Generally, quite a nice store to shop at! I bought a satin wrap dress and it was better than I expected! The quality was amazing, the material was really comfortable, and it fit my body perfectly. They do always have sales on their website, so its always good to look out for those.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! I paid for next day shipping almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrive. Not to mention the tracker doesn't even exist. There is no number to call only a help chat virtual assistant and they keep telling me I have to wait 5 more days and it's being escalated. This is crazy! Now I can't reach a rep at all it says to co tact them on social media and they keep deleting my comments and won't respond to my messages.
Really very BAD and unpleasant experience. Horrible customer service, I was shocked that nowadays you still can find places who don't value their customers at all. Such a shame as I was so happy and excited when found this website for the first time as they claim to stock some of my favourite brands. Would never recommend to buy anything from them. Check the brand and search of other retailers as most likely you will be dissappointed.

I just purchased a number of items for my daughter( she had hinted at for Xmas). I did expect to pay an upcharge as I am in Canada. However, not including the exchange, there was a 40 percent C. O. D. Fee tacked on by Landmark Global. So a $250 gift gets another $95 added. That is a SCAM. I recommend you avoid this trap.

I placed two separate orders on February 21st, during the 70% off site-wide sale. I received 2 confirmation emails, then an email a few days later saying to expect delays in shipping. However, it has now been 11 days and I have received no further information. Like many of you, when I try to track my order numbers/account online, it says account not found/order not recognized. I emailed them yesterday and have not heard back. Nastygal, this is terrible customer service. Please respond to your customers about their pending/disappearing orders.

I had to return cheap Chinese junk back to Nasty Gal that says to email them in 28 days with pictures of my shipping receipts. You will only like NastyGal if do not have to return anything. Shop Urban Outfitters and Dolls Kill, instead. There are many reputable businesses. Stay away from Nasty Gal. Since Sophia left, this place is an insult to her legacy.

True to size, easy returns, good quality fabrics for the price! It's fast fashion after all, I am very pleased with them and do recommend their products!

I dont know why this website gets such bad reviews, every experience i've had through nasty gal has been a positive one. Only once have i received something that was wrongly labeled in size. I am not a tiny little thing like the models or a lot of the girls that shop on the website, but i shop for items i know will flatter my figure, and i know which items will not. Everybody complaining clearly needs to accept the size that they are. Moreover, ive had great experiences with customer service, returns and refunds. Also, the quality of the clothes i receive is exactly what i expect. Its certainly not designer quality but it is what i pay for. If youre expecting top notch then order clothes nasty gal offers from other brands, like for love and lemons. Pricey, but quality. I am head over heels in love with their trends, really things you cant find absolutely anywhere else unless you want to clean out your wallets.

NastyGal's prices are cheap, yes, and sometimes you can find a diamond in the rough cheap clothes store. This is NOT it. I purchased 4 items. They ALL looked like a 1st grader's attempt at making an outfit with their toy sewing machine. The quality is almost comical it is so bad. If you are looking to return something, you can forget it. They ask you to jump through a million hoops before simply ignoring your emails and refusing to contact you back. In other words... returns do not exist.

Literally who decided to let this CEO price the items at that price with THAT quality? Spend a large amount more than I did on SHEIN, (and Shein is better) and the items still sucked. Plus they make you pay for shipping ($12) for not even fast shipping, mine took over 2 weeks but I've heard worse and return shipping for their $#*!ty clothes. C'mon guys, if you're gonna charge a lot at least make it worth it like? All my friends and I do NOT approve. Get it together.

Don't order from NastyGal if you live in Canada. $10 shipping is fine, but it works out to way more because they use some company called Landmark that will tack on exorbitant fees. If NastyGal just used US Postal service and Canada Post, one would pay the taxes and nothing more. I owed around $15 for taxes. But was forced to pay over $50 to get my order from the post office. NastyGal should know who they are dealing with and how Landmark operates. A little disclaimer at the bottom that the customer might have to pay duty/import fees does not excuse them or absolve them--the retailer needs to have more transparency for customers. I won't be ordering from this retailer again, and I hope no other Canadian customer gets screwed over.

So i've just received my first package from nasty girl. And needless to say it's cheap, over hyped, takes long than expected to arrive. Everything from there clothes to there vibrators... all of it is terrible. They'll say the product was worth 100 then discount it. Even when it's discounted it's still to much money to paying for such crap. If i had known they sold the business to boohoo (which isn't mentioned anywhere) I would've never of even bothered. It's all made in china. I'm throwing out everything I've received and never purchasing anything from this company ever again. And if anyone asks if they're good. I'll literally tell them to not bother. If you're reading this nasty gal when will you get it that your prices are stupid and the materials you're selling are better suited for children to dress up in. Also put it on your website that you're boohoo. Not what nasty gal originally was for petes sake!

Too bad there's not a no-star rating. One is too high. I ordered a dress that didn't come 18 days before leaving the country. I called and they were like yeah that's normal. I figured OK I'll wear it to a wedding after I return home. But it never even arrived. I called and they said they couldn't find it in the system, they had no idea what happened to it. Really? She was like oh well. I did get my money back which is more than some here. How do these people get by? The terrible reviews are a huge symptom of various problems.

Item got returned due to insufficient address. On the website states if this occurs that items can be resent with no problem. Just got an email that they would be unable to resend but refund should be issued. What a joke that they can't stand by your own customer service policy. First and last time I will ever do business with this so called company again.

I haven't received my order and it's been way more than 10 days. Customer service (they don't even have a phone number to reach them so I messaged them on all social media and even whatsapp) told me it would come soon. Guess what, it hasn't. I want a refund, but will I get in touch with someone to actually issue me one? Nope. Please, for your own sanity, stay away from this site. Oh also, the last time I ordered from Nastygal the quality of clothes was actually sh*t, so I just bought shoes this time (still haven't received them)

I placed an order and realized I ordered an incorrect item. So I messaged their customer service right away to cancel. They wouldn't let me. This is really unreasonable because it was within a less than 20 minutes time span. They wouldn't let me what so ever, other online stores are willing to accommodate right away to their customers but I guess not Nasty Gal. Not to mention how expensive their clothes is when you can find the exact items on another website for way cheaper. The shipping price is way higher than many other places. If I could give them a zero I would. Never buying from here again.

Their posted return policy is either store credit or refund. I read it & order few items.
After received items I want to return 1 dress but their return request authorization only give me store credit option so I chatted their online customer service, she said go head and print out the label and she will adjust it from their end. Before closing the chat forum I printscreen her confirmation.
They received my items along with hand written note and that online chat forum confirmation but still issue me store credit...! Call several time NOONE pick up. Now have to dispute with my credit card. So much trouble will never shop here ever again.
Also their some of their OVER PRICE stuff could be found on Forever 21 too. They buy already made cheap quality stuff from San Pedro and resale for so much higher mark up.

I have been shopping here for years and their quality is better than ever. I'm super picky! Yes, a bit overpriced at times, but I don't keep the item unless I absolutely am satisfied. The sizes typically fit true to size and customer service is always nice and helpful. If you ask for something, they typically follow through. Thanks nastygal!

Honestly so sorry I ever even went on nasty gals site. Ordered clothes for my holiday, and unable to wear most of it. Some items clearly worn before, sizing is so small, I got sent two items the wrong size, and items look extremely different to photos. The cutsomer service is an absolute sham, so clearly people who dont check any your order, or dont care enough to event create a decent reply.

This site is a total scam! After you place your order and funds have come out of your account, they send you a bogus email with no working tracking number and it wasn't even in proper English! Thank goodness I got my money back from my bank but save yourself the aggravation and do not buy from this company!

I've had similar experience as many reviews on here. Ordered something 2/28/17, paid, never received anything. I've contacted them 15+ times, with only automatic responses. Finally, today, someone emailed me saying they can't/won't be shipping me my item (ordered it for a wedding, fun) and that I should contact my bank to get a refund. AWESOME. Not only do I not get the item I wanted, I also get to battle the bank on my own. Never doing business with them again.

Overall, my experience was pretty okay. I had no issues with my order. The items arrived in the correct sizes and colors. The material of the sweater was surprisingly soft and the jeans fit true to size. I made a video review so you can decide for yourselves.

I've never seen a worse clothing quality in my entire life. Bought 20 pieces at once and only kept 2. Between: terrible fabric, wrong cut, worse fit, wrong color. Nothing looks like on their website. I fell even worse thinking about the people in Mumbai who made that pieces of crap. In the end, I returned a mountain of useless fabrics that for sure will not be used by anybody never.

NastyGal deleted my account, along with my store credit, when they changed management. I've contacted customer service to have the credit re-applied and they responded that it would be within 3-5 business days. Well, I write them every 5 business days for two months now and they continue to respond with a resolution within "3-5 business days." I'm seeing a lot of people having this experience and it's shameful. They've literally stolen our money and are giving us the run around in returning it. Really shameful business.

So I bought a pair of denim shorts, a leather biker jacket, cargo pants, and a belt. The clothes are in good shapes, and it fits me well! The size chart is correct.
Shipping is 3 days late, and Idk about return quality. But overall, Nasty Gal has not been deserved all the hate.

When I order from them, I typically spend about $1000. Since my very first order, they have sent atleast one wrong item. They consistently mess up. I've never shopped at a place that has messed up on almost every order. They may send something that is the same color or fabric, but a completely different product. Nasty gal is pretty strange.
