Nextiva is a great and helpful tool for communicating between our business and our clients. Easy to use on computer or even your cellphone and won't loose any contact.
We started our service with Nextiva July 1st. They somehow "forgot" to route the calls from our business number to the phone number they assigned me, so I received ZERO calls for the 1st 6 hours of the workday - I had to call a customer I was friends with to call and troubleshoot the issue for me because their CS people would call the number and, once they heard the menu message, said it worked fine, but it wasn't until someone actually pushed a menu option that the issue was discovered. This was our FIRST day with Nextiva! I don't know if it could be any more unprofessional. Since then, I've had to sign in and out of the app anywhere from 3-8 times about every other day just to be able to receive calls; they drop or fail constantly, both through the phone app and the desktop app. When I've called to have them troubleshoot, they'd open a ticket then close it without ever providing me a resolution. I've had to waste hours at a time during my workday (which means I can't take calls from our customers or make calls to them during that time) to "fix" these ongoing issues just to be met with "uh, I don't know why you're having that problem" or "let me try this" only to have nothing resolved. I'm also not getting all the voicemails that people leave. This has caused my job to become exponentially harder to do on a daily basis. We're coming up on 3 months of service with them with over half of that time receiving sub-par service.
We switched over to Nextiva a few years ago and have been very satisfied with the service so far. The integration was pretty seamless and the service has been stable.

Our land phone lines kept getting more expensive and the sound quality kept getting worse. I finally had enough and switched to Nextiva. The sound quality is great and the cost is about 70% less than our land lines were. I'm glad we made the switch.

At it's base, the product excels at simplified phone calls and ease of use for basic operations. It's a really good case for small to medium business operations who need a no-frills, easy to set up, calling platform without the overhead of needing to manage a platform.
There are still many issues with the platform which make this prohibitive for enterprise operations. Many of the functions are hidden behind an admin portal which can only be interfaced by the support team. Unfortunately on the support team you get varying levels of expertise, so it's hard to get some things done. Advanced features either require additional purchases, which are free on other systems, or require support intervention to configure.
There's also an inherent security risk with the platform as support on multiple occasions has asked for login information into our account to replicate issues that they have struggled to repair. The companion app on cell phones consistently has reliability issues which has resulted in the vast majority of our staff abandoning the computer/iOS/android app entirely and relying only on the desk phones.

We upgraded our landline phone to VoIP and from start to finish the install was easy and informative. We have used Nextiva for several years now and have no issues and if we have questions about options they are quick to reply and resolve.
Nextiva is an awesome product and allows our staff to contact members and not disclose their personal cell phone numbers. It is a big win for us. The install was super easy and customer support is outstanding!

Nextiva has been great for keeping all of my business related communications in one place without having to utilize a second phone. We also utilize the call routing feature for splitting up incoming calls throughout our team, which is a huge help when it comes to handling customers.
Have used this service for a few years now. I find it user friendly and useful when working from home. Can access the fax and calling feature from computer. Haven't had any dropped calls or service interruptions. Customer service is always helpful as well.

Switching phone service providers to Nextiva was an excellent experience for our company. Call routing is improved, and cost savings are allowing us to route resources to additional technologies.
This system is incredibly frustrating – it's broken down over three times in the past six days. When we call, it takes them over an hour to answer. Interestingly, new customers get a response within a minute. The management seems neglectful towards existing customers. Despite assurances, the issues persist, wasting time with no resolution. Working with this company has been the worst experience, and I wish I could give them a -100 star review. Unfortunately, that's not possible.

With nextiva we have resolved all the problems we were having with our previous vendor. All the inbound calls are getting handled in perfect manner. Outbound calls are flawless. There are 0 complaints about call landing/forwarding/answering or agent unavailability.

We have a team of 17 advisors that uses Nextiva and it has worked out exceptionally for us. I have used several other phone systems and Nextiva has by far had the least down time or problems where we cannot make/receive calls. It is also extremely easy to use. I also like the fact they are constantly trying to improve and you see new features or updates regularly which means to me they aren't satisfied with just good enough, they want to be better.
I had a great experience going through the initial sales cycle. Lots of communications and validation of my needs. Then with the go-live and assurance that all things were going well and configured the way I wanted was second to none. I should also add that my experience post go-live was also exceptional.
A seamless transition from an old legacy phone switch to upgraded Nextiva system. The team involved walked me through each step in the process. Lots of check points and fantastic service.

We've had nothing short of a nightmare experience with Nextiva. They do not resolve issues, instead blame our network (which we upgraded), blame our employee's cell phones (multiple cell phones is too much of a coincidence), they never take responsibility for their terrible product nor actually try to fix it. They instead ignore the issue, or call at 3am then close out the support ticket. We've lost business because we don't receive the calls, then get verbal or emailed complaints because of it. It's so glitchy that when we do happen to receive calls, sometimes we cannot hit the answer button because it won't allow us to answer it despite trying to click the answer button several times. What are we paying for?

Hired them and trusted sales person Hoffman she said just call me if anything we will fix that for you. We signed the contract, spent 100 hours on the phone, did training - result no service - numbers, phones - nothing connected and they demand $4000 to cancel contract. I understand that you need to make money - but good ethics is a must in business in US - not fair business practise is illegal. Also security measures are designed to drive people crazy not protect you. Local business inspection of business practise is requested. I am sure there is ton of customer with similar experience.
