Property damage
January 6, 2023

This company delivered a package to my home at the bottom of a hill, one way in, one way out, hit my car and sped off. When they were informed it couldn't possibly be their guy, he's been with them for a long time. We'll, it couldn't possibly be anybody else. No one else was here…I heard it, but he was gone by the time I got outside. Beware using this company, they aren't honest.

This company should not be in business as they never actually deliver most of their shipments. Do not support companies that insist on only offering On Trac as the shipping option.

Terrible with delivery date accuracy. I've had 12 deliveries from them and only 1 has ever been on time. Some are 1 days late, others are a week late. Absolutely terrible.

Worst Ever!

I bought some tools from The Home Depot prior to Christmas
I was hopping to get everything before the holidays cause i had a small project coming,
I am not sure why Home depot didn't send everything through the same carrier, anyhow some things where delivered via UPS which i got in two days as stated during checkout. As for the box that was supposed to be be delivered by this $#*!ty delivery company didn't arrive the second day as stated during check out not only that i was supposed to get my last package by 12/23/2022 its 1/03/2023 and they just keep changing the delivery date...I also left a review on the home depot site for doing this it has been a huge inconvenience...Yes i tried purchasing everything through the store however no stores close to me had everything i ordered in stock. Milwaukee miter saw, table saw, brad nailer, stands for both table and miter saws, and a few other Milwaukee products. If i had my choice i would never choose On Track as my carrier of choice!

Packages are constantly delayed due to so called "bad weather". This even happens when there is no bad weather whatsoever at any of the locations the package has been. They use it as an excuse. This only happens with Ontrac. No other service has these "weather delays".

I had a bath and body package that I ordered around Christmas and I got a notification that it was delivered so I immediately go outside and there is no delivery or driver in sight. I asked my neighbor in the front to show me ring footage and no one even set foot on the property. When I contacted the company, they claimed that they would investigate but I never heard anything back from them. Bath & body ended up having to refund my money because the items I ordered were now out of stock. If you go to the Instagram, you'll see nothing but complaints. We need to look into doing a class action suit against this business.

HORRIBLE delivery driver. Home has a flat smooth cement walkway up to front door with covered porch. One step up to porch and also a handicap ramp next to it so 0 steps.

This driver left the package in the driveway during a rainstorm. There are numerous package thefts in the area. The package was out in a heavy rainstorm and not visible from the house. The only reason I knew a package was there was a neighbor driving by saw the box in the driveway being poured rain on. He walked it the additional 6 seconds up to the covered porch and knocked.

The Amazon deliveries make their drivers snap a photo of the package of where it is left and emailed to the recipient with an easy link to rate the driver. No such service is done by your company and due to that you have at least one driver that needs to be fired. I also notice this package was marked delivered to front door. This employee is lying about his work product.

Please let this turd of an employee go. Thank you.

That was the feedback obout the delivery I 'tried' to leave on their web site but guess what... the send message didn't work. Got a message there was an error and to click Send Message again. Over and over again. I even switched to a different web browser just in case issues with that and nope, same result. Originally I was thinking there was this one delivery driver who needed to be let go, come to find out that driver qualifies as Employee of the Month at this company.

OnTrac cost me $55.00

I waited by my window all day for OnTrac to deliver my package. They were healthcare items, and I was eager to get them. OnTrac never showed up. When I looked on the retailer's website, it said my package was delivered & SIGNED FOR. The signature was of the first couple of letters of my first and last name. I was watching for them, so I know they never showed up with my package. None of my neighbors know my name to be able to sign for me. WHO SIGNED AND STOLE MY PACKAGE? When I contacted them, they said they would investigate, but that I should contact the retailer. The retailer can't do anything because someone signed for the package, so I can't even get a refund, or replacements. The only person who knew my name to sign for me would have been the driver who handled my package. Worst delivery company ever. Stick to USPS.

They will mark ot delivered and not deliver it. Then they will tell you to contact the seller. This company has non trust worthy driver. Oh wait independent contract non reliable! Pay for fedex or ups

Lost of Stolen Packages

They will update the status as Delivered even though is not true. They won't take any responsibility at all, telling you to talk either with the bank or the seller, which won't matter since they stated that the packages was delivered. If you are having similar issues, file a Police Report and then hire a lawyer, since they won't take responsibility at all and customer service, as well as the claim email, chat won't do anything but automatic responses and that's it.

Majority of time items delivered by ontract, it gets lost. No matter which co uses them. Delivery personnel does not follow instructions and just leaves package anywhere

Never delivered

Ontrac has never delivered product to my door despite stating "DELIVERED" "Front Door" or "DELIVERED" "Front Soor". I have found, any company who used Ontrac to deliver the product purchased gets delivered to the house to the right of my house or to the left of my house, across the street or down the street. I then go walking down the street to find my box or boxes. There Tracking website doesn't work either. I would rate Ontrac a minus number if I could.

Delivery services should be able to do one thing…deliver. Unfortunately with OnTrac EVERYTHING seems to constitute an "exception" to the delivery date. Weather shouldn't paralyze a delivery service, but it seems OnTrac finds every excuse NOT to deliver when stated.P.S. The Amazon guy delivered in his Prius…but OnTrac is off track

I have never had good service with this company either they send my stuff to wrong address or it's late every time, it taking them 8 days to get me a package that's 20 miles away from me got a message saying it was gonna be late due to weather 12-16-22 I drove to Reno yesterday and all roads were clear as day

We placed an order Via Bestbuy. They said the shipment was delayed, it continued to be delayed for 2 weeks and then randomly in the middle of the tracking they put " Delivered" but the next 1 week it continued to show Delayed. *******@bestbuy works or gives business to such a horrible company I don't know. When I contacted them they said the package would ship in 2 days, followed up after 2 days and they said " it is too far gone to be able to locate. I am convinced they stole the package knowing it was from Bestbuy. They wouldn't help me track it, they said it's now Bestbuys problem. You cannot get through to their phone number so chat was the only option. They don't care about their clients. I really don't understand how they are in business. I never take time to write a review but this was a horrible situation. We bought 2 Nintendo Switches for xmas and now I have to find a new gift last min for my family. SHAME ON YOU.

I was mad that my package wasn't delivered to my address when it said delivered on the tracking information, but one worker Leticia came the next day to my house to help me find it and it ended up being in a house undergoing construction. She was very nice and made sure I got my order before she left. It was delivered to the wrong address at first but she corrected it

Im recently buy some items from Ulta beauty and they use on track as a delivery company, my package never arrives. Ulta use ups or usps usually to send his packages, I never got a Missing package before, I have cameras around my house and I never see any on track vehicle arrives. This just make me thing all those rumors about workers still packages are true.
