Waste of time and money and has gotten worst the last time I was on it. I been looking for a girlfriend for a date and other activities. However like any other dating site they are scams and complete jokes that offer false hope. Don't waste your money or your time with Okcupid or any other dating site. I accepted the fact I will always be single.

I was only on okcupid for a couple months before I met the love of my life. I never thought a dating site could really work, but it did. After 15 months of dating, we are getting married. And I owe it all to okcupid for the opportunity to meet.

OkCupid has still got it, I had a great date last night and feeling positively giddy this morning haha! Doing well at the moment, had a date last week with a guy from wejustfit.com and that went well too. I'm like bridget jones in one of her good phases hahaha long may it continue!

This is the best dating/hookup site out there that I know about. It has lately added some ads to the top and bottom of the page, but other than that the buyout by match hasn't changed it.

All for free: you can put up dozens of pictures. You can message whoever you want as much as you want. You can rate each other and be told if you both like each other. You can look for marriage, friends, casual sex and everything in between. You can be a guy looking for a guy, a girl looking for a girl, or anywhere in between - though they don't have an option for a couple profile (yet.)

The questions are fun to answer and help you match each other. I've dated long-term and had great one-night stands from OKCupid, and you can't ask for more!

Ok cupid to me is a waste of time. I call this place a bar scene full of people who only wants to have a one night stand. I have sent so many emails to women with no responses back. I felt like i was talking to myself. And as far as customer swrvice well it is non existence. Mind as well be alone watching the tube at least i have some type of entertainment from it. OKC IS A TOTAL JOKE. People on it must only be looking for one thing only, ok, two things, just wasting time looking at profiles there to kill the time, and a quickie. I have been out with one women who after going she admitted to me she went out with 300 guys( dont ask) and prefers dating over any type of relationship. She also mentioned that she had another date after me. She like first dates only. That makes you stop and think if that place is a brothel or a hooker site. I had to pull away from that site. As i said this place is a joke. There are no real and truthfull people just players.

This review is not a bad comment, or good its an okay opinion,,
I like the site, the problem is you don't have a lot of potential matches, and the system no sound for notifications.

I have talked with others there so its not only my opinion others tell me the same.

I think that customer service should be easier to contact for questions and concerns
Other than these gliches, okcupid does have the meeting of people that otherwise you wouldn't see.

Girls, please be aware if you encounter a guy called Julian 30 years old, telephone number *******310 and he claimed he lives in 518 Gregory Ave, Weehawken, NJ please do not respond to his message. He is a catfish, he will make you to drive all the way to his resident and the door man will tell you that he is not living there. As soon as you tell him you are there, he will turn off his phone. Do not! Send these people any money. They are dishonest. They are Misleading. I thought. I might have come across a real person on here. She was used as bait. I wouldn't trust any of the good reviews. They are probably made up. They should be ashamed of themselves.

People wouldn't be on OKCupid if they weren't looking for friends.

It is both rude and disrespectful for that website to hire people to pose as potential friends just to get members on that website to shell out their money for memberships.

This website is in effect mocking people and then ripping them off just to line their own pockets. What I felt as disappointment has turned to anger.

OKCupid is just a scam.

You better off meeting a human at a zoo than meeting anyone on here lol. All are fake. Also they will delete your profile for being realistic lol. They also sell your information to outsiders. Try it and guess what you will be dispointed good luck

There are a high number of fake women on this site with broken English and photos that appear to be stolen from Facebook accounts. Woman that say they're 40 but look 22. In the 48 hours I was on this site I had 10 beaut women initiate the connection with me and all had similar communication skills. I believe the ultimate goal was to get me to a cam site. The women that were taunting me with claims that they wanted a relationship with me was probably a sweaty guy with a hairy back named Omar.

I have been on an off this website for a few years. I talked to some cool guys and some bad ones. I have went on a few dates with the guys and they were okay never went past the first date for the most part. It's not worth the money to pay for a month to month fee. It is somewhat good quality for free.

Don't waste your money like I did purchasing OkCupid what a joke unless you're looking for a mail order bride as the stacks of profiles they provide you with, and I had my options wide open, yeah my stacks still became empty after 20 maybe 30 profiles and I was left with only the foreign stack available, yeah Green Card girls. It's as if they have no local customers to show you but I'm sure there's millions of lonely lives that fell for their lies.

The questions they ask are dumb and not at all relevant to a relationship. The girls are beyond picky and half, even though they say the want a long term relationship, just want attention or sex. About the same as using tinder.

I have used this site for years. In my "settings", I have always chosen the privacy option that is supposed to allow only other site members to view my profile. My personal info is not supposed to be used for OkCupid's advertising purposes.

However, I have just discovered that when someone Googles my user name, one of my photos comes up, and with it, a paragraph from my profile appears. This is one of the methods OkCupid uses to advertise its site.

What is it about "private" that OkCupid doesn't understand?

I signed to okcupid months ago. Suddenly i can't sign in. I tried to change password but they have a robot to send you a link. The link wasn't good So i'm stuck. I send them 3 email to fix the problem and thy never answered. That's suppose to be the best site on earth? Lol

I have been on OK Cupid since 2012 over all these Yrs. I have ran into nothing but scammers. You report it in the opions but the profiles are never removed. I believe the site is owned & operated my scammers.And these fake profiles are people working for them. After 5 yrs the thing is still going on. On this site.It needs to be taken down.Am sure a lot of people have been scamed out of money here!

You have to be a complete moron to pay for this site, you will get a lot of really good looking women looking at your profile but none of them are real. If you are dumb enough to pay the women are like magicians, they disappear.

Okupid is OK, haaa. I think that they are too revenue driven. If the hold off so people can establish a connection before gouging them, the site would be more popular. Just because i see a girl that i think i may be interested, does not mean i want to pay just to chat with her... call me cheap, or whatever.

One of the most manipulative website and app is Okcupid. Here is the reason why. I signed up and made sure the only people that can see my profile are in the 50 miles radios. In less than one day I got more than 150 likes and guess what I couldn't believe it. But I figured to give it a try. I upgraded, and the next thing I noticed is most of the likes i got were from far away countries. They were all fake profiles from India, Nigeria, Mexico and the list goes on. Well now you know, they will trick you to upgrade by making fake profiles from other countries to like you. Shame on you!

This is a great site. You can easily meet a lot of people. It's mostly free. The only thing is, I'm 80% certain that I canceled on the same day I upgraded and they still rebilled me. I canceled (again?), so hopefully I won't see any more charges on my statement. Anyone else experience this?

I took my mates advice and signed up to a few extra sites as used to only have a wejustfit membership. I was getting quite a lot of interest and a few dates with that site but now ive added tinder and okcupid and TBF I dont see a big difference yet. It's a B- from me ATM as I do like some things but hopefully the dates will come soon as ill be much busier on weekends! Finding someone nice to settle down with doesnt happen over night thats for sure lol

Look to people that brought me back one was brutally honest because I asked her to be Women on these types of applications or sites are pretty shallow and there are only in it for themselves I get the feeling that men don't matter on these things especially to the site themselves
