Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Because they don't use Canada Post or USPS - instead another courier company Landmark - the duty, taxes and brokerage fees tacked on to the order are horrendous. If you contact customer service about it, they patronizingly remind you that you checked a box agreeing to pay extra for applicable duty. I purchased a dress for $110, paid $12 shipping, and then was told I had to pay $50 more when it arrived. I ended up refusing the package - it will go back to NG and I'll eventually be refunded for it. I wanted the dress, but wasn't even sure it would fit properly - and wasn't going to pay $50 to find out! Shame on you Nasty Gal - pure robbery.

Don't buy anything from them because it's scam! I can't wait this order so long! I made order back on December 14 so I wanted my order before Christmas! And still did get anything! Now I'm asking for refund and cancel my order and they telling me i have to wait till January 13! No thank you! I need my refund now! So please don't buy anything from this company it's scam

I never ever write reviews, but I thought this was a necessary one.
First of all nasty gal does not offer free shipping and returns.
Secondly the quality of their clothes is extremely low. The fit is beyond weird. And their sizing is off. (Their L t-shirts fit like an S)
I ordered 20 pieces of clothes which i all had to send back. The clothes are NOT like the pictures on their site.
Never ordering here again.

The dresses that I received were not bad quality. The only problem I had was one of the dresses was missing. When I contacted them I get no reply. Its too bad too because the business I run is adult entertainment & these girls pay it's as much for the same products. I stopped every girl in my club from making those orders & I manage@ least 60 girls. Their loss for being so damn greedy.

I have ordered several items for my birthday for them over a week ago and nothing has shipped. I emailed them 4 days ago and no response, so I emailed them again. I tried to login to my online account, it's giving me an error, tried to access my order using my order number and now it's telling me not found. I am highly upset because this isn't professional at all. They take your money and literally get ghost. I am never ordering from here again.

I was very angry to find out my order had to pay $43.18 of taxes to pick up my packages! (I'm in Canada btw) Beware of the hidden fees! I regret and i feel ripped off.
It means I wasted $15shipping fee+$43.18=$58.18 for a an order that is only $99 :(

BEWARE! I purchased a dress then after reading some reviews about the quality I cancelled the order within 15 minutes. Apparently they can take orders but not cancellations so they shipped the item anyways. The dress was ill fitting and not the greatest quality. I then had to deal with shipping the item back at my cost because they ignore cancellations. This was my first order and will be my last!

I ordered 3 packages 3 weeks ago. Should have arrived after 6 days but when i asked costumer service were it was i just got 3 confirmation-emails that they had received my 3 returned packages! Both me and my friend got this mail and we have NOT received anything. Should have known their crazy sales was too good to be true! Would have given a minus amount of stars if i could!

Worst customer experience ever. I shopped their black friday sale and purchased some items on 40% discount, including a pair of boots i wanted for ages. Upon completing my order they sent me an invalid tracking number, i refreshed it a few days later- it was still invalid. It had been two weeks and still no sign of my parcel. I checked my nasty gal account and they had returned my order without even contacting me and had relisted the items i purchased, on their website at full price. I emailed them asking for a refund, they refunded me incorrectly and refused to refund me the full amount. They also told me i would have to reorder these items at full price and pay $29 shipping if i wanted them. I will never shop with nasty gal ever again and i will make sure i warn everyone i know. Stay away from this website, they are incompetent and will scam you.

Quality of jacket wasn't that great and looked a lot better in the website photo. It was also too big even though it was size XS. I had good customer service though when returning it and no problems with shipping.

Haven't even received my order yet, but according to my shipping email, I was sent the wrong size. I ordered boots in a size 7 (I have my confirmation email as proof that I didn't mess up) and according to my shipping email, they sent me the same boots in a size 5. I have sent a message to customer service and am being patient with the response but I am annoyed. I ordered one thing and they somehow messed that up. I know that the return/ refund will be an easy process but I am annoyed that I won't be getting the boots in my size. I am crossing my fingers that i was just a typo on their end and I am actually receiving the right size, but I am not optimistic.

I ordered from here nearly 2 months ago, kept getting told that my order was lost and then it wasn't. They gave the option for the order to be resent, which they then retracted and refunded me instead. I'm quite annoyed with the pointless process and due to this being my first experience with Nasty Gal, will never return to this site.

I really do love Nasty Gal: their clothes are high quality and their customer service is pretty good! The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they can take a while with their refunds. In my experience, the only was I could receive a refund for a return I had shipped out is by emailing them about three weeks after I had shipped out my return. Once I emailed them asking about the status of the return, the refund would magically enter my Paypal! They are a great business, just a tip if you're having issues with refunds.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a couple of items of clothing. Had to return all of it.
I bought some platform boots which were SO cheap and horrible. They had a chunk missing out of FOAM sole. They looked nothing like they did online.
I also bought some creeper shoes. They were so heavy that they were difficult to walk in, it was like having bricks on your feet.
I bought 2 body suits. They were completely different to how they looked online. Completely see-through and cheap, horrible material.
I sent all of it back for return and they have only acknowledged the shoes, so I have had to contact them to get that sorted - who knows how long that will take!
Will never buy from here again.

I ordered from Nasty Gal for the first time recently. My package took incredibly long to get to me. For the price of these clothes, I expected way more. The quality of all the clothes I bought are terrible and almost all the items are see-through. I expected way more from Nasty Gal since I've heard good things about it online and from other media outlets. I will not be ordering from here ever again, in fact... I am sending some of the items back because they are so cheaply made. I don't advise anyone to shop here.

This site is a scam. Stay away. I ordered a jacket and paid for expidited shipping. Not only was the tracking not clear, but after a month of waiting I contacted customer service whose only advice was to wait, that a delivery date had not been established. It's now been two months and still no item and zero help from customer service.
They just take your money, stay away!

For all the good girls out there - run as fast as you can... from this freaking nasty gal! They are fraudulent with a capital N, scheming customers' money in every possible nasty way. When you are dealing with people like them online, transiting money through internet and your dumb bank, there is simply no security at all! There is nothing nice to say about Nasty Gal. I wanted so badly to like them and even remained a customer for about a year buying several items. I think I sent back about 75% of these items. I only kept the others bc it was either a hassle to do so or I had no choice bc it was final sale. The quality of the clothing is horrible and cheap. The customer service sucks! Its nonexistent to be honest. Then- I had a credit in my account and after my complaining so much, they deleted my account! Pocketing my credit. I have never felt with such a horrible business before in my life. STAY AWAY!

The same thing that is happening to other people is happening to me. I bought a purse from the 70% sale 10 days ago. After I was charged through my credit card, my account ceased to exist and the tracking number doesn't work. I still haven't gotten my order and I'm worried.

I don't get it! I read the reviews after I bought the clothes and I was really worried that I got scammed... But actually they sent me 3 confirmation e mails and I received my order within a few days ( I'm in uk) the clothes were nice. Not the best material but then again they were very cheap! If I wanted top material I would have spent more n gone to Armani! Anyway one of the orders was wrong ( I ordered 5 pcs)I wrote to their customer service and they replied immediately advising they will deal with my query within 24 hours. Hopefully they will! I will update u. Overall happy with the clothes and with the customer service' oils it be that by paying with paypal they behave differently as they don't want to deal with paypal if they don't deliver! I don't know but honestly I would order from them again!

This website is highly dubious. I made an order and they emailed me a day later saying that they needed a photo of my credit card and a picture of my ID! I have never been asked for anything like this before when shopping online and it has never been a requirement. They then cancelled my order as I didn't reply within a day. A complete scam.

A warning to any purchaser out there. If you're going to order an item that says "low inventory" be prepared that they may not send it to you because it's supposedly "out of stock". ( I live in te U. S)
I was very disappointed in them. I ordered an eyeliner and the " over it overalls " in a XS which were on sale for 33$. I waited 3 days for them to confirm the payment; when they did, I saw they only sent the eyeliner.
Though, the overalls were stocked on XS and S the very next day I ordered them, they STILL didn't sent it. I'm very furious about this bullcrap.

The items I ordered that fit, I'm ok with. However, I also ordered a dress in a US size 4 and was sent a US size 8. When I contacted the website, the explanation was that the size was converted to an equivalent UK size, but it's at least two sizes too big. I have yet to be credited for the last dress I returned and now I'm returning another one. There are so many other web sites to order from that have excellent return services. I would not recommend Nasty Gal.

Love love love my clothes! They look so good on! The nasty gal team stayed in touch with me the whole time even when I couldn't access the tracking number! I did have to go to the postal office to pick up my package because no one was there to sign for it, however nasty gal sent my package in a timely fashion and for what I paid the clothes are amazing quality! Recommend! I'm a first time buyer and will be back for me
