole order. I literally received the shoes 2 days later. Very very happy with my purchase and for anyone who wears half sizes, for heels since I can only speak to that, I recommend going a size up.

So I saw this dress on their sale section that was 60% and BEAUTIFUL. It was so simple, and every time I would go to select my size, it would tell me that there were some in stock, so I put it into my bag.

**A HELPFUL TIP TO SHOPPERS: Sometimes your browser doesn't update with the website, and not everything that says its in stock is. Go to the 'live chat' button on the right, and specifically ask the person helping you, if that particular item is in stock and they will tell you. Don't pay for something if it's not gonna ship to you!**

After going back every time the website restocked, I finally got it in my size. The shipping is very fast, and I was impressed. I was told to go pick it up at the post office, with a $15 extra fee. Now, that may not seem like a lot but then again I only ordered the one item at around $34 CAD. If it were any larger of a sum, I'm sure I would have owed more. Although, the dress is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the picture and it fits amazingly, so it was well worth the money. But I am not so impressed with the paying of extra fees, which I had originally anticipated after reading some of these reviews. Just beware when you're spending A LOT on that site!
