Ordered summer lightweight trousers and 100% waterproof jeans for a trip to Alaska. The lightweight trousers are fantastic and a good fit. However the same size 100% waterproof jeans were a little baggy around the thighs, so have returned for the next size down.

Overall I like the pant but I do find them a bit square in the hips and waist. I like a fitted pant and I find the rise in the back a bit low and in the front a bit high which causes the pants to droop when you bend over. A belt helps or maybe suspenders. I normally don't wear either

3rd time purchasing and this was a big order. Found everything I was looking. For and even got a free cap with the order too.

The initial Delivery tracker wasn't great so I emailed the team at Northbound Gear and within an hour I had the courier details and tracking number to follow up with. Awesome job.
The parcel arrived and all was great, all products fit and now looking forward to a cold winter so I can get the most out of it.

I recieved my order but the pants were way too big. I could not find a way to do an exchange online and it took a week, two emails and two phone calls to get customer service to help me. Then I paid $22 to ship the pants back so I could get an exchange for a smaller size and have not heard back any updates.

Overall the backpack is good. Very nicely made and spacious. However, the shipping is slow. And the only con of the backpack is that the shoulder strap is too soft to hold heavyweight. I have to buy shoulder strap pads to make it more comfortable to use.

I bought these for my wife after having raved about how much I loved mine which I had received a month earlier. A excellent product these pants are not only extremely comfortable they are also toasty warm, wind proof and water proof. I have used them for snow shoeing to walking my dog and I couldn't ask for a better set of pants. All in all this is a great product and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Ordering it on black friday was easy. It was not delivered to my house until after christmas and it was suppose to be a christmas present. You would think a month and a half would be a sufficient time frame.

I purchased a pair of women's Adventure Water resistant pants on December 27th. The order was not shipped until January 7th - 11 days.
I did not receive the order for another week.
At that point, I decided I did not want the pants and made a request to return them.
I had to pay for return shipment of approximately 25.00 Canadian. Totally unacceptable return policy after waiting for approximately 3 weeks to receive the items. Will Not shop with them ever again.

I ordered these pants for a trip abroad b3cause the delivery date was 3-5 days before my departure, I was gone when they were delivered. I think they showed up about 8 days after the projected delivery date.

Now I don't need them and will be returning them.

Love these pants. I had ordered these pants about a year ago and they came with a belt. I needed more pants and ordered more but this time they did not come with a belt. Wondering why they don't come with a belt now?

I ordered a pair of pants for myself and one for my spouse. Mine fit well but my spouse's didn't fit because I ordered the wrong size. I contacted the company to exchange the pants for a different size and on their website it stated that any returns or exchanges had to be sent via USPS back to Canada. The cost to send them to Canada for exchange was $57 on a $90 pair of pants. Given the price I didn't mail them back and sent an email to their website with the large amount of money that was cost prohibitive. I never received a response from the company even though I still was getting multiple emails from the sales department. I ended up checking around the web and found the same pants for less than $50. I feel like I was scammed.

I love the fit and the look of these pants. I'm a senior woman and find these so comfortable and fit true to size. They are slimming, full of zippered pockets and the fabric seems to resist soiling. They're good for both casual city and true country hiking, extremely versatile.

It took three back and forth email to your customer service because failure to comprehend a simple question… i was asking for ETA of my order and yet i got response that has nothing to do with my question. And to add something with experience i wasn't expecting my order to come from China. I think that piece of information should be clear to everyone of your customers

The shopping and checkout were easy. The pants fit well. They were a bit long for me but I tuck them in. They are waterproof and warm at -10 Celsius. The wind does not blow through them. I wear them for walking the dog. I also bought a belt it woks and fits great.

Your site advertised free "domestic" shipping. Apparently your company does not consider the state of Alaska to be domestic! Also, I was dissapointed to find out that your company seems to operate out of China, not U.S. or Canada as it appears.
