Ordered some plug sockets that took while for delivery. If I was to review the service solely, I would give three stars if I am honest but their range of products wins it for them. The plug sockets they supplied me with also have USB ports in them for charging smart devices which is brilliant. The website needs a bit of work- some pages look like everything has been thrown on their at once and their PayPal compatibility is not top notch, it actually makes it difficult to track your order.
Avoid this company...! Ordered quite an expensive item, and nothing to show for it, though they have my money! Having read a number of customer reviews, from different websites! There definitely appears to be a pattern. Should of checked them out first!... lesson learnt...! Not able to contact customer service direct! After hunting for their phone number...(alarm bells)... mostly, if not all, automated messages!... You have been warned...!
This company take your money and when you ask for a refund take well over a month to get any money back into your account. Still waiting for mine, dont buy from this company. Its a scam!
Searched the internet for a competitive price for a product and Nigel O'Hara came up tops. Product arrived promptly, well packaged and totally flawless! Thank you!
I ordered and paid for something two months ago. It was not supplied even after waiting a month and now I have been waiting another month for the refund!
Ordered watch on 11th Jan with 3 - days delivery promise. On 16/1 was promised delivery following week. 22 Jan promised early next week. 28/1 In the next few days. 3/2 in next few days. 7 Feb next few days, 8 Feb same again. 11 Feb cancelled order. 14th received e mail saying they where trying to call me. Told them I don't require a call just a refund. 17th Feb they said refund in 48 hrs. 21st Feb e mail stating refund in 5-7 days. 3rd March e mail saying refunded today. I sent them a warning on Friday 7th March saying I would take legal action if the money was not refunded by 10th March and I finally got my money on 10th March. They are cowboys and would not trust them. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Their terms and conditions state that you have no contract until you receive delivery of goods despite taking your money at time of order. I am sure this is not legal.
They take your money and don't send the goods... no number to contact them and no reply's to your emails... how the hell are they getting away with it!
Hi Guys
Well here I am another happy customer waiting now for almost 7 weeks and nothing
I would give them Minus 5 Star rating if it was possible!
These people are jokers really. I have sent emails to them many times and get the same automated email reply's (Sorry we are doing our best etc. and then offer you a £5 voucher for you inconveniences (that never arrived either)
Complete joke you could order something from China and get it quicker if you walked there to collect it. I am getting close to my whit's end now. And my order is something that I could of purchased from EBay but decided these clowns are cheaper and would give them a go. What a complete idiot I am to buy from this so called company (These people give online shopping a real bad name and should be shamed on watchdog)
I would advise you guys just spend the extra £2 pound on what ever it is your buying and get your items from EBAY OR AMAZON at least your get it in your lifetime
Really disappointing truly unbelievable Company waste of time and life!
Please don't buy from these Cowboys or your be writing a bad review on Site jabber soon.

Paid for a TV on sept 23rd 2015. Waited weeks and never turned up. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund its know 14th of Nov and I still do not have a refund. Please please do not buy from this site. I wish I read the reviews first. AVOID THIS SITE. CANT EVEN GET ON SITE AND EMAILS ARE SENT BACK FROM EMAIL ADDRESS.
Beware! Make sure item is in stock before ordering.
I ordered a watch on 2 January, payment was taken immediately.
Five days later I was told it would be delayed for a few more days as they had to order it in especially - despite this particular watch bearing an "ADVERTISED" banner on the website and a note that although it would be ordered on request it should be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
It still hadn't arrived on 11 Jan so I contacted them again and was told there was a slight delay but it would be delivered in a couple of days.
On 16 January, having heard nothing else, I again contacted them and was told it would be delivered "imminently".
Then on 22 January I was again told it would be despatched in the next few days.
And finally, today 28 January I have been informed that they "hope to have my order fulfilled as soon as possible" - possibly the vaguest 'hope' in history. They did also give me the option of changing my order to something they have in stock - not sure how I am able to confirm what is actually in stock though!
I shared my experience on another review site and within one hour my payment was refunded without explanation. Reading reviews this seems to be this comanies modus operandi. Probably the worst company I have dealth with online.
After my money being taken from my account on 8th October 2013, I have found myself still with no watch, I cancelled my order yesterday, 30th December - 12 weeks on from my order being made and money taken. After multiple time frames given and not met, and customer service operatives telling me they would call me back and not, confirming my order had been received and sent out (which it had not and therefore an outright lie), not even being informed that my first watch I ordered had been discontinued until I contacted them, and the replacement watch still not turning after being 'guaranteed' it would be with me by Christmas, contacting the company numerous times - only me, not the other way round even once - I can safely say they are the most unreliable company I have ever used. I wouldn't trust their time frames or anything they say in regards to order times. After contacting a manager to complain (three times!), I was advised I would be given a £10- voucher to use on the site - utterly insulting. A complete lack of pro activeness and service. All in my honest opinion.
Item not delivered after two weeks, no costumer service phone number provided, all email communication ignored (despite the website bragging about 1h30 response times).
My experience mirrors many of the other negative reviews.
In short, Nigel O'Hara used me as a free line of credit on a high value item.
This is worrying as it means their business is probably struggling to raise finance at competitive rates, and may even be playing these tricks to have enough cash flow to pay its own staff. Anyway, more detail of my experience below.
I bought a 65 inch TV on 1 July for c. £1,400 - which was labelled as "in stock" - and in doing so took some comfort in the overall high rating of this company on trustpilot (without delving in to the detail reviews - a mistake I won't make again).
While Nigel O'Hara took my c. £1,400 immediately, the TV was not dispatched. After much chasing, I was told after 14 days that "we are still working with our suppliers to get your TV", and given the explicit option to cancel my order. At this point I cancelled the order and sourced the TV elsewhere.
Obtaining the refund was then a tortuous task. I was given the runaround from Nigel O'Hara - whose replies seemed to be an exercise in extreme politeness e.g. "Sincere apologies for the delay we will pass your request on to our finance team...", with no telephone number or offer to discus in person. As I pointed out, all Nigel O'Hara needed to do was to log in to their PayPal account and click on "Issue Refund", and so the delays were not justifiable.
In the end, I secured a refund on 4 August, by raising a formal dispute through the dispute resolution centre at PayPal. In hindsight I wish I'd escalated this sooner, rather than wasting my time asking Nigel O'Hara for a refund more than once.
One final thought. Nigel O'Hara seem to carefully control their rating on another site called Trustpilot. If you have a negative experience would be worth sharing it here as well.
Money left bank, no confirmation email or response from customer services. Phone number takes you no where! Not sure what to do?

I ordered a gtx970 from nigel only to find that by week 2 I got a email saying it hadn't arrived yet. Then I read some reviews and got worried. Luckily I got my refund very speedily after I contacted PayPal. Next day actually. I think just looking at reviews here its more than evident that something isn't quite right with this company be it dodgy or just plain disorganised I really cant say. Some people have success but there's too many people with the same old stories, do yourself a favor don't just look at the overall star count just have a quick read at the first 3 negative reviews, I guarantee they'll ring familiar. Order item-don't get item-wait -ask for refund wait ask for refund-wait. Luckly I just by past that by contacting paypal. What I read a large portion of buyers go through with this company I wasn't gona do and got some quick action from just a paypal escalation. Be weary about the great deals they seem to offer cause you could be waiting a very long time. I don't know what sort of company they are but selling products they don't have seems to be the big issue here. I honestly don't see how they got a 4 star rating under reviews with all the negative and similar feedback I'm seeing.
It really is about time this company was investigated.
Excellent service, quick response to query, quick delivery and brilliant watch at great price. Very happy would use again. Thanks
AVOID AVOID AVOID, hopefully you have researched this shower of biscuits before ordering, they took my money while having no stock and failed to deliver. BE WARNED
We found exactly what we were looking for and, even better, was at a lower price than anywhere else.
Received my Galaxy phone case- I ordered the wrong size, returned it and got a replacement sent out the day it arrived with them.
After 3 months(precisely 3 months tomorrow) of waiting for my item, Nigel oHara have finally admitted that the item will not be back in stock. Right from the start I was told multiple times that it would be in 'within the coming days'. After emails back and forth I did not want to cancel my order as I could almost guarantee if I did it would suddenly become available. After weeks of waiting I requested a partial refund as by this time I had missed the occasion that I had bought the item as a gift for, but I was told no discount could be given at all. I finally received an email this evening telling me I will not receive my item, not even mentioning the make up that I bought at the same time which has been I stock the whole time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. Even when I asked that my message be passed on to the management team, that request was ignored. The most untrustworthy, unhelpful website I'm sure I will ever come across and they are not worth wasting your time over for an order you may never receive. I will be making sure that my family and friends will never shop on this website and I would advise that you don't either. And yes, you did read the time scale correctly. 3 months!

BEWARE: Nigel O'Hara only stock about 5% of their catalogue. Items marked as "Available" or "Available to order" mean they will order from the manufacturer (why two status's for the same thing? Probably to make things misleading, they like doing this). It's now been 12 days since I ordered, no-sign of delivery, infact the order status still says "processing", I feel 12+ days to get stock from a manufacturer which is marked as "available" just isn't acceptable in 2015.
They have "LIVE SUPPORT"! Although what this really means is you can send an email through an online form which they will respond to in around 1-2hrs (if your lucky), again very misleading and is far from what the title suggests. Keep in mind this is a company that strives to hide there phone number, there's several places on the website it says you can call them, but there is no number anywhere on their website, alarm bells ringing yet?
Customer Service. I've had two reply's using the "live support" system, both were very vague, trying to avoid the point, misdirect the conversation, push the blame, of no help whatsoever. Apparently it was my fault I didn't understand it takes 12+ days for them to get stock marked as "available" from their manufacturer, although if you read reviews 99% of negative ones are based on 1. Delivery time, (so I'm obviously not alone here) 2. Poor customer servers & 3... what I'm about to come to now.
Refunds! Now I can't comment on this yet, because I'm not calling them asking for a refund until tomorrow (its Sunday as I write this). However as I've already experienced problem 1&2 of what most negative reviews concern, it wont surprise me if getting my money back is also going to be a problem. Story's of 20-30+ days are pretty frequent in the negative review section, I guess time will tell...
EDIT: Theres also 2 more things i forgot to mention. Firstly, Nigel O'Hara has been kicked off of paypal. Secondly, they state in several places they won't take payment until your item is dispatched, this is an outright lie. BEWARE!
My experience has been very similar to others who have left bad reviews here. I ordered from their website 2 weeks ago now, the money was taken immediately and I have still yet to receive any kind of email confirmation. If I log in to their site it still says "pending".
Tried ringing and ringing in office hours. No reply. Have raised multiple support emails through their website, no reply. When I finally (after about 100 times trying) got through to them on the phone I had exactly the same experience as others here: "We've had to order it directly from the supplier, we don't know when it will arrive but it will be soon". Still nothing. They even then had the cheek to tell me that when it does arrive at their depot it will take a further 5 days to get to me unless I paid them more money for faster delivery.
This site is an absolute scam and would highly recommend people to avoid them like the plague. My suspicion is that many of the items for sale (and apparently available) on their website aren't actually in their possession and they are just stalling for time whilst they try to source it. Have literally never had any experience like this with any other online retailer, they are a complete joke. All I want is some honesty as to when I can expect my item and some form of response/confirmation of my order from them. This is absolutely standard for any other retailer. I have now got to the point where I am considering contacting trading standards to have them investigate the company, as with no confirmation of any kind to my email, and no means of readily contacting them, I am starting to wonder if they have simply taken my money and done a runner.
Don't get me wrong, my service was incredible. However it seems like theres a pattern in that only the in-stock items get the service I received.
Ordered a cooling fan last monday and it arrived today. A bit longer than I had hoped but a great price.
UPDATE! YOU WILL BE PLEASED TO KNOW THAT NIGEL O'HARA HAS NOW GONE! FORCED TO CLOSE BY THE MYRIAD OF COMPLAINTS AND BAD PRACTISE! AND CHARGED BY CRAIGAVON MAGISTRATES FOR MULTIPLE OFFENCES! GOOD RIDDANCE!
Seriously Nigel O'hara, This is NOT the way to run a business keeping customers waiting ridiculous amounts of time and then fobbing them off!
I waited one month to to get the above order and when it came it was incomplete! Not only that but another identical order came together with the original order and guess what? Yep that was also incomplete! I ordered
2 x Evoke F4 With Bluetooth & Pure Chargepak F1 & Evoke F4 Aux Speaker
QUICKLINX CODE: *******
No Speakers and NO Batteries!
AND countless amount of contact with company from my end and extremely poor customer service from their end!
So the bottom line here is that if I do not get a satisfactory response from them real quick, I will start with BBC Watchdog... among others that I will also contact and if you have had a similar experience I recommend that you do the same! Too many good trusting folk on here experiencing a similar run around with Nigel O'hara and this is imply nowhere remotely good enough... I have wasted days and days waiting for phone calls that never came and relying on false promises! I for one will simply not stand for it and advise you all to do the same! :(
Website was easy to use, delivery was quick and product was as described. Nothing more you could ask for really.
