Ordered button down items because I was having breast cancer surgery. About a week before surgery I called to be told my shipment has been sent out. Only one item arrived. Now it is a week after surgery and I still do not have the order. Waited 45 minutes on the phone to be told it shipped, but it has been in GA since 4/9 and they refused to track the package and see where it is. They said I have to wait. I will never order from these thieves again. Pure liars and cheats. Calling my bank to get my money back.
WORST customer service! I placed an order recently. I still have no idea where it is. I received an email confirmation from a vendor, saying that my items had shipped. Then, and only after I personally inquired about the shipment, did the vendor tell me that one of my items was no longer available. Supposedly, this has been credited to my credit card, but I have yet to see ANY refud on there, despite never having received the item. I will NEVER order from this website again!
I've shopped here for the last time. My last ordered was placed on May 4 and was just mailed on May 25. I tried calling to cancel the order and the recording said they were so busy I'd have to call back at another time. I then sent an email to Customer Service & got no response. So, I finally bit the bullet and sat on hold for 50 minutes, only to be told that the order was in process so it could no longer be canceled. That the warehouse doesn't look at notes in the computer, take phone calls or emails. What a way to run a business! Well they've lost mine.
I love the dresses I have been buying there for years. But they are just cotton. I only buy them on sale because of the high price. Now, with half the country out of work, they have raised their price. Only on this dress, though, long and short versions. Even "on sale" they are $10 more than the old price. Ridiculous.
I ordered from this company in April 2021. Merchandise didn't come until the end of May. I had 60 days to return improper fitting material and I mailed them back within that time. I returned them the end of June. A month later August 4, they returned the merchandise saying I was too late returning them for a refund. They even told me when I called I could stay on the line all day but they will not give me a refund. I was disappointed with some of the material that was used in the capris also. This is a company I would recommend not using their size chart. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
One Stop Plus has ridiculous and excessive shipping times. Cardholders are supposed to get free or discounted shipping and then are made to wait 2 to 4 weeks for shipping of orders, when One Stop Plus is giving priority to those who pay for expedited shipping. Total Scam.

Service has gone down since OPS bought out FullBeauty. I recently received an e-mail telling me that my Shopper's club would be renewed on a certain date. When I went to make a purchase after that date, I noticed the shipping didn't change to $2.99, so I contacted them. I was told that my credit card was declined and therefore the membership was not renewed. There is no reason my card would have been declined, as we pay the balance in full every month. There was no attempt to contact me about this. I was told that I was grandfathered in when they bought the company and there is no way I can rejoin. It sounds to me like they are trying to do away with the shopper's club. I've been a member of the Shopper's Club for seven years and I'm really disgusted with the business practices of the current owners. (This concern does not involve a complaint about a product.)
I ordered a throw and hoped to receive it by Christmas. It has been 14 days and still haven't got an e-mail saying my item shipped. When I click on my order number it says there is no order. Haven't received my item. BEWARE of this site.
I will hope to get a refund.
I ordered items out of the clearance catalog that was enclosed with my purchase. The company switched the price to the full cost. I was told the cost would be adjusted then the items shipped. My change card was charged the full price. I am still fighting with them plan to dispute the cost with the credit card company
Answer: Long wait on the phone to talk to someone. They said about 10 minutes it was 37 minutes.
Answer: Nobody read my review? They cancelled my order and then gave me part of it. Their reason for not sending the rest? They said I gave e them the wrong address! So how did the partial order get to me? The review goes on. It is titled "They will be never get my money again"
