Ordered some plug sockets that took while for delivery. If I was to review the service solely, I would give three stars if I am honest but their range of products wins it for them. The plug sockets they supplied me with also have USB ports in them for charging smart devices which is brilliant. The website needs a bit of work- some pages look like everything has been thrown on their at once and their PayPal compatibility is not top notch, it actually makes it difficult to track your order.

I chose to ignore the reviews as I had purchased from them years ago, that was a mistake. My order went past the estimated delivery date, so I contacted them and decided to wait another week, after which I decided to cancel as they had admitted the were having problems getting the watch. You cannot contact them by phone, only via their "live" support system which usually takes 2 days and then you realise that they do not actually read your email, as their response never fully addresses your query! Twice I asked for a refund, finally getting my credit card company involved. Please be aware and take on board what most people are saying
I'm sad to say I wish I had followed the many many other very unhappy customers' advice and not used this company. My appalling experience followed the same script as many others. You purchase a reasonably priced item and surprise surprise it's not available. When u question the eta you get told it will be available in few days, when pushed this then becomes next week, then in two weeks and then they blame the supplier stating they can't provide a date. I've been let down and very embarrassed by not being able to give a close relative their birthday present. All I receive is an empty and flat sorry and that my refund my take 2-4 weeks! Don't put yourself through the hassle to only be disappointed... steer clear by taking the advise of many; I wish I did!
Please never use this shop, it's clearly a scam. They hook you in with massive discounts then either don't send the product or in my case, sent me the wrong thing after 8 long weeks of phone calls to chase (being fobbed off and lied to) and worrying that I'd lost my money. A box finally arrived this morning after I gave up and asked for a refund. It's the wrong watch! I wish I'd never bothered. I've never ever had worse service. Any positive reviews for this shop read like they were written by the employees, all the genuine negative reviews on trustpilot are taken down for "missing proof of purchase". Well my proof of purchase is order no: *******. Nigel O'hara - don't bother taking this down cause I'll put it back up every day, on every website I can. Everyone - save yourselves from this nightmare of a "shop" and buy elsewhere. I wonder how Mr Nigel O'hara himself sleeps every night conning the public. Well enjoy it Mr o'hara cause you can't take it with you when you go!

Ordered a watch from this company on the 1st July estimated delivery was 11 day, 21 day later still no watch the company a joke, will never use again and seems to be some Patten that there taking peoples money and not delivering the goods. Should be reported to the trading standards.
Good pricing but I would personally stay away and pay the Extra money and get it delivered 2 to 3 working day be a proper company.
Now getting a refund lucky I paid through paypal which I have started a dispute with.
And one more thing it looks like the company reports every bad comment on here to try to get them removed. So if you don't want bad comments deliver the goods on time.

Stop me if you've heard this one. I made a bulk order for earphones at an excellent price (20 pairs at £0.98 each) as my children seem to be going through a pair each week. I received 1 pair along with a note which read '19 to follow'. 6 weeks later and they are always just about to get some more in. I have already asked them to refund my money, which they claim they are going to, but nothing yet. I think the only way to go with this one is Trading Standards. I would urge anybody else experiencing these problems to do the same.

First time shopper with Nigel and to be honest I am surprised and a little confused. I searched google for a bulova diamond watch I seen in H. Samuels and they popped up in my search with the watch I wanted at almost 200 hundred pounds less than in-store and online.
Now there are some horror stories, but I guess that must be for out of stock items. If you are looking for a smooth enough ride for these guys I would advise to look for the in-stock tick.
I received an email and text confirming my order but then tried to respond and all the addresses, numbers were defunct! Also the website! Luckily I didn't spend much but I don't like the idea that they have my information.
UPDATE: I did after many communications back and forth receive a full refund to my credit card. So if you are awaiting one too, don't give up!

All the One Star reviews are 100% accurate if they are similar to my experience. For the lucky ones who rate this store 5 stars; you are very very lucky in deed. If you have placed an order, I'd cancel and request a refund immediately, noting that it will take them many weeks to refund your money (likely slightly less than receiving your order).

I recently purchased aftershave it's been 5 weeks now and still haven't received product. Money was out my account on same day and product shown in stock thought I'd have it in a few days but never. 3 weeks had went by and got a email saying my product was soon to be delivered I'm still holding out. Like others, I ordered a laptop with an estimated 2 week delivery time. After 5 weeks, numerous emails and telephone conversations with them I still had no idea when the laptop would arrive. I then waited a week from requesting a refund before getting PayPal involved. The refund was then sent a few moments later.
Stay well away from Nigel O'hara and don't be drawn in with their low prices!
I ordered a watch on 7/10, great price. Their site didn't say the watch was out of stock. They took the money the same day. No correspondence saying it was O. O. Stock, emailed them after 5 days, promised they would get one for me, then started looking at their reviews. Realised that this is a common problem, asked for refund, they wrote back saying they would chase it up, I said I want a refund, they said OK, I would get it in 48 hours. That was over a week ago. Why this company do this I don't know, first of all advertise stuff they don't have and then not just refund straight away. I will never use them again, and would suggest that anyone else who is planning to do business with them check carefully if they have the goods before parting with any money. Very disappointed indeed.
It really does seem like a mixed bag- personally the service I received was exemplary when I ordered my Samsung TV.
Excellent service aside, I do feel for those that have had a negative experience with this company. I would shop with them again albeit hesitantly as I would dislike to be just another angry customer.

If you are thinking that placing an order is straight forward where you place your order and are kept updated every step of the way? You're kinda right...
I placed my order and was expecting updates as it progressed but they never came- this even resulted in a scolding over the support system.
There was egg on my face though, once the order was completed I realised they were getting in contact afterall. It had all just went through to my spam folder?
4 stars though for the hasty service. Despite what I thought was a lack of updates, The item arrived on time and well packaged. If you are thinking of ordering something you should give them a chance I guess. You might be in the dark for a bit but the item will come.
Ordered a Gund Bear for my niece last week and it arrived today- just in time for her birthday tomorrow.
The bear looks well and the service itself was actually much better than I was expecting considering some of the negative comments. I think they're worth the risk if you buy an in-stock item. Which items were in-stock was also made quite clear in my opinion.
Swiss watch at a third of the price- priced my watch elsewhere and others were genuinely asking for 3x more.
Really. Was skeptical at first but it arrived today with all the manuals (not that it's hard to set a watch, but still needed for warranties etc).
