I have been shopping with them or these brands. I should say for years. I used to work at one of the companies for a while, doing customer service. I am sorry to say that they have went completely downhill. The prices are four times higher now and the quality is four times lower a particular cardigan that I like the older ones I have still look great I ordered some new ones here recently, and they were poorly made and the material was cheap. The return process is a nightmare. Now you can never go in the regular site and find an order you have to go in happy returns and you got to have the order number to do that in order to return something. I am at the point where I have quit buying from them. They send you these coupons $50 off 100 or 100 off 200 constantly. It used to be you could get really good deals with those coupons plus used percentages off coupons, but now there's always some kind of exclusion. I wish they would go back to the old Brylane values. Below is an example. A t shirt size M petite I bought several years ago and same one I just bought recently. One washing and it has shrunk horribly and material is rough and wrinkled even though dried in dryer. Both washed in cold water.
I use to love to shop online at their sites. They use to have such great prices and wonderful and easy returns. Now their items are 3 times more and their return process is extremely difficult. Happy Returns are maddening. I use to be able to go to their site go to orders and find what I wanted to return. Now I have to go to Happy Returns and right now I enter the order number and they don't have a record of it! I have paid off Catherines and Romans and next will be Woman Within. It is a hassle and an unpleasant experience to do business with them now.
- I bought over $1000 of merchandise and returned all but one item. After washing the item I kept (following washing instructions exactly) the item is a complete wrinkled mess and unwearable.
- This has been the WORST shopping experience ever!
- Shipping charges are Outrageous!
- Marketing Strategies are deceiving, in my opinion.
- Merchandise, in my opinion, is very poor quality!
- Returns are a nightmare! With lots of "Processing Fees" added for doing so. $11 for items returned from Each order #, And another $11 for having refund money put back on original form of payment. And, when I called to check on the status of a refund, they said my account showed only one refund for 2 items, but I had returned 4 items in the same return. They argued with me and said I only returned 2. I had to give them the date I sent the package out, the date they emailed me that they received it, the date they emailed me stating they finished processing it, and to watch for another email with the email details. That email never came. I got one for the other two items, but not for the missing two items. Finally... the Customer Service Rep said he found it, but said I bought it from a partner retailer FullBeauty and would have to contact them about it. FullBeauty is the Umbrella name for all the retailers that partner together, I bought from a retailer under the umbrella. He argued with me again when I told him this. I told him I could send him proof of all the emails, he finally processed the return after hearing that I had every email ever received from them, including advertisements. Thank God I did!
- Notifications for Gift Card Returns were hidden within Advertising emails so that I missed one and had to fight to get my money back as described above.
- Worst Company(ies) I have ever had to deal with! I will never shop with any affiliate retailers in the future and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!
- I did not see their rating score of 1.5 until today. I never would have shopped with them in the first if I had. With the experience I had with them, I am honestly surprised their rating isn't lower than 1.5!
They have so many problems.
1) They ship extremely slow. Sometimes it even can takes months for certain things.
2) sizing is inconsistent
3) shipping is VERY EXPENSIVE
4) returns are a hassle. Okay it doesn't fit now you lose the shipping cost going to and from. This averages $36 just so you can't try something on that doesn't fit.
5) the size estimated is inaccurate you never know what your size will be.
I think this company makes a profit just on shipping & returns!

One Stop Plus will not stand behind their products. Please check over their products really carefully before you even try them on. The seams are not well made. Once you wear the product they will not take it back. I suggest not even buying anything from them. They used to be a good company but I'm really disappointed in the quality and customer service now,
I have had to return everything this year. And, one order completely disappeared because their own return system failed - and they kept my money. I am not exaggerating. Pants have one leg shorter than the other, tops have different size sleeve holes, sizes vary drastically; it's one thing after another the past couple of years. Most of the plus size companies have been bought out by foreign companies that are cheaper than anything I have ever seen in clothing. It's very sad.
I'm a difficult size and was prepared to pay for quality material and tailoring, so I ordered a £40 black tee shirt in 2 sizes (totalling £80), on the basis that this company accepted returns in the usual way. When they arrived, one fitted and I have tried to return the other.
(1) To return the item would cost £32!
(2) To add to my disgust the items came from a company called Jessica London, and would only have cost US$15 each if I had bought them direct
I purchased a large bag of fun size chocolate candies. They arrived in a non-insulated package and they were all melted. When I requested a refund they replied "Unfortunately due to the current heat wave and current conditions in the carriers storage facilities the chocolate has melted however there is no way for us to control those conditions. We did our part to make sure the package was properly shipped in good packaging". I was able to get them to provide me a full refund however, I had to pay the return shipping cost! This is unacceptable. I will NOT do business with this company again.
$74.64 order. To return they charge $10.99 return shipping fee. AND the address to return the package which I have to pay for. 3lbs@ $15.40. Also 1 item was no return or exchange $10.97. So i am stuck with $36.28 credit. Option refund to gift card and get return fee waived which is nice but i no interest in doing business with this company. I will find someone who could use the tops... smh

Reps not in the US. Asked to speak to different rep told i would have to call back in they don't transfer. They said order build to a credit card I closed out a few years ago. WHAT?
They have good selections online. However if you have even a slightest thought of returning the item, this is not the place you want to buy from. First of all they charge a big amount for shipping. If you return the item you have to pay the shipping charges again from your pocket! Overall it is a loosing bargain for the buyer. Their return policy and the process is also very complicated. We bought few items and did not like material when they arrived and had to return them. Lost money in the process. Think thrice before ordering from these guys!
I bought a pair of matching sneakers for my mothers birthday so she and I could have new sneakers for walking together.
My mother decided after a month that she wouldn't wear them -she is 85. Both pairs were still in box with tags intact and never worn so I called to return them. I was told that there was a 60 day return policy and it was too late. I counted it was day 67. I asked where the return policy was noted because the invoice that came with the sneakers said they love returns!

Answer: Long wait on the phone to talk to someone. They said about 10 minutes it was 37 minutes.
Answer: Nobody read my review? They cancelled my order and then gave me part of it. Their reason for not sending the rest? They said I gave e them the wrong address! So how did the partial order get to me? The review goes on. It is titled "They will be never get my money again"
