Ordered some plug sockets that took while for delivery. If I was to review the service solely, I would give three stars if I am honest but their range of products wins it for them. The plug sockets they supplied me with also have USB ports in them for charging smart devices which is brilliant. The website needs a bit of work- some pages look like everything has been thrown on their at once and their PayPal compatibility is not top notch, it actually makes it difficult to track your order.
Avoid this company...! Ordered quite an expensive item, and nothing to show for it, though they have my money! Having read a number of customer reviews, from different websites! There definitely appears to be a pattern. Should of checked them out first!... lesson learnt...! Not able to contact customer service direct! After hunting for their phone number...(alarm bells)... mostly, if not all, automated messages!... You have been warned...!
I ordered two products from this company as there were the cheapest I could find. This made me suspicious but I thought, there are based not too far from where I live and there is a shop I could go into if there were any issues. I received 1 item and the other was delayed, then delayed again, then delayed again so I asked for a refund. I was told this was not a problem and the request was forwarded onto the Finance Department. A week later and nothing back, so I decided to chase my money, only to get back an email to say they had ceased trading and I would not be getting my money back. I have since learnt they are very much still in operation, their shop was open today although they will not answer their phone, their website is in full operation, and I have now discovered many many complaint sites with their name plastered all over them. Please avoid this company at all costs, they may be cheaper but it will cost you in the end!
Ordered a watch in July. They took the money in August... No watch appeared in September. I contacted them to say just cancel the order... then never heard a word. Kept sending emails. Still nothing... said i would take it further if i got no response. Still nothing. Fortunately i bought the watch with paypal... and took it up with them... RESULT! Money back and i shall never have to deal with them again... and for those of you who havent yet dealt with them... DONT. You have been warned by many before me also... I wish i had paid attention to thenreviews, but the lure of a cheap Citizen watch made me blind... if not for Paypal I could still be waiting... STAY AWAY
Placed order on the 26th September for delivery by the 16th October. Still no delivery 6 weeks later and no due date known even though they are still taking orders for the same product only £50 more expensive.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order as this seems to be a frequent occurrence with this company. I wish they would just refund me if they did not want to sell at the original price rather than keep me hanging on for 6 weeks after payment.
Went ahead with the intention of beating the whole Christmas pain and ordered early. I knew I would get it way before Christmas but the fact that I got it two days after the order was placed was a surprise.

Ordered a satchel at the beginning of January, gave up waiting at the beginning of March and cancelled the order. The staff were very apologetic and responded to correspondence quickly, but would I place another order with them, sadly no.
I ordered a printer from Nigel O'Hara and waited for it to be delivered. After a week i emailed them to see where it was only to be told there had been a pricing error and if i wanted the printer i would have to pay another £20. Reluctantly I paid and followed up with an email to let them know i had paid. Only then was I told the item was out of stock even though their website stated the contrary. I was assured that they would expedite the delivery and they gave me a new delivery date. It came and went. So did the next. I asked for a refund which they reluctantly gave me only after chasing and hounding them for almost 3 weeks. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. From initial order to final refund took 2 months. Absolute agony.
I ordered a border Fine Arts ornament for my mum on the 15th December, for her Christmas. I was told by this company, only due to me asking that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, (now bearing in mind, this was shown as 'in stock' and they took my money out my account straight away) I was told they would get it in soon. This is now April 1st and still no ornament. I have been strung along all this time being told they would get it to me as soon as they got it! The final straw was when I couldn't find a telephone number for them, and when I tried an old number continually - I would get cut off. I contacted my bank, who put me onto the fraud team and they refunded my money... lesson well and truly learnt, I only wish is read the reviews first.

Ordered a new Graphics card for my computer... 3 weeks later and they still hadn't shipped it so I asked for a refund via support (and I got a reply, stating I would get a refund within 14 days). Over a month later and I'm still waiting for that refund.
I'd avoid these guys at all cost.
I foolishly ordered a watch from this outfit before checking them out online first. The ordering process failed at the credit card validation stage, leaving me hanging on a frozen screen and wondering... "have I just made a payment or not?"
A phone call to nigeloharah, and I was assured that no money had been taken. A few days later I looked at my Credit Card statement and saw that they had in fact taken the money!
Now I rang them again to discuss this but was told to contact them only by email.
To cut a long story short, they had no record of taking the cash (or so they said), they had not and would not dispatch the watch, and would not refund any money to my card.
I rand my Credit Card company to instigate chargeback proceedings against nigeloharah.com. And finally, almost a month after they took my money, the chargeback was completed and I had it back in my account.
This company should not be trading. Deal with them at your peril!
Ordered 65 inch tv June 6th 2015 still not here 3rd august 2015 that's 2 months of fob of emails.
Cancelled order eventually getting them to confirm it's cancelled.
Didn't get apology or reason it never came.

I ordered some electronics 2 months ago ignoring all the bad reviews (12% one star ratings - over one in ten were deeply unhappy) - i waited one month for my order, they still couldnt give me a delivery date. I requested a refund. After 5 messages and 3 emails, one week later they were 'processing' it - i recived an email confirming a refund. Ive still not recieved any money. So to conclude - i have no money, no order. They seem to have a well thought out complaints and refund dept - what does thay tell you! Awful service! DO NOT USE!
I was forced to lodge an official complaint after receiving the email from Nigel O'Hara which stated that they could no longer fulfil their part of the bargain, after holding onto my money for 5 weeks, even though the TV I have ordered, LG 47LB650V, is still available to order on nigelohara.com, albeit for a higher price.
They only refunded my money after I threatened to seek legal council. So all in all, they had almost 2 months to play around with my money... and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Shouldn't be legal.
I Love the Nigel O Hara website! Everything is so easy to find thanks to the great layout. The website looks nice and there are so many things on it that I would never of thought of buying but I have fallen in love with and just might end up getting in the future. I Love the Gorjuss range especially the figurines and notebooks. The range of wallets and lighters and beautiful watches are also great. There are so many unique and beautiful ornaments and things to be appreciated. Nigel O Hara have all of the little touches that could make a house a home. This site has drew my attention to things that I would not usually have been looking for thanks to the extensive range of brands that I have never heard of but that I am now quite intrigued by. I am glad I have found it and overall I would say that the website is luxurious, Classy and I would highly recommend it.
I'll keep it short and simple, if you value using a company with any morals and customer service do not go to Nigel O'Hara. There prices may look inviting with the 24hr offers, this is why I made an order. 9 weeks on I have been told numerous times that the watch is 'In Transit' or "It will be with you by the end of the week" week after the week the same lies
I have twice requested a refund if I did not recieve the item within the week and both times promised I would. They have been very reluctant to process a refund until my final e-mail threatening legal action if they did not return my money... I am now awaiting a fufund which they tell me could take upto 28 working days!
Just pay the extra money and save the agro
I placed an ordered on 12th Oct (delivery was to be around 15th oct) then after weeks of them fobbing me off saying it was on its way from the manufacturer, I cancelled my order on 5th Nov and asked for refund as I wasn't willing to wait any longer. I was advised it was passed to the finance team to process and they will email when done. 6 days later no email, so I logged on my account to send a message to chase up the refund and I had a notice telling me to contact card issuer to claim money back! No phone call, no email. Had I not looked who knows when i would have known about this. My credit card company were great but I dont see why they couldnt issue a refund themselves. So strange. Total sham of a company! I wont be buying from them ever again, first and last time. Hassle from start to finish.
Awful. Ordered watch, no acknowledgement and payment taken. Had to chase after one week to be told via email that watch would be sent in a few days as they had to order from manufacturer. Chased a week later to betold watch arriving in a week or so. Had to chase and ask for refund a week later. No response this time or to my follow up email where I once again asked for a refund. In the end I had to use the Paypal dispute reolution which got my refund a day later. A bunch of liars who have absolutely no care for their customers. Still plenty of good feedback out their so my best advice is to contact then to see if the product is in stock. But then why go to the trouble, just spend a few quid extra elsewhere and at least have peace of mind.
I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering. My advice to all who use them is contact Trading Standards. As was the experience for other customers, o'hara took my money then failed to deliver. Weekly phone calls to them during which I was told dispatch was imminent, were followed by a call when I asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn't. When I persisted I was told I was being "difficult" and they had the right to cancel the goods. This was followed up by an incredibly rude email to me - but no refund as yet. In addition, it is clear they are blocking and manipulating feedback on a number of web sites - eg one says they have been offering bribes for positive reviews. If you do get scammed, like me, contact the trading standards for NI in Newtownards. *******@detini.gov.uk.
Hey I thought I would update my first review! Back in August I purchased a Samsung 3D TV! Around 3wks later I was informed that this was not available due to discontinued line! I was offered a alternative or a refund! I went for the refund? Several weeks later and umpteen messages using the ticket no I was given I still had no refund? I purchased the TV using my debit card so thought that was it no chance of getting my money back? I was given a link giving me some light that I could get my money using a chargeback scheme! This was from a guy who also had similar dealings with this SCAM of a business! And had left a negative review! I went on and contacted Visa dispute and copied the chargeback template filling in all the relevant information! This was sent into visa dispute on the 14/10/2015 I received my full refund on the 21/10/2015! So guys if you haven't had any Luck this is for sure one way to get your money back! Terrible company unreliable and don't keep you informed, don't believe them. I orderd a watch as a christmas present over two weeks to spare as their site claimed that the watch was in stock. The watch didn't arrive as expected and they didn't contact me to explain. I called them and they said that there was 'QA' problem and that they would send it out in two days. After further calls to them with only a couple of days to go they said that the watch won't be sent by them untill January - naturally I cancelled. 1. The don't tell the truth. 2. They don't keep you informed.
Placed my order end of September. After two weeks received an email saying they couldn't source my item but would keep me informed. I decided on a refund after another week of waiting. I was told it would be with me within a few days. Two weeks on, guess what, NO REFUND! No responses to my requests for updates. Thank God I used my credit card! I'm covered! Surely the credit card companies are on to them by now. Also BEWARE NO TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBER! How come these five star reviewers on here say "They talked me through the procedure"? I'm calling them out as fake reviewers!
I brought a product in the first week in March then in May I started asking for a refund which took a few emails requesting for it! I then got told I would get a refund which I didn't! On contact with them they said I only waited 13 days and policy was up to 14 days do I waited another week and emailed again and received refund a few days later in 2nd week in June! I went straight to Amazon and ordered the same product and received the next day! Really 3 months!
My boyfriend was looking for an ipad that was a bit too far outside of my price range. After a while of searching, reviews and online stores, I found a suitable alternative from Asus and some more googling and price comapiring led me here. Now he's delighted and my purse is too.
Ordered and paid for tv on the 1st September - following many requests they now inform me the tv not available and has been discontinued yet they were still offering it on their site long after I had placed and paid for mine - - I have requested a refund and have contacted the necessary legal people - if money not refunded within the 14-day period I am prepared to take it further legally- worst retail experience ever
Sometimes this company deliver the goods but chances are they will not.
If you pay with a debit card you have 120 days to make a claim through your bank under the visa chargeback scheme. If the goods are not coming within the estimated window do not enter into correspondance with this company, it is just a delaying tactic, they have your money and the goods are not comming. What about the refund, well don't hold your breath! That may never come either.
