Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

As of now NastyGal is complete scam to me! Every time I contacted customer service I was told to wait for the item linger and longer, because of the system, because of the investigation or some other BS. On the website they promise shipping to US under 8 days, guess what? It's been a month and they are copy/pasting 'oh, sorry, it's not ideal, wait longer'. I paid the money, they have failed to deliver it. I told them about it, suggested other solutions, those were declined and the situation wasn't handled properly. Now they are not on a rush to give my money back.
No direct phone number, they don't give contacts of managers or whoever can handle this properly.

Placed an order with mast gal in mid July and I have yet to receive over half if the order. I bought these clothes for my child for school and now school is starting and she has yet to receive the clothes or a refund. My family was hit hard Financially by this Covid pandemic.We do not have the money to buy other clothes for her, this has been very upsetting to my middle school daughter. I have searched for a customer service phone number and there does not seem to be one. I tried to chat with the company and I was asked to pay for the Correspondence. I have emailed them and the only response I received was that I must have given the wrong address, the other half of the same order was delivered to my front door. This is just unbelievable that companies that are as well know as this are able to get away with stealing from their customers. Half of the order we received was so see through she isn't able to wear it So now my daughter as one pair of shorts, one shirt, and one dress for the school year that are wearable. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL!

Have waited 5 weeks for a pair of glasses I. Could have bought in top shop for half the price - when they finally arrive I am asked to pay a further €22! Why I ask, because of extra shipping fees - I refused to accept the package and contacted them immediately to be told - it's nothing to do with us, your government are charging that on import duties! Really, but the parcel arrived from Düsseldorf in Germany I said, and last time I checked that was part of the EU so no duties apply! Lying bunch of scammers - I contacted UPL who confirmed that the extra money was requested by 'Nasty gal' ( should of taken heed of the name) and had nothing to do with govt duties since they did not apply from goods shipped from Germany!
This website is targeted at young teenage girls, who probably don't have a great deal of disposable income, I think it is disgusting that web sites that make a habit of this kind of behaviour go unchallenged by any governing bodies - if I had read some of the previous comments on this site I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole - I will make it my mission to let as many people as possible know how rubbish this company are to deal with and hope fully stop others from being defrauded by their antics.

MY BIGGEST TIP: DO NOT BUY NASTYGAL/SHOECULT BRANDS.
Coming from a US resident and a frequent nastygal shopper:
Pros:
-Cute styles
-Generally fast shipping (to the US).
-Awesome sales 1-2 times a year.
Cons:
-NastyGal/Shoe Cult brands are very cheaply made. (Wouldn't recommend buying anything they made themselves.)
-Expensive
-Customer service is questionable.
So here are a couple things that have annoyed me from previous purchases:
1) I bought a dress made by NastyGal and the strap was sewn on backwards. I got the dress on super sale for like 12 bucks (from $50~). I still returned it because I didn't want to fix it myself and the quality was so incredibly cheap. I want to include this policy:
"Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i. E. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you."
I wanted my money back in full because it is not my fault that sent me a bad item. Right? But they refused to give me all my money back. I find that so very irresponsible.
2) Almost every single item I bought from them that is made from them is unwearable. They either fit really awkwardly or are so cheaply made that I wouldn't be caught dead wearing them.
**I almost always shop in the sale section. Everything else not made by NastyGal usually comes in looking great.**

DO NOT BUY! RIP OFF DELIVERY CHARGES! WEBSITE MISLEADING!
I will not be buying from thiswebsite again and will endevour to make sure that other people from the UK are aware of business pitfalls!
My experienec: I was surprised to have to pay £50 to receive my order given that their website states that orders over $150 have free shipping. This offer of free shipping encourages the customer to buy more products than they otherwise might in order to take advantage of this offer. Their website states - charges MAY (yes that is a mght) be incurred by over seas customers. I felt that the way that their website displays this offer is misleading. I suspect that they have many customers from the UK who have fallen foul of these charges. I suggest they make this clearer in future.

I had no idea the reviews for Nasty Gal had gotten so bad this year, so I blindly went ahead and ordered $150 worth of items. Luckily they arrived within the expected time frame (6-7 business days to Australia) however I was disappointed with the quality of the items. The shirts were transparent when they weren't supposed to be, and the dresses were all far too large to be a size 8 (and YES I checked the size guide!)
The problem is now I want to return some of the items but after reading these reviews I am worried I won't ever be refunded. Refunds are ENTITLED under Australian Consumer Law and I am appalled that so many people on here have had to fight for this right and jump through hoops to prove themselves! If you are selling to Australians then you NEED to abide by this! Can anyone please tell me how to successfully achieve a refund? I am very worried I will be scammed.
No customer should feel this way and I am taken aback that upper management has not addressed this issue and continue to be fine with upsetting and scamming their customers!

My order of a faux fur scarf came 32 days after my order was placed even though it states that standard delivery to ireland takes 1-2 weeks. I payed 14 euros for the shipping on the website, then the delivery man said im supposed to pay 23 euros for customs and vat right then and there before i receive my package... this is outrageous i was never told about this and i never had to do this for previous orders... when i asked the nasty gal representative on the live chat on their website i constantly received generic answers right out of a book... so in total including the shipping i had already paid for i was expected by them to pay 76 euros to receive the faux fur scarf... i was outraged and after over an hour of trying to sort this out all i was told to do was refuse the item and i would get my money back... the item cost 40 euros and yet they wanted me to pay 35 euros to receive it without making me aware of this at the checkout. There were no apologies and i was just continuously told i was in the wrong because it was at the bottom of some random page on the website even though their company did not inform me of these charges at the checkout. And the rep told me that this problem had been happening to other customers also since they changed delivery companies ( the reason for these new charges) i will never buy from this misleading and untrustworthy brand again. They clearly do not value customer satisfaction or customer convenience, now after over a month of waiting and looking forward to receiving my item i will not receive it and they also refused to give me any voucher or future discount for the inconvenience. Dont buy from Nasty Gal its clearly unsafe and they don't know how to manage their website to make it even remotely clear and safe for customers. Make sure to warn your friends!

dont use this website you will either be left with less money than you intended on paying or even getting back after returning which generally doesn't give back the'' initial''shipping cost . i do not recommend this website at all especially for people buying outside of america!

Being completely oblivious to the fact that Sofia had went bankrupt and sold NastyGal, i was extremely excited when i saw that they had a 40% off sale as their stuff is normally on the pricey side. I bought a pair of shoes, thrilled that i got them for a steal. Shipping said it'd get to me within 8 business days. They had zero warnings about customs, and the possible delays. After i ordered i got an email saying i should expect my order LATEST 5/11/17. I got an email from them on the 7th saying that my order had been shipped. This is the annoying part. I got an email from Deutsche post UK on the 10th saying my package had been shipped. Very confusing. First the est delivery time was the 11th & the package had been shipped on the 7th. Then i get an email on the 10th saying it's been shipped from the UK. I honestly never have high expectations when ordering online, and don't even care when shipment is late. But giving the customer misinformation is NOT okay. So i got my package on the 17th and not only was it late but the package was SO beat up and dirty. I should've taken a picture. The shoes came in a box that was completely smashed to the point where the shoes weren't in it. I have to say the shoes were exactly as described/pictured on the website, and i am so in love. The quality in the product is still there. I might even buy from them again, but with extreme caution and low expectations.

Definitely wasn't expecting this! I recently ordered 2 clothing items, some tights and a formal shirt. I ordered BOTH of these items in a size 2! THEY INSISTED ON SENDING ME A SIZE 6! Why? At first i thought it was a computer glitch so i went to my email and viewed my order from there and on there it said that i had ordered a SIZE 2 in both. I'm like "okay, their website must be trippin" so I proceeded to wait on my package without any complaints... THEN i went back to NastyGal and orderd a dress, I ordered a size 2 in the dress... AGAIN on their website it said i had ordered a size 6 but on my email it said that i had ordered a size 2... WHY WHEN MY VERY FIRST ORDER 'FINALLY' ARRIVED BOTH OF MY ITEMS WERE A SIZE 6!? I CANT EVEN FIT A SIZE SIX. I FEEL SO BETRAYED AND NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. I mean you just don't play wit peoples money like that!

I was a first time buyer from NastyGal. I saw they were having a 70% sale with an extra 30% off code so I decided to place an order on 12/30/17. I ordered a total of five items: 3 dresses, a backpack, and a lipstick. As soon as I placed my order I went online to check their reviews and to my panic, majority were negaive. I thought the same thing would happen to me (like getting wrong items, items missing, poor quality, unable to track my package, ect.) and I was about to cancel but I decided to take a chance because I really wanted my cute items. I was able to track my order with the tracking number they gave me. My order came on 01/08/18 and I recieved all my items. One of the dresses was thin material but I didnt really mind. Other than that, my other items were great quailty and all the items looked exactly liked the their pictures online. I was satisfied. If you're a first time buyer for NastyGal, I say take a chance! They have really cute items and are always having sales. I would definitely order again! I mostly just wrote this review to give a peace of mind to those wanting to buy from NastyGal, as most are negative. I really like NastyGal :)

I ordered almost $300 worth of items from Nasty gal July early in July. It was shipped out July 16th with the promise of delivery within 7 business days. The 7th day came and went and the tracking was stuck in a particular phase. Now I dont blame nasty girl for this issue but how they proceeded was not in good customer service or business practice at all. They told me they couldn't do anything yet they need to look into it first, and once I told them the package was declared lost with the post Office they said i still have to wait until August 12th to see if it turns up before they can do anything like refund or send new items out. These items were for holiday (vacation) and i was leaving the country and even if it turned up I wouldn't be there to accept the package. But nothing they refuse to do anything. This is outrageous that the consumer must suffer when there is a delivery guarantee and this burden shouldn't be placed on the customer. Bad business practices and now will lose my business for good.

Take a moment to bow your head in silence: the nasty gal we know and love is gone. What is left is a hideous anti fashion site hawking shapeless dresses striaght off little house on the prarie. Seriously many of these outfits make these gorgeous models bodies look frumpy and unattractive. I have never seen such an ugly assortment of clothing on a site and even sadder its the nasty gal site. I see model after model looking pissed off for having to wear such atricious and cheaply made crap. You can almost read their thoughts: they hate these clothes. Theyre going to quit as soon as they find another gig. They are embarrassed to be seen in these clothes.
Whoever is the buyer for this site you are going to go out of business: you cant keep the nasty gal name AND hawk cheap crap that is tasteless because your going to make NG customers incensed. Either make your brands similar to nasty gals original lines and retain the nasty gal consumer base or change the site name to something else. What your trying to pull is going to bite you in the $#*!.
Sorry to all the ladies who got burned on their store credit. When the NG ship went down looks like it was every nasty gal for herself and that sucks.
I went thru 15 of the 25 pages of merch and could scarsley find one item id buy. It's sad really. I miss the go to site for edgy clothes. Now all there is is akiraclothing and free people. Anyone else found a nasty gal replacement site?

I got my very first order *******@nastygal this morning and one of my three items was missing and another was damaged( basically coming apart but I figured I can fix this so no big deal). I reached out and asked for my missing item to be sent out. They initially said no and that I would get a refund in 8 days and then have to wait a further 7 days for it to be processed, I was confused because I could see it was available on the website but they wouldn't send me the item missing from my order. I asked if I could speak to a manager but got no call ( I was told I would get one). After going back and forth I was finally told I would be sent one voucher for me to purchase my item again and another of 5 for the damaged item. Firstly I didn't receive the voucher to replace the missing item and when I went to the website the item was FOUR times the original price ( Yes FOUR times) so their voucher wouldn't even cover it. I went back to them about both not receiving the voucher and the new price and was told It was an issue with the website and it would be adjusted so I could make my purchase again. The next person who contacted me told me I just had to repurchase the item at the new price ( AGAIN 4 times the price for an item I already bought but just didn't get). As if this isn't enough, I did receive the 5 voucher for the damaged item but get this it was a boohoo.com voucher Actually blown away by how awful the customer service is.

Around October i purchased some garments from Nasty Gal. When they arrived I noticed how poorly made the garments were and the straps on the dress were falling apart. I immediately returned the garments and informed Nasty Gal that I had done so for them to expect a return. Two weeks later, 18th of November, I contacted Nasty Gal again to confirm they had recieved my returns package and I was informed they had recieved the returned good and would process my refund immediately.
After numerous back and forth emails, each time being contacted by a different person and not having the issue handled by a single person, it shows how useless their customer service is.
It is December the 24th now and I still have not recieved my refund. How can it possibly take over a month to action a refund.
I decided I might contact someone from their live chat option on their website. That was a bloodly nightmare. Either the person "Madison" i was talking to was plain rude or not a person at all but a robot with automated responses.
All I want is my bloody refund and have this nightmare be over with.
Don't bother shoping on this site. The quality of the garments is $#*! but even worse, their customer service is dreadful.
