Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.

On my YouTube channel about 2 months ago i posted A nasty gal haul. I liked the items but a lot of them were to big. I ordered Them in the wrong size so the Next day i immediately shipped them off using the shipping label they gave me. And i still Haven't received my refund which is around $200! They also don't have a phone number so i had To email them and they can't do anything without a shipping receipt which wasn't given to me at my post office. So i have No refund or clothes

Seriously!

I live in london and my parcel never arrived - i didn't had problems with any other company. After two weeks they told me to solve the issue with the delivery company - but no one can find my parcel. And they say theres nothing they can do!

Never shop there :)

When a company tells you to go ahead and return the item and they will take care of you, and then they don't, well that is all it took for me. I will never give them my business again. They ripped me off for $200 and that is just not right.

Paid £10 for next day delivery, did not arrive on the day it was supposed to. I then missed parcel as they sent me the delivery slot 10 minutes before it arrived the following day, so was not home (hence why I paid for next day delivery, as knew I would not be in that day). They would not refund me next day delivery charge even though it was sent off a day late which was confirmed in the tracking section, therefore false advertising on "next day delivery" part. Now I have to wait till next working day and the event I have is on the weekend. So disappointed. Can not rely on their delivery and have missed out on a nice outfit for my event because of it - and NO REFUND.

Worst company.

Parcel arrived 1 1/2 month later, when it arrived the quality was bad af, so had to return everything
They charged me 11$ usd for the shipping and now i have to pay 15$ to return, so i paid over 30$ for nothing.

Ordered a size 10 black bodysuit and a size 12 "stretchy" jeans only for me to try it on barely fitting. It felt like I had ordered a size down and I am pretty sure I have not gained a lot of weight for me to go one size up. I will be issuing a refund and will not be ordering again, too bad I paid for delivery too which was £4 when it should have been £3. Only good thing I must say is that I liked the quality of the bodysuit and the colour of the jeans BUT the website claimed the jeans to be stretchy when in fact i felt stiff and was barely able to walk in it.

This was my first time ordering from Nasty Gal. After ordering, I looked up reviews and got very worried. Despite the negative reviews, the item I ordered looked just like the picture and is good quality! It only took about a week to receive it and there was no damage to the package!

Ordered well over a month ago and never received my order. I check the tracking and it shows that the order was shipped from overseas. This is a US based website. If they want to dropship crap from overseas, they need to add a disclaimer that the order will take longer than expected.

I was charged for an item I did not receive. I tried contacting the company for a week and their virtual chat system wasn't working. When I was finally able to get through to them they said I was outside the 14-day window for identifying a missing item. Due to their broken technology, they stole money from me. Worst customer service experience. They have no phone support. They are preying on their customers.

First things first, their clothes look MUCH BETTER on the website than in person. They use great stylists and photo editing to make them look thicker, luxurious and well fitting. In reality, they are cheap china made outfits that you can buy on Melrose in LA for half the price. For what you are getting, the prices they charge are not worth it. I have always been disappointed with every order I have ever received but that's not the worst of it. They pretend to have free returns but they don't, you can only have "free" returns if you choose store credit, why on earth would you want store credit if you don't want to be ripped off anymore with their crappy clothes? I ordered two things from them and ended up forking over $12 in handling fees because I actually wanted to get my money back (imagine that). What a joke, waste of time, and a ripoff.

I am from Australia, purchased two dresses from NastyGal. One of them was not the right size, sent it back. They claim never received item and refused to refund my money back. I end up paid double of the postage as well as I lost the dress. Will not buy from them again! Overseas buyers be careful!

I ordered the shift embroidered dress and it was to be shipped to Spain. It took fooooreeeeeveeeer to get it plus I had to pay 60 EUROS! For it to clear customs. When I got it like 90 days later the quality was beyond poor, no one could even wear that. I cannot express how $#*!ty it was! I returned it the same day and the cost of shipping it back to the US was 20 euros. So I spent 80 euros for nothing. Never again will I buy anything from them. Not worthy!

I ordered something and it arrived a week after the expected delivery date. The quality is worse than Forever 21 and double the price. It didn't even fit because the website provided false measurements. I don't want to return it because I have heard that they don't refund.

Was one of those that ordered from the 70% sale. Took forever to ship & was shipped the wrong items! They told me it was because it was under new ownership so they can't do anything about it. Was disappointed from that. Then ordered a pair of sunglasses from the site just a week ago and was still sent the wrong item! They absolutely can't do anything about it & the customer service absolutely sucks! Will never ever order from here again

Scammed. The worst customer service I have ever received on 2 occasions. Bought my usual size 40 jeans but they were way too tight so I ordered size 42 but although it said 42 on them they were exactly the same size. Trying to explain that to them was impossible even with photos. Sent both jeans back in the same bag along with a top (save the planet and all that) and they only refunded me for one pair of jeans. Big long exchange of emails about that and when they finally understood they insisted I wait another while for the other jeans and top to be refunded. Needless to say I never got a refund for them. I will never shop there again. Wish I had read the reviews on here first.

I was a little bit hesitant from ordering from this website at first because of the bad reviews and late shipping. But I ordered a black dress for my homecoming next month. I ordered it around the 19th of September and it came between the time frame it was expected and I was very pleased. The dress fit perfectly and I will definitely be ordering from this site once again. Also if you ever buy a dress, make sure to always measure yourself on the size chart so you can get your exact size!

This website is amazing. It was recommended to me by a friend i purchased a few dresses and a top. All really nice quality delivery was very quick and very reasonable price. I returned the top as it didn't suit me and i was refunded within a week. So happy i sent a couple of items back to plt the same day and im still waiting to hear back from them. I love that they do free returns aswell. I've purchased the next day delivery for a year will defiantly be ordering again.

I've heard about nasty gal being terrible but I wanted to see it for myself. I ordered a couple of things and they all arrived fairly quickly, but to my surprise the dress that I ordered was a size 12(uk 14) when I ordered a size 10. I also got a jacket in the wrong color since I ordered a pink jacket but instead got the blue one. Hopefully they'll do better next time

Customs and duty fees are disgusting. I ordered a trench coat and a dress which came up to roughly $170. That was already super expensive. I had to pay $70 more for customs and duty charges. It's not worth it if you are outside of the US. The jacket is beautiful, but the dress was such poor quality, and the size was horrendous. Shipping was quick, took 4 days. This website is super over priced, only bought the jacket because it was impossible to find one like it in stores. Only bought the dress to receive free shipping (Free shipping over $150 USD).

I have also been a loyal customer of nasty gal until my last purchase online, my orders from Jan has still not arrived. I have contacted them and had no reply and I am out of pocket for shoes $200 nzd that have yet not arrived of a 2 week delivery. It's now been 2 months with no reply. I have also never had my bank account details compromised until I made this purchase, the co incidence in un canny looking at the rest of other people's responses. I have had 69 attempts of someone attempting to steal from my account in nz from the purchasing country. Do not trust!

I shop online alot! From all over the world and nastygal has to be one of the worst quality clothes. For it's price, it is definitely not worth it! I bought 2 pieces of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes 2 years ago and was so annoyed when the quality was so bad. It almost meets the same quality as my local street market clothes. I tried to give it another chance this time, and same $#*!. Same cheap quality.

This was my first time ordering from Nasty Gal and I'm very impressed. I placed an order for the "Just Ride Vegan Leather Pants" in red on September 20th and they just arrived this afternoon (September 28th). The size 6 fit true to the sizing chart... With leathery fabric, you're better off buying a bit bigger because they don't stretch at all. That being said, the waist band is a little roomy so I'll probably take it in an inch.

Overall I'm very pleased with the site and product and will definitely order again :)

NastyGal should not have all the negative reviews that they do.

5star Shipping: I ordered on Friday (paid for 1 business day shipping) received it Monday afternoon. Also, I live in Ohio so I am in the U.S. if international shipping was a problem, I can't help you there.

5star quality: I bought four crop tops and they all fit true to the medium size and are great quality. I also ordered an iPhone 5 case and Mac lipstick, which are both nice; I mean as good as a phone case and makeup product will be.

5star Value: Each crop was around 30 or 40 dollars & I'm happy to say I believe I got my moneys worth. Reasonable pricing for the each item.

This is my first time ordering from NastyGal and I'm now a loyal customer. I really don't understand the problem others are having, for my experience was very pleasant. They get my thumbs up and I totally recommend them.

Tip for consumers:
For the busty ladies: the bralettes, crops, and bustiers will play as a push up bra due to the snug fit, so if you don't want your boobs to your chin I wouldn't suggest their crops. BUT they are fun and totally cute.

Returned my order with a tracking number they clearly accepted the items as they were signed for... 3 weeks ago and no refund. When I messaged them they told me the process takes up to 29 days... to f*n what? Confirm they got it? Which apparently it doesnt show... you obvs have it and now I have 160$ on hold. So unprofessional. I've never had this issue before... have been advising everyone I know against ordering

I ordered a pair of shoes online with the status staying it was "preparing to ship" for a week. Just to find out that the order was cancelled because "by the time they got to my order my size was out of stock" however when I called the day before, they told me it was boxed and ready to ship by 4pm. They cancelled the order without notification or ANYthing! They didn't give me anything for it either. Horrible communication and customer service.
