The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!

Ended with two unplaced orders placed. One was cancelled. The second one arrived today. Husband says it looks like s night gown. I will give it the old college try before returning. Also price decreased significantly right after my non placed order. This is frustrating. I love on line shopping and other experiences with Open Sky have been positive.
Arrived much sooner than expected! Quality merchandise! The price was very low. The deciding factor for me was choice of colors. It is a true deep purple which I have had difficulty finding. Will order again I am sure!
Even though I started with OpenSky 3 years ago (my 1st order), all of my other purchases have been over the past year. Out of 7 orders, I only had a problem with one, because the seller was out-of-stock on what I ordered. Even tho' seller emailed me, she sent out a substitute before I could respond to her email. I got right on the phone with OS's customer service & they handled it, esp. Since substitutions are not part of their policy. I've been thoroughly happy with my purchases, ranging from candles to scarves, but do advise to read the product descriptions carefully, and any buyer feedback.
I have purchased several items from OpenSky. Have always been happy with every purchase. But the Rings are so beautiful, perfect fit everytime, great quality, good and fair price. I only wish I had a few more fingers.
Financial troubles in the past with the banking fiasco several years ago trying to get back on track this credit card company gave me that opportunity. Takes a while to receive your card in the mail but once I had it I immediately paid my annual dues. My score went up by 30 points! Slow to post payments, keep balance low Its good for re-establishing credit!
Could not contact OpenSky to inquire about an issue with a purchased item. There is no phone number listed to call and clicking on what is titled "contact us" does not allow an email or any other form of contact. I purchased ear rings for my wife as a gift and gave them to her a few weeks after they arrived. When she tried to wear them she found that the pin that goes through the ear was very uncomfortable because it is rectangular, with sharp corners. Most ear ring for pierced ears have round pins. The return policy only allows returns within 14 days and then the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, after paying somewhat inflated shipping charges to deliver the purchased item.
Two of the four items I have ordered from Open Sky never arrived. Big hassle trying to track them but did get my money back for the cashmere jacket that I really wanted. The other two items a striped dress and a phone case were terrific and arrived promptly without delay. Still batting 50% not sure it is worth the hassle. Goods are nice but prices are jacked way up and then discounted so the end value is just about right on no real savings.

Ordered the clip on lenses for mobile phones. I guess after my husband passed I got a little too trusting. This company is predatory. The lenses do not work. Not just me that has tried them. But very savvy technical minded people that cannot get them to work. No recourse at all. You order it then you are stuck. Do not be deceived by this company. No contact information for them on their website. Small wonder. I should have known better. Read everything on any website before ordering. No contact info? Don't order. Opensky is nothing more nor nothing less than a scam. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!

I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived. While I absolutely love my product, an oil diffuser, it doesn't work on intermittent, after two rounds it shuts itself off completely. I unfortunately can only give 3 stars because of the defect, otherwise, it would have been 5
Open sky credits are a joke I will actually pursing them legally as the way they word their flaws sales and dollars off with credits is not legal and misleads consumers. Upon calling I was told that it does not say $35 it says up to 30% to be determined at check at. No it has a $ sign not%. Nothing told to me by phone was even correct. This company does not know their own terms The product I was looking to buy cost MORE after the "discount " was taken off. If any other company sends me an email offering $35 flash credit. I get $35 off my purchase. That how it's worded so that's what we expect. Not open sky - you end up paying more! If you call and ask you get told different reasons- not a correct one. I didn't purchase I would of paid more than the price listed prior to the flash sale. Made no sense and yes vendor accepted discount

First - be aware that there is a $7.95 restocking fee for anything you return! I ordered 6 items and kept 1 thing. Everything is poorly made, the sizes are not at all as described! Plus when you return items you never receive a receipt for returns describing your refund. A small amount was credited back to my card - for what exactly I do not know. I have contacted customer service and always receive a vague reply! I had to ask Google Trusted to step in but still haven't received what $$ I am due! Stay away!
This company is absolutely awful. I ordered several items on July 1,2016. It took five live chats on their website and two phone calls to get my order cancelled. It took me over an hour to come up with their phone number in NYC. They stock nothing! Once they receive your order and payment, they order from companies as far away as Sweden then advise they are having problems with their suppliers. The tracking numbers are, according to them, assigned when the order is received not when they are shipped. RUBBISH. They ship using USPS. I am close to filing a complaint with the postal authorities and FBI for mail fraud, a federal violation with heavy fines and terms of imprisonment

I purchased three personalized wooden spoons as Christmas gifts. The spoons are heavy quality wood. Nice size with our last name imprinted on the handle. Very nice and they arrived in less than a week. Love them!
I purchased a Sunbeam dual head shower massager. Extremely poor quality-description states that it is stainless steel. The hose may be stainless, but the
Shower heads are chrome covered plastic. I called after the minimal 14 day return policy & was told I should have read the policy. Open Sky would not process a return.
I had it installed and the very first time I used it, it cracked right where it was screwed into the pipe. I sent an e-mail and got no response. You are taking your chances if you deal with this company. I have loved Living Social & can't imagine why they would partner with this inferior company-poor customer service, cheap products.

I've been shopping OpenSky for about four years. In that time I've ordered dozens of tops, tunics, dresses and pants. These pieces have become wardrobe staples, and several times I have ordered the same item a second time so I never have to worry about being without it. The price/value ratio is definitely in favor of the buyer. I get compliments constantly and have told many people about this site. Shopping in malls is almost always disappointing because every store seems to have the same things. But at OpenSky, you can shop a large variety of styles, so you're not stuck wearing what some fashion designer arbitrarily deemed what's "in" this season. Highly recommend.

Somehow Facebook intervened when I messaged the company when I tried to contact them and then said they closed the claim in opensky's favor. I have never written a review before, but I would like to save someone who might be contemplating purchasing from Open Sky. I purchased a necklace, that when it arrived, was a cheap looking version of the picture. When I tried to send it back, there were no responses to my emails, and the phone number just hangs up. There is no way to reach anyone that can help you. All roads lead to a dead end. Don't do it. Once they get your money, it's history!

Ordered fitness tracker on Dec 3. Tracking information states item was shipped Dec 7 but contains no other information. Customer service has not replied to any e-mails, live chat gets no response, and I waited 45 minutes for phone contact. I will try to get my money back and never order again.

Bought canvas purse with pockets and zippers - compartments were just what I needed.
After using it less than 1 month, (and I had switched to another purse for about 10 days during this 30 day period), the lining ripped away from the fabric in one of the pockets. When I wrote to ask what they would do - got so sad, too bad you can't return after 14 days. CHEAP product and won't buy from them again.
