Never shopping here again

They have changed their name to One Stop Plus from Full Beauty. This is the 3rd name I have seen with the same company.
They have always billed me immediately, then a secondary bill hits my account from the individual company my purchase is from. Both holds sit in my bank until the order is processed & one will drop off. But if my order is for $50 then there is a hold for $100. Not cool, they blame my bank, my bank blames them. ‍
I placed an order over a week ago, can't get any information. Unable to chat, they are "all busy with other customers, try again later."
Received a canned response saying they are expecting delays. Call during business hours, placed on hold for 38 mins to get nowhere.
Called this Sunday morning & told that the order is in process & they cannot cancel the order & refund me. I will have to wait until the order arrives & then ship it back to get a refund. I was told that to cancel my order they would have to shut down the warehouse & search for 1 orser through 400k of them.
Doubt seriously there are that many being processed... even so, they should be able to do that with computers. I even explained that I placed an order with Amazon after I placed this order & not only have I received part of the order & when they realized they couldn't get the rest of the order, they not only canceled it but refunded me the expense immediately. However I ordered this time through PayPal & only one change has hit my bank. Wonder how that happened. ‍ hmmmm. This truly is my last order.

I used to LOVE onestopplus/fullbeauty, I've been a customer for over ten years. However, now I am a lost customer. They have always been slow as far as getting items shipped out but because the prices were so good especially during sales I put up with it. NOT ANYMORE!

I placed an order in May and I knew there would be a delay due to the volume of orders due to covid. Great 7-10 days I get it. However I never received any updates or anything so I called and was told I couldn't cancel my order because it was in process and was supposed to be shipped the next day. I still have not received shipping notification so I used their chat to contact them and was told it could be up to 14 days, okay cool little peeved off but I'll work with it. STILL no shipping update so I called again and was told that if I would have cancelled it during the first phone call (which I was told I couldn't) that all would have been taken care of but now it's "deeper" into processing and nothing can be done as far as canceling the order. Okay fine, I'm fuming by this time and they hit me with "it will be another 3-4 weeks before it ships". I blew a head gasket this is absolutely REDICULOUS! Especially when I can go online to Wal Mart and order the same items at a bit of a higher price and the same brand and have it in 4-6 days!

DOL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER BUT YOU WILL GET YOUR BILL. I ORDER FROM THEM AND THE ORDER WAS EITHER VERY LATE OR I DID NOT GET IT.

Never Again!

On 12/1/2020 I placed an order via standard delivery thinking the shipper would be the snail mail FedEx Smart Post. Imagine my surprise when 4 days later I find out OSP is using Newgistics as their shipper, not FedEx Smart post, which always added another 1-2 days to delivery time because it was delivered by USPS. Newgistics has a "F" rating at BBB.org and hundreds of 1 star ratings on review websites. True to their horrible ratings, I was given EDD's of 12/10,12/11, and then 12/15. The order sat in NJ for 6 days with no movement, even though USPS (which is the final delivery service) said they received shipping info on 12/5. They didn't get the order until 12/14, and finally on 12/17 it's supposedly out for delivery today. It took almost 3 WEEKS to get this order. OSP KNOWS how horrible Newgistic's ratings are, I've repeatedly called and told them myself, but they don't care. They got their money on 12/5 when the order "shipped" but I had to wait another TWO WEEKS to get it! NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER order anything else from OSP again because their standard shipping via Newgistics stinks and their pricing for expedited shipping is outrageous at between $21.98 and $30.98. Unless you have weeks to wait for your order, DON'T order from OSP!

I placed an order on Feb 27, it is now May 28th, still no order. It states on the website that it is processing. It has been processing for 15 days. It is one shirt, you can't tell me it takes 15 days to pull, package and ship one shirt. On top of that, once it finally ships I was informed it would take 7-10 business days to deliver. I bought the shirt in the middle of winter thinking I would have it in time for summer, but it will be June in a couple of days. Sure hope I can receive it soon to wear this summer. They can't tell me when it will ship, but they sure can tell me it is processing and can't be cancelled.

I currently have 4 orders and all are over a month old but still no deliveries. No expected delivery date. No answers! Every call to CS is not answered. They are only taking calls if you are ordering. They are too busy to help answer questions especially regarding orders that you have not received but paid for. I now call and select 2 to place an order so I get a live person. If you select anything else besides placing a new order, you get a message stating they are overwhelmed by the influx of orders for their spring collection and can not take your call right now! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!

Once I get a live body in customer service, I get the run around and you can tell they are making it up as they go and they don't know, they can't even give you real accurate info.

I shopped Catherine's before they closed their stores! Shame on you Catherine's for picking such a piss poor company to take over your legacy and shame on your employees for being willing to lie to customers.

No one can look at a computer there and give you a straight answer.

BUYER BEWARE!

So 4 years ago, I ordered some clothing it was $393.00, I received the items and it was so bad, but I kept the stuff to much aggravation to send it back, and started to pay my bill, that was 4 years ago and I am still paying this bill only now what started out as 393.00 is now 583.00I have given them so much money over the past 4 years that I have probably paid this bill 4 times, I refuse to pay them another dime, just since March of 2014 to September 2014 I have paid them 300.00 not to mention the last 4 years of payments and the bill never goes down, I am currently contacting the Federal Trade Commission in regards to the phone calls which start at 8 am and continue all day long until 9 pm when I answer the phone, no one is ever on the other end, the girl told me today, that's because it a prompt type call, it's horrible. When I told them I wasn't going to pay anymore money, they tried to make a settlement offer for $375.00 are these people who own this company insane, I am also filing a complaint with the federal trade commission about this bill. This company is horrible no one is willing to work with you STAY AWAY YOU DO NOT WANT THIS AGGRAVATION. I HAVE MANY ACCOUNTS SIMILIAR TO THIS COMPANY, AND WHEN I PAY MY BILL THE BALANCE GOES DOWN NOT UP, WARNING WARNING WARNING

For many years I shopped Roamans, Jessica London and Ellos. I held a Jessica London credit card. I had no problems up until this year, 2021.
In May 2021, I decided to send my mother outfits and shoes using OneStop Plus. I ordered the items then completed the sale. When I received the confirmation email, I realized I made a mistake and reversed the addresses. (I put my mothers address in Kansas as the billing address, and my address in CA as the shipping.) I called them and asked them to cancel the order. I was assured they did that, but the status never changed in my account. I went ahead and ordered properly minus 1 item that was then out of stock.
For 3 weeks I watched the status in my account. One day it stated "shipped". I tried to call OneStop repeatedly, but no one answered. Sometimes it just disconnected me. 2 weeks later I received the canceled merchandise. I went to the website to request a return. It wouldn't allow me to complete the online form. I opened the bag the items came in, and found a return label. I put that return label on the package and dropped it off at the post office. Meanwhile my credit card bill came in. It showed the 2 purchases. I paid for the one I wanted and disputed the other.
The return made it all the way back to wherever the label sent it. I checked my accounts again, and no acknowledgment of the return.
This went on for several additional weeks. I sent the credit card company proof they received the merchandise. None of it mattered. The credit card company wants their money for merchandise in the custody of OneStop.
I told Jessica London to cancel my account. I told One Stop I would never purchase from them again. I am still on the hook for 128.00 due to a $#*!ty website, horrible Customer Service and greedy credit card company.

There is so much negative feedback here on this site, that I just had to recount my most positive shopping experience on the website known as One Stop Plus now Full Beauty. Our community choir was rehearsing for its first Christmas production of the Christmas selections of Handel's Messiah, and a long black dress was required. Not having one, I began searching this site for an appropriate dress for me that might also be flattering and fit me well. I found the Jessica London cross-front maxi dress with long sleeves. As I am a most frustrating "pear shape," in which my top is as much as two sizes smaller than the rest of me, I ordered two sizes to begin with. When they arrived, I tried both on and selected the smallest one, which I felt I could alter to fit me and returned the other one. At the same time, I called their customer service and ordered the next size smaller, which was their size 22, and returned my other selection. When this dress arrived, it fit better than the one I kept, but still would need to be altered in the top to fit my top. So again I returned the larger dress, and called customer service again, and ordered the next size smaller again. When this size arrived, and I put it on, I could not believe it -- it was a perfect fit for me both top and bottom and was an astounding Size 20! At this time, I returned the dress I thought I could alter. Now, I will tell you this, for only $20 a year, you get $2.99 shipping on all shipments from them and free returns. Period. This is the way to go if you place even as few as four orders a year. This gave me the freedom to seek my correct size. This continues to be my correct size in the Jessica London maxi dresses. And my top is 1 to 2 sizes smaller than the rest of me! The night of our performance, the director came over to me and complimented me on my dress and gave me a "side hug" for all my work! I was totally happy with all of that experience! One Stop Plus or Full Beauty came through like a trooper for me AND I only paid $2.99 shipping for all of that great service! I totally recommend their shoppers club for $20 a year. You will save money, but it also allows you the shopper to feel free to make returns so that you can find your best size. You must give this company TIME. I did not start this dress hunting process in December, but like October... But if you're a woman in today's "skinny" culture, you know how hard it is to find pleasing apparel. I have always been happy with this company! (Except the interest rate on their card! :)

HORRIBLE SERVICE Ordered a 2 piece bathing suit, it clearly describes that it is a halter top with skiritini with sewn in panties, and I only received the bottom piece when delivered. Packing slip clearly states that thisskirt was the only item in the package nd the line item price for the skirt was about 1/2 of what they charged me. When inquiring with Customer service ( over 45 minutes being bounced around) about where the top is ( as te onlie tracking # indicates that my order is complete) I was told that it wasnt their fault, it is the manufacturer who shipped its fault, and I have to return at my own expense which they can later reimburse me but FIRTS, yes FIRST they have to verify if it actually is a 2 piece and not just the bottom that I ordered becuase "It's deceiving" in their words, looking at the item # online ( which includes specifics on BOTH PIECES!). Even after reading the description that includes talking about the bra inside and the hatler straps, the idiot manager needs to verify with the manufacturer which can take up to 48 hours that this item on their website, that they are responsible for selling is actually a 2 piece suit. I am returning that darn thing and asking for a complete refund... what a bunch of idiots! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
