Cool company, Fast pace, Ordered my package, it is taking a bit but it should be here soon, I hope. Still waiting but hopefully in the next day or two!
Have packages start showing up at our business. The driver just drops and leaves. They are delivered to the wrong address I have called several times on this matter. The rep. On the phone insist they will get a driver to pick them up. I waited 4 days on one package. Driver never showed. We now have 5 packages and it's been about 15 days. Driver never showed. Good thing the actual delivery address isn't very far from us. I'll take them over again like I did the first package. I will try to strongly urge this business to find a different delivery service
I had ordered some clothes and the carrier was OnTrac. I was disappointed it was OnTrac and joked about they won't deliver it… and they didn't… I woke up to it was "delivered" and it wasn't. I checked everywhere and no package to be seen. I had called them and said it was showing as delivered and told me to go call where I got the package originally. I heard stories about packages going "missing" from OnTrac and just confirms this company is so trash. I always hope I don't get OnTrac…
It was 10:00 PM. I saw headlights from my living room window. I looked out and saw a Budget Rental truck sitting on the street in front of my house. The drivers side widow rolled down and a package was thrown into my driveway a few feet from the street. The truck pulled off. I went out and found my Target order on the ground. If this is the service you pay for and appreciate then use OnTrac!
We are guests of the Highest Profiled Navigation Center in Bakersfield. OnTrac has no business, no freight, no workers. There are stand alone trailers that go nowhere. Our plumbing across the street is constantly plugged up and may be connected to OnTrac and XPOLogistics Trucking Co.'s plumbing. There is a Ham Radio TRANSRECEIVER outside at our gate, and horn signals that cause my Jamming Alarm to go off as if Remote Viewing is in progress. They need to file Chapter 11 or 13... but, what for? I have been at this address for 1 & 1/2 months. The only trailers that move over there are Xtra Leasing, that transports unknown cargo to Las Vegas Casinos.
I was suppose to get package from home depot, there tracking laims it was delivered but was not delivered. All they keep saying the package was delivered, I was home all day long. Went out as soon as my text said it was delivered, NO PACKAGE.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. I was supposed to receive a package on July 26th but instead, my package was delayed every day after that for 6 days straight until I received notice that it was "delivered" on the 26th. It was NEVER delivered and all the agent said was to reach out to the seller to dispute the issue. When will companies learn to stop using this organization?
On Saturday, July 29,2002, sometime in the afternoon between 3:00 and 5:30, an OnTrac driver delivered a package by leaving it on the lawn inside the gate. The gate has a walk through section so anyone could have taken the package. If the driver did not have the gate code they could have used the call box to asked. No call was received so no attempt was made. We get OnTrac packages all the time, so it should have been delivered to our home.
I live in a gated community, the gate is 1/2 MI from my house. Instead of Ontrac using provided gate code for entrance they delivered my package at the gate. My package was frozen food. When neighbor alerted me that I had a package at the gate I picked it up and opened package to find expired frozen food.
I lived at my house over 10 years and a representative blamed Google map with invalid address-cannot be located and my package will not be deliver. So, I felt helpless. "Please help return this order back to the sender?" Done
My package has been delayed now going on the third day I will never order from this company again you suck
Temperature sensitive diabetic supplies delivered to wrong house in 120 degree Arizona weather and left in sun. I found package after driving around the neighborhood. Happened twice. Absolutely no excuse for this sloppiness
Whenever I purchased stuff from Walmart, they usually shipped them by OnTrac. And 8 out of 10, delivery was delayed, the packages were damaged, and worst of all, they would leave the packages outside my apartment building RIGHT ON THE STREET to be stolen. They would just dump it there and I never received those packages. Not just once or twice, but MOST OF THE TIME. I've called OnTrac about this issue a few times, and they just said they would report it. I contacted Walmart about this and begged them not to ship my items by OnTrac. After reporting this same ol' problem to Walmart numerous times over the last few years, I started receiving my items from FedEx or USPS. Thank GOD! I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever.
Literally I've never had a good experience with OnTrac. Packages are always late, and one time a package was literally placed at the end of our driveway on top of a sign. Like, in what world is that acceptable. A lot of top tier companies use On Trac and it's laughable. I believe it was Nordstrom that one time, and this week I'm trying to get a package delivered from Vans. If a company uses OnTrac, don't order anything that you need within a time frame because it will not work out.
Tracked packages and it said delivered to customer but camera showed no attempted delivery at the time. Asked if customer service can reach out to driver to confirm and they said they can't do that. How are they even managing bad actors/drivers that lies about delivering then? Don't know why companies use this service
Husband and I ordered a PS5 through Walmart. Immediately when I saw the shipping was through OnTrac I had a feeling in my gut we would never receive it. My feeling was correct.
First the order said it shipped early and would receive it Saturday. It didn't come Saturday, and they told us it was delayed for Monday and had shipped to a city only 30 minutes from us. The PS5 was never shipped Monday.
On Tuesday, I contacted Walmart concerned that our order was now late and asked if we could just go pick it up ourselves since it was supposedly only 30 minutes away from us. Walmart told me to please wait until the end of the day for my shipment to arrive (thanks Walmart).
Finally later on Tuesday afternoon, we were informed that the order was "damaged" and we wouldn't be receiving it. OnTrac said they were figuring out if they should "send it back to the vendor or dispose of it."
This is ((alleged)) but I have a strange feeling it was stolen. I have no evidence of this, but why was it delayed for 2 days in a city only 30 minutes from us, only for us to find out 48 hours later it was "damaged?"
I've never had such an expensive order damaged in shipping before.
So yea, OnTrac is just as bad as everyone says it is. You should be surprised if you receive your order at all, in the correct location, or without damages. Luckily Walmart issued us a full refund, we are on a list to just buy the item from Sony directly this time. We decided it's worth waiting than being put through this again.
Ontrac has got to be the worst delivery company. Pany in the US! Everytime I get a delivery from ontrac they leave the package in plain site right in the middle of my porch! I have lots of shrubs on both sides where they could conceal a package, but no... lazy mofos leave it right in the open! Wow... just wow! Not to mention. That 2/5 of my last deliveries have come in damaged boxes... luckily the products have been fine. Just an awful, lazy bunch of workers. Or who knows, maybe it's company policy not to give a rip about customers and service! I cringe when I see ontrac as my shipper
On track is the worst delivery service very unreliable hav had packages delivered by them before never know when you will get it or if you will had food delivered had to throw away because they took to long to deliver and they don't care there delivery driver are unprofessional also they don't care either
NO STARS FOR ME, THEY MAKE YOU PUT ONE BECAUSE THAT'S ALL THEY KNOW THEY WILL GET. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, THEY LIE TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE ABOUT YOUR DELAYED PACKAGE. IVE CALLED FOR DAYS AND KEPT BEING TOLD BY THE EOD AND BY EOD I GET A DELAYED MESSAGE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE PACKAGE IS IN TRANSIT EVERYDAY TO O BE DELAYED AT THE EOD. I WILL NEVER USE ANYBODY WHO USES THIS RAGGEDY $#*! COMPANY. ITS A JOKE I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS BY THE REVIEWS. I KNOW THE ONE STAR IS REALLY A 0 STAR BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NOBODY THAT WORKS THERE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT A PACKAGE. JANKY JANKY JANKY BUSINESS. I HATE THIS COMPANY EXISTENCE.
You can tell these people all day long where to deliver your package they do what they want if a rain starts or lightning it's a natural disaster in there eyes and u will not get your package in Tucson there the worst took 7 days to get package that should had been here in 3 or 4 days. People steal at front gate I've told these people talk to manager he says he can't do anything cause he has new drivers that don't want to do there jobs. Don't use this company we need to stand up to deliver service like this and be counted
Answer: I didn't choose it. The company I ordered from did
Answer: They are a legit company, but not a legit shipping company as they can't deliver at all.
Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.
Answer: They've been doing that for at least a decade. They did it to me too. There's no repurcussions. They steal and you'll never get your package.
Answer: Same happening to me...they need to be shut down. They are thieves
Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
