The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!
Returning items. Very disappointed. Shipping cost more than I paid for these items. Price was higher than my order. Can't believe u still can sell things this cheaply made. These cost me way to much just to return them
This was my first time ordering through OpenSky. I ordered a pair of earrings based on the picture and they were true to form! Beautifully designed- well made. Went back and ordered the necklace and a few other items.
I received one of my packages but I'm still missing one. I used the tracking number and it shows "in transit" but it doesn't state where in transit it is. Although I got a response from Open Sky via "sitejabber"" I have never gotten a response from the other 7 emails I sent Open Sky.
Also, customers need to know that some of the clothing comes from China, so the sizes are not the same as American made clothing. I wear a 10 in American made brands but I did order a size up (Large) because there was no chart specifying sizes. The large just fits but I'm afraid that when I wash them and they shrink they wont' be any good to me.
Also, I find it interesting that Open Sky doesn't have a place that customers can make comments on their website. I think this would be extremely helpful.

I placed my order May 22 and I kept tracking my packages. One was delivered within 2 days. The other 2 orders were delivered May 25 to Florida. I live in Missouri. I have texted Open Sky 7 times wanting to know where my order was. I haven't heard one word from them. If there was a phone number provided I'd call them too. Very frustrated with their poor customer service.
Ordered a shirt. Sizing was absurd. Shirt was pretty, so too bad. To return, shipping label charge is MORE than I paid for the shirt. Bizarre. BUYER BEWARE. Have asked for assistance from the company. Supposed to get back to me days ago. No help. Disappointing.

My three pairs of leggings; navy, black and grey fit like gloves and came right on time. The earrings came a few days later. Sorry to say they did not fit me the way I had hoped so I gave them to a friend as a gift. They were beautiful and sparkly but I could not wear them. All in all it worked out OK.

This is the worst online vendor I have ever encountered. Unlike anyone else I have ever dealt with, they have a 14 day return policy and exclusions to keep you from making returns. Do not buy anything from them. Use Amazon. It is safe and honest.

I returned a non-working item to them within 2 weeks and has NEVER received a penny of my refund. Then they keep emailing me about money I have, but can only spend on merchants that accept credits... This is a SCAM if ever I saw one. Do NOT make a purchase from them, run in the other direction because if you like it, you're good, but do not ask for a refund, you will not get it! Oh and the 1-star is the lowest I could give them... they don't deserve that!

I love the products and prices on offer at this site. However when I ordered an item, but the wrong item was sent to me. I wrote asking for a return/exchange but haven't heard back even though there is a time limit to exchanges. Help please?

Most of the items I purchased have been great. Love the site and selection. I like that they notify me that something I had been looking at is on sale. Makes me go back for a second look, just in case the price was a little more than I wanted to pay.
I was returning a purse. I printed the label they emailed me. Guess what? 10 days later and it's back in my mailbox with a postage due sticker. Really? Now what? 6.80 plus whatever they deduct for the paid label. Do I have enough time to send it back? What a horrible way to Do business! Never again Open Sky.

I ordered an iPhone 6+ and 6 case in late May. Credit card charged immediately and received in mid June. Both cases were wrong and finally got return label. Sent back and they received on July 1. Still waiting for credit to my account and not getting any response. Going to turn in to credit card company as fraud charges
Order was placed incorrectly. I asked for help immediately after the invoice came up, but it was days before any action took place on your end. By then, the supplier had placed the order, and I was stuck with an incorrectly monogrammed bracelet that is worthless. I'm out $35!

I bought a T-shirt for a friend but decided he didn't want it. Their return policy states, "Returning this item will cost you $8.41 to ship. We'll deduct this, along with the original shipping cost, from your refund. Still want to return this item?" I have asked for clarification x3. Cost $14.20, deductions from refund $8.41 return shipping and $3.99 original shipping giving me a refund of $1.80. They keep referring me to the return link like I'm a moron, where do they think I'm getting this info from? Worst company I have ever dealt with! Facebook and every other reviewer website, here I come!

I ordered headphones which was defective ( unusable product cheaply made not worth a $) when I tried to return it I got the run around, after about 3 weeks of trying to get the promised return label I finally gave up. I do not recommend ordering from this company

Credit dollars are a scam to get you to spend more money. Customer service does not return emails. I was unable to find a phone number to answer my questions. I was however very pleased with my purchases when I received them. And shipping was faster than stated. But still felt ripped off because of promised credit did not get.!

I have tried to order so many things from this site. They are advertised for one price, then when they go into your cart are another price. Ex: I ordered a $26 shirt. They gave me some of my $50 Off $$ off and the shirt was then $33? I would like to order but no way to contact the company and the prices change at will. Not good.
Disregarding the discount the shirt should not go up $6 from page to cart.

I purchased 2 items from OpenSky and that will conclude my relationship with this company. The low price you'll get after many discounts that you are offered is still too high for the quality. One of the items on my order was cancelled with no explanation (even though it was still available on the website) and I am actually grateful - I probably would've regretted that purchase too.
I had never tried Open Sky but when they popped up in the search results for Maytag Blue Cheese I thought I would try it. Nice web site, easy to order. I got the cheese in a timely manner but the other order I placed still hasn't even been shipped. Ordered on 12/18. I sell online and have for years. I go to the Post Office everyday. They do make mistakes but very few. I have shipped thousands of items, a few have been late, one has been lost, but overall they are very good. It's not the post office. It is difficult to guarantee a delivery date when you are not in charge of shipping it. They need to sort out their vendors and have some shipping standards. Everyone thinks selling online is easy, it's not. You have to manage your product, inventory and SHIP. What's the point otherwise.

I ordered a sweater from here without knowing a thing about this site. After I completed my order I was having second thoughts. I looked up reviews and read slot of bad ones and tried to cancel my order. It wouldn't let me but, I'm glad because I received my sweater on time and it's the correct size and "styles" that i ordered. So im super happy.

OMG! I bought what seemed on the website, a lovely blouse. First, the size was deceiving. I ordered XL, and their sizing was like ordering a MEDIUM at other sites. The, the material was inferior, and the shape and color were way off from the picture. When I returned it for a refund, I never received any confirmation that they received it, nor did I get a refund. Never heard anything from them. Well, my Mom always said, "you get what you pay for" - - - ain't that the truth - - thanks Mom!

Extremely disappointed on the wrong item being sent. We take time out of our busy lives to order things sometimes for our loved ones as a Male this tends to be harder when receiving the wrong product it's extremely irritating to send it back be charged again for shipping when I feel it is an error on the shippers part and we should be extremely compensated for our shipping costs there should be no out-of-pocket expense from the consumer. As the old saying goes if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered a Nike windbreaker for approximately $40. The picture showed a woman wearing it. The item came from China and took forever to get here. When I opened the package, it had a men's sizing tag on it and was a men's medium. Now I can't get a hold of this company for a refund and their automated refund process wants me to pay that shipping to get it back to them. I think the jacket may be a counterfeit as well.

The two pieces of women's clothing I ordered looked NOTHING like the photo on the model. Fabric was weird and cheap. One item was too large, one was too small... and I am typically a plain medium easy to fit. The purse organizer was tiny and not worth the cost. I sent the clothing back but kept the organizer as you lose so much in shipping. I'l never order from them again... it's just not worth it and I learned my lesson. Just goes to show you can sell anything out there on the internet and some sucker (like myself this time) will buy from you. I will give them credit that they make returns easy, so they would not qualify as a rip-off company like the many overseas companies selling clothing off the internet that are total scams. That's the only good thing I have to say.

I was excited to see the really attractive selection of items with prices that appeared quite reasonable. However, after my selections were put into my cart and when I went to checkout the shipping fees were $45.42 for 5 items three of which were merely jewelry! That shipping was almost 40% or my total bill! I then searched the same items on other sites and prices were almost the identical but the shipping fees were less than 10% of the total bill. What gives? Seems like you lose what you thought you gained by buying through this site. :(

I was unaware that I had placed an order. I received no confirmation, only a "Preparing to ship" notice. I immediately tried to cancel, even asked for assistance via Chat. I was told that once processed, an order can not be cancelled. So, I had put four items in the cart while considering ordering and within a few hours it was processed! I am going to cancel my account to insure that this does not happen again!
