Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Don't waste your money they got so poor quality on their clothes everything you see in the pictures is a lie.

Nasty Gal can profit at the expense of what I assume to be college students that want trendy clothes but aren't willing to shell out very much for them. I fell for the 60% off sale, and I only read reviews until after I made the purchase. The biggest red flag was that out of the 11 items that I bought, I only kept 5. Customer service was prompt but was virtually useless in helping me with my order. Keep in mind that pretty much everyone has to pay a flat fee of shipping that ensures that your order will come in within a week - try nearly a month, going back and forth with customer service and wondering where my package was since the tracking stopped updating. When I got my package today, some items were laughable... I ordered a delicate white mesh top and what I got was an incredibly unwearable costume-like tulle top that looked like it shipped from the 1800's and it was a completely different top! The cherry on top was the cream blouse that came in a bright yellow colour. I was so disappointed with my items, I didn't even bother trying some of them on. Sizing is way off too, and I'm sure most products are photoshopped or edited to appear like something else when in fact they're cheap, disposable garments. Nasty Gal probably has a high number of returns so they obviously can't afford to pay for shipping costs themselves; honestly, the fact that they haven't gone out of business is beyond me. Also, not even sure where to ship it back to considering the return label and address that they listed aren't the same place - guess you flip a coin and see what happens. Take it from everyone who has left a review that you should look elsewhere for clothes.

***CUSTOMS CHARGES INFORMATION***
I'd just like to clear up something with customs charges because I feel like a lot of the ratings on this website are unfairly low because people are annoyed they had to pay customs on their order.
Customs are NOT controlled by nastygal! If like me you live in the UK anything you buy outside of the EU is subject to customs charges. So if you're not prepared to pay customs, don't buy! (the reason you may not get customs charges from other shops is because some companies mark your order as a gift so you don't have to pay customs, but it's illegal for them to do it!) It has been complained about in a few reviews that nastygal don't inform you of customs charges, but it is very clearly marked next to where you select your type of shipping that customs are your own responsibility.
In case you're wondering how much you're looking to pay with customs... your parcel might sneak through without you having to pay anything but it might not. In the UK when I get a parcel with customs I have to pay £8 handling fee plus 20% of what my total order is worth (total order worth does include what you paid for shipping!) I think it varies based on which company ships your parcel but just be aware of that when you're making an order.
In terms of the rest of the buying process, I have made one order from this site - 2 dresses - and both were true to size, good quality and arrived within the specified 1-2 weeks. They arrived with customs (about £16) which was annoying of course but that's just life! I would order more from nastygal if customs charges were free, but as it is out of their control I haven't marked down their rating at all for it.

I paid for two day shipping and I never got my order in time. I left on holiday and when I got back the order still hadn't arrived (it had been 5 days by then) so I emailed customer service and they said they needed at least "5 days to contact the courier" just to see what was going on. At this point I was LIVID. I had no time for them to sit and waste so I opened a dispute with american express (THANK GOD) and within a DAY American Express got me A REFUND. I got an email from Nasty Gal THE DAY AFTER I OPENED THE DISPUTE saying that they're sorry that my package had gotten lost in the mail and they could give me a refund or resend the package. Funny how fast they were able to get me a refund with American Express on my side, when a day before they said they needed 5 days just to get info from the courier. So I ended up getting my refund - but let me tell you if I had not used my American Express card I bet I would still be out $200. So I got lucky. I don't know what the deal is with this company but their service is horrible. I was a regular shopper there until this incident - can't believe they tried to pull one on me and make me wait 5 days just to check with a courier WHEN THEY HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. It's their responsibility and they don't own up to it. Avoid if you can.

I purchased an order about 2 weeks ago and paid extra for standard 7 day shipping-- It was supposed to get here December 12th. When I went to track my package on December 10th, it said that it was still in England. So I waited. The tracking site then said my package would arrive on the 16th so I was patient. When it didn't come on the 16th, I emailed customer service (because I couldn't find a phone number to call) and I got an automated email saying that they would get back to me in 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours-- about 72 hours more than 24 hours, and still no response! I went to track my package today and it said it was missent! Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME. This is the most ridiculous process in the world. Not only did I pay for 7 day shipping but NO ONE responded to my email. They don't even have a customer service number for you to call. You can bet I'm posting this review on EVERY review website and telling all of my friends to NEVER shop at Nasty Gal. How DARE you take advantage of people like that. Some of us have to work hard for our money. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. I am normally a very patient person (since I waited for so long for this damn package) but not after I've been taken advantage of. You can bet your asses that I'll make it so that no one ever shops at nasty gal or is taken advantage of like this EVER again.

I can impart some wisdom as to Canadians are charged such a ridiculous amount of money for 'customs'. I had figured this out the hard way with my addiction to online shopping from the states.
When I first started shopping with Nastygal back like 2 years ago, they were just an up and comer and their clothes were great/so was their customer service... now that they've made it to the bigtime they've decided to screw their customers over and only care about profit... and this is where customs charges come in.
They didn't use to work with DHL as their international Canadian delivery courier. DHL ALWAYS collaborates with the business to charge international address another 'customs' fee which isn't really taken by the Canadian government but rather taken half by DHL and then half by the company ie. Nastygal in this case. ANY order over 21$ CAD they WILL charge and it WILL be at exorbant prices. I once ordered a 30$something package from Karmaloop (works with DHL). The customs was almost the same as the package. I was forced to pay. Needless to say I have never ordered from Karmaloop ever freaking again.
It's been awhile since I had sworn off Nastygal because of their bad quality of clothing in my last order... so I've decided to give them another try...
I placed 3 orderes all between the ranges of 33-50$CAD last week, hoping that if i broke it up that it could slip by customs... for their black friday sale (today) I was going to place a large order of 200$... then I found out they switched to DHL. I've completely cleared my tote and now expect to get charged on all 3 of my nastygal delivers.
The sneaky truth is that if you see any company use DHL as their delivery service. RUN FAR AWAY.
Update on my 3 packages coming soon... though I suspect it won't be good news.

Nastygal prices are indeed a rip off, thus i always purchase from the sales. My past 2 orders had no problem. I love the clothes so much and the sale prices were really reasonable.
Until yesterday, there was a sale thus i ordered 6 PAIRS of shoes. Sadly i've mistaken the sizes to be in UK instead of US.
However, there was a maintenance out of a sudden and the prices returned to the original pricing! FROM $30 TO A WHOOPING $100!? I was told that there was a sales glitch. Thankfully, i was honored the sale prices. Thus, I asked if i could change the sizes and the answer was a strict no, no matter how much i pleaded. I have to cancel my WHOLE ORDER (including my clothes and such) just to change my shoe sizes?!? BUT if i were to do that, i will not be honored the sale prices anymore and i have to pay the original price of everything!
HOW IS IT THAT SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE NASTYGAL COULDNT DO ME A SIMPLE REQUEST OF CHANGING THE SIZES!?
Thus, i had to carry on with my orders of 6 PAIRS OF SHOES ORDERED WRONGLY. Such disappointment, Nastygal.

I really enjoy this website. I have ordered from Nasty Gal a few times (yes i did discover the website through the netfilx show) and overall it has been a great experience. Before I ordered I read multiple reviews which said that the quality was bad as a result of being bought out recently their handling systems were sub par; by my estimation however there is very little truth in these statments.
The shipping is fairly average in time and is very cheep, especially considering that i am from Australia and the packages come from the USA. Tracking is also provided on the NastyGal website which makes postage a lot more stress free.
I also really like their products, they have a very quirky on trend style that is very unique. It is hard not to fall in love with every piece. To give some indication of the quality, I bought a pair of vegan leather ankle boots and wore them all winter; they are still going strong and will definitely last a lot longer. Perhaps the best feature of this company is the pricing, everything is very affordable, especially when you catch one of the crazy good 50% everything sales (yes that includes items which are already on sale)
The company may have had its issues in the past because of it's change of ownership. I never experienced any of the unpleasantness that many others have, I believe that any prior issues have now been sorted making this a great shopping experience.
The products are by no means high end luxury items, that being said the items are still great quality an fun designs. I could not be any happier with my experiences shopping on the Nasty Gal website and I would recommend this to any fashionistas on a budget.

I live in Toronto, Canada, and i ordered some necklaces and a long skirt from nastygal.com. First off, i had to wait about 1 month before I received my order, and since i wasnt home I had to pay extra money at the post office eventhough i already paid Shipping and Handling. Secondly, when i finally did get my stuff, 2 out of the 3 necklaces that i bought were broken, and the sewing of the skirt was all wrong, one of the pockets was sewed to the bottom of the skirt. Because i waited more than 1 month to receive my package, i just threw the stuff in the garbage and lost about $60 and 1 month of waiting, it would have taken them another 3 months to send me the right stuff and more money if i were to send it back, so i didnt even waste my time. That was my first and last time shopping on nastygal.com, and I would never recommend this store to anybody who is trying to do some online shopping. Hopefully this will help anybody who is a shopaholic like me, ITS NOT EVEN WORTH THE TROUBLE, there are wayy better sites and stores out there.

My experience with Nasty Gal was HORRIBLE.
First things first, I'm in Australia. Conversion rates and shipping fees were already steep. That being said, I loved this pair of shorts, so I made an order.
First mistake of Nasty Gal - I didnt get a tracking email. I waited for weeks for my order and to no avail, so I eventually contacted the live chat and after speaking to a customer service person (who, to be fair, was actually quite lovely) found out that my package had been delivered to the WRONG STATE! So i thought, okay, maybe you can resend the item to me... nope! Out of stock in my size (as it was a sale item)... I eventually (three weeks later) got them to give me a refund.
Time passed, and my friend wanted to do an order so she asked me if there was anything I wanted and we could share shipping rates. I checked my shorts and I thought it was my lucky day! They had come back into stock in my size! I asked her to add them to her order and thought that FINALLY I would have these shorts I had been coveting for the last 2 months.
When they arrived I could not be more excited. But boy, was I disappointed.
The colour and quality was nothing like the photos on the website. They were at least two sizes too small. But the worst thing was a GIANT hole in the crotch when the stitching had come undone. I don't even know why NastyGal even sent the item it was obviously not in new condition.
So my friend had to request a returns form, and to organise for a courier to pick them up to return. Luckily I did not have to pay any return shipping fees.
I am currently STILL waiting for a refund on this item though, despite it being at least a month since I sent it back.
This is appalling and I will NEVER EVER shop with nasty gal again.
Tip for consumers:
If youre thinking about it, dont! Most of their things can be found on other websites and it is really just not worth the hassle!!

So I have made an order earlier this year in February and totally forgot about that I have made an order from them. Time passes by and recently I made an order from Nasty Gal(apparently it's their sister company but I never knew), so aupost had sent me the tracking number through email but the sender was from boohoo.com. I was really confused so I logged into my boohoo account to check if I had made an order recently then I realised that I never have but the latest one was the one that I placed in February. So I reached out to boohoo and asked them what's going on because I realised I have never received the February order. All the items I did not recall that I have received. They said the tracking I received was for nasty gal order I recently made and I have to find the tracking number for February boohoo order which I couldn't because I had trouble logging into my email that i no-longer use. They said they couldn't help me because I don't have the tracking number. But the point is I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS. Only good thing is that I have found out nasty gal was the same company so I will definitely be returning the $500+ Order that I made recently made. Be aware and do not buy from BooHoo AND Nasty Gal because they're the same company so it's equality poor brands.
