The driver states the package was delivered to the front office receptionist I ran down as soon as I got the notification and was disappointed when the receptionist stated no packages were delivered. I immediately sent a message and basically got a response the driver dilvered contact the merchant case closed. The question was why not bring to the door of the person who ordered like fed ex and ups. So now I have to call the merchant so who looses money? Not sure who runs ONTRAC but this is terrible

Delivery problems

On track website said the package was delivered. Although the business is closed APO box business, how can it be delivered if the business is closed? Now? I can't find my package on track. Contract sucks don't ever use it

What is the point of allowing text notifications if I don't get any? I've had two pkgs stolen because I don't get the notifications nor do they even ring the doorbell.

Whatever you call yourselves is meaningless. You'll always be terrible.

Well I had contacted them multiple times in one day bc I kept being told my package was delayed to the point someone called me and asked me a few questions and I thought great end of this ordeal….$#*!ING WRONGGGGGGGGG every time I contacted them to "update my address" they never put it in the system and this morning when I was finally able to get someone on the phone it was the most ridiculously tedious process "maam your address is not available" and then it would turn into "well that's not where it's taking my driver it's taking them somewhere else" which turned into "well in order for us to leave it at your door you have to give us a proper address" and when I asked what were they using to type in the address they wouldn't tell me and I said that's funny bc on google and Apple Maps I type in my address and it takes me to the right place and it's like there's multiple things on property she was able to find the next thing over with it's address and it's the same thing as mine just with 4 not an 8

Worst and most slowest service ever.

Horrible business that delivers praying on their downfall my package has been being "delivered" for the last 3 weeks. I reached out multiple times but they don't answer they claim that they are the "fastest shippers in the u.s" but can't do anything right. STICK WITH USPS AND FEDEX! In the picture it says it was supposed to be delivered the 14th of march and it's 3 days later with no answers.

Missing package

This company has to be the worst that exist. The delivered my package to God knows, which finally never got. Their customer service is also as terrible as the delivery drivers(they ignore your messages and never fix their $#*!). I hope people/retail companies stop using them

They lied and said they delivered a package but the address was Whole Foods grocery,who did they leave it with a cashier! These people can't be trusted and they are working with Temu to steal from you, be aware and don't trust this company at all

I know I had a neighbor that drove for OnTrac and he was always coming home at lunch and lighting a bowl then going back out to deliver. I'm even more convinced that they are smoking pot as every time I get a package from them reeks of pot. They apparently are think it's okay to drive under the influence. Shame on them.

The driver backed into my mailbox and got out of the car to look at the damage she did and got back into her car and left...with my dad in the driveway watching. I filed a claim that was denied after speaking to the driver, who lied! Know I'm stuck buying and replacing my mailbox and stand! What a horrible company!

Wish I could say 0/5. Company sent my package from Texas less than 100 mi from my house to Los Angeles California and then said they could not deliver it to me in "my area" in Texas and then said they did not have my address (that was on the package). Horrible company and customer service.

And yet ANOTHER dissatisfied customer! I got notified that a package was delivered. I never received it. The seller recommended I reach out to OnTrac directly. So, I did! Their response was that they have proof of delivery on THEIR site and I could go there to find it and they were now closing the case. In other words, screw you Miss Customer! I won't deal with Temu if this is who they are using. And I can't add photos of my product because I DIDN'T GET THE PRODUCT!

Straight Garbage

This company has done nothing but cause problems for me with every order I've had them deliver they are straight garbage you cannot get in touch with anyone when you call the number they say they will text you and then when they text you they give you nothing but the runaround I have four orders coming through them right now and believe me it's not my choice I told the company that I ordered from not to use this company anymore to deliver to me they said they wouldn't but they're still using them I guess it's cheaper for them but I don't know how when you have to keep refunding people's money because either they're not getting their stuff on time or they're not getting it at all. The update status says my package is sitting at an airport for 14 days now and they're telling me that they don't pick up customer packages at the airport a third party delivers the packages to them so I asked them being on track for the third party's phone number so I can contact them and they don't know who it is I would have to contact them company that I ordered through so I'll contact the company I ordered through and they say they don't know anything about it. OnTrac should be shut completely down I get my items through the United States postal Service faster than I do this company and you think with a name like on track they would be like UPS Amazon FedEx but no Santa Claus will deliver faster than these people so again on track is straight garbage no stars just the trash can for them.

Worst Delivery Company
February 23, 2024

I've many delayed encounters with On Trac…just recently the worst I've ever experienced. Placed my actual order with Temu February 2,2024, after payment is processed Temu then ships out products, normal time frame usually 7-8 days which is expected coming from out the country. Once On Trac received the package it's all in there hands.I continued getting delays with my package just sitting in Ohio for two weeks…no kidding…next thing I get a second delay which the package in Romulus, Michigan and yes my package was sitting there not budging for almost two weeks. I continued reaching out to customers service at least 5-6 times and no courtesy to respond back. I then tried the chat just to keep shooting me the tracking info I already have. I had to rudely inform them to stop sending me the damn tracking info especially if my package has not moved in weeks. I'm then to they need to investigate and takes two business days, this was on a Friday which will be Tuesday I should hear from them…of course they did not contact me, I reached back out to them Thursday…nothing again. Thursday afternoon I filed a formal complaint against On Trac….was emailed from them they do not know where the package is and for r to contact the sender/seller…crock of bull, they were not aware I was keeping Temu update since all began…Temu suggested I can remove this transit company from further deliveries in the future. Totally agreed to that and this company will only be used as a backup if the other two companies are not able to do the shipping….Today February 23,2024 they had the nerve to send a email indicating my package was out for delivery…some bull…hours later get another stating package is delivered. This one small package took almost a month with jumping hoops, inconsideration of customers.
