“Came broken but refunded quickly”

The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.

“They'll happily take your money, they just don't like giving it back”

Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!

I purchased a scarf that looks like a 4-yr old made it. Uneven cuts and stitches. Won't even wear it. They don't have reviews, but "likes". Well, I "liked" the picture of it. But when it arrived I was sorely disappointed. Will NOT make future purchases. Unable to be returned. Save your money.

I ordered a cast iron fry pan 3 weeks ago too and it never shipped. I asked what happened to it last week and got another notice that it shipped, but UPS has no record of receiving it. Order number is ******* At this point, I just want my money refunded and move on. No more Open Sky for me.

Bought a pressure cooker (with the 35% discount, it was much cheaper than Amazon, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc). Order was processed in 2 days. Item arrived (via UPS) the morning after--3 days after placing the order. Could not be happier with the speedy service.

I also placed a second, separate order (for shirts) the same day. Still waiting for that order to arrive, so, no comment negative or positive on this second one.

I had to call customer service. Call was answered quickly, gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful, so I give a very positive review for that aspect as well.

I ordered several items from Opensky for Christmas. Several came in a timely fashion, but I did not like one so requested a return on Dec. 18 via the email protocol. Automated response, nothing else. Requested again Dec. 26 with same result. Another item is only now being sent. Was not pleased with quality of the jewelry items, but my daughter liked them and they were a gift for her. Given the issues with return, I cannot recommend this company. And the return will be at their discretion and deducted from my payment-IF I ever get the info.

Order was promised to arrive within four days. On the third day we received an e-mail saying sorry, order delayed, will notify you when it's shipped. Two days later received notification item was shipped, with a USPS tracking number. After four days the only tracking showed it was entered into the USPS system in Coppell TX. Four more days and we e-mailed and called. E-mail stated we'll get back to you ASAP--that would of course depend on what Open Sky considers "as soon as possible." Then received a e-mail to our phone call--they'll also get back with us. At this point, and reviewing the many posts that also deal with the same merchandise, we wonder if it's worth the aggravation. Someone within the Open Sky network has a hole in their ozone and I for one would have to be very happy with the results or I will never, ever order from Open Sky again. This is our second on-line order that has disappeared into "open sky."

I'm an infrequent OpenSky shopper, but so far, I've had great shopping experiences. Items arrive super fast and are well packaged and in good condition. I have no major concerns or worries when buying from OpenSky. Once you start to accumulate rewards, it becomes complicated about how they apply and when you can actually use them. I understand these are incentives to buy more, so I keep this in mind and don't actually believe I have $75 in reward money to spend.

First I ordered 1 item on 8/23/16 then I saw they charged my card for 2 separate orders of the same thing. I thought oh well I can use 2 of these items and let it go. Now a month later no items received, trying to contact someone is an absolute nightmare. At least 10 emails and chat online and still just a canned response. We will check into it and get back to you in 2-3 days. Still nothing. I have now repeatedly asked for a refund and again no response. They provide no number to call them anywhere on their site... terrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. I will have a lot more to say and to more sites and people if my money is not returned ASAP.

I was going to order some things this morning, have been considering it for a week or so. The site itself made me uncomfortable, is not easy to navigate. And now so many negative experiences suggest I won't order anything, after all. Just too similar to what I experienced with Orbitz this week. No ownership of problem, blame the customer, no real resolution.

Very Very unhappy with this company. Right away I emailed them for a receipt for the Nu Brilliance I bought, Which they ignored. Sure enough I had a couple of glitches. I was nervous about buying, it's kind of a risky item because it claims to do so much and is around 200.00. An amount I sure think twice about throwing away, but with Robin McGraw endorsing the product, i figured it was maybe worth the risk. Big Mistake... Now I have glitches all the time in the product and its only a few months old. The said their return policy is 14 days... What a joke!

So I put a $1000 on a secure OpenSky card. For one it took half a month to come. Second it only allowed me to make 4 deposits a month when it made over $3000 worth of transactions in one month which I paid off each time on time. Then they started taking my money from my bank account and holding and restricting me from have access to my funds until after close to 2 weeks of waiting. If you want to gamble with this horrible low budget company go head but I will not recommend anyone to waste their time dealing with OpenSky. I cancelled my account with them and will wait to get my funds back in the mail. I warn y'all OpenSky is not worth it!

Bought this headset mainly to work at my desk and walk. I LOVE having cordless headphones... and they stay in range of my phone for several feet. I can get up and grab something off the printer and still hear my music. If someone needs to talk to me... just a little tap on the right ear set and music pauses. Sound quality is really good and volume control is also on the right ear set. When turning them off you just press until a voice announces that you are powering down. :)

I received the same type of initial response as the woman who said she ordered several items and received them all, except one. I have sent 5 or more emails to opensky, with zero responses, other than an automated one. I ordered on 25 November, and it is now 15 December. The tracking number stated a delivery on 7 December. I will be contacting my state's Attorney Generals office to report your company, as well as initiating a call to my credit card company to start the process of cancelling my order in order to get my money back.

Was on vacation in Florida and signed up for a deal, so I am an idiot.5 weeks later on the day I got home was charged 90 dollars plus late fee plus penalties. I don't understand. The card not even activated. Buyer beware con artist at opensky.I called and was told we don't need your business and then she said thanks for wasting my time

I bought some "bamboo sheets" supposedly from Royal Boudoir on a special with LivingSocial. I trusted them because of that relationship. However, the first set was "lost" and the second set arrived without the Royal Boudoir label and despite saying bamboo, they were 100% cotton. I got in touch with their customer service - which helped me quite well with finding the "lost" sheets however, they were not particularly sympathetic to my concern that they are dealing with unreliable vendors. I think I was speaking to computers, actually. They did not seem to have any concern that they are a distributor for at least one misrepresenting or actively fraudulent vendor.

Some interesting looking products, so i tried to purchase. Tried about 20 times but the website gives absolutely no indication of what is wrong, it just shows the processing "wheel" then stops. Nothing happens, and i can't get the order to go through. Shopping on this site is beyond frustrating. I have tried different credit cards, different addresses, even different items. Then there is the constant bombarding my email with notices about expiring credit. Going somewhere else to shop.

The delivery service is terrible--you will wait weeks for them to get around to shipping. Don't bother. I don't mind waiting a bit, but OpenSky is ridiculous. Must be coming from China or someplace...;-)

Ordered an item for the first time from them, will never again buy any product from this site, or company. Terribly unprofessional. Tracking details not upgraded. Claims product shipped two weeks ago. Has been stuck in a town two hours away from where its supposed to be delivered. Have not received the product. Have processed a refund. Will be pleasantly surprised if refunded. Terrible waste of customer time.

Ordered some jewelry, wrong size sent, sent several emails to their "customer love" as they call it, not me, even sent them a post on facebook which they "liked" but never responded. I advise never to order from this company no matter how cool the item looks, because if you get it and it is not what you expect you will never get in contact with anyone there.

Please do not buy from OpenSky. Sizes were all wrong and returns were terrible. I returned 9 items and only got credit for 7... and THAT took a month! PLUS they take $5 - $10 shipping off your return! Never will buy from them again!

You never get the discount price, as they add additional charges so you pay lots more. When you call to complain they blame customer by saying it was time sensitive and your fault for not buying quickly even though price was wrong in the cart. Stay away. Scammers.

Same experience. Says product shipped but product never arrives...

I wish I had checked their reviews first. These people are not only fraud but they are dumb. What's the point in running such business where you get 85% negative reviews and can not ship products that you charge for? And really surprised why this is google trusted store? I am going to report it to google soon. And disputing the charge with my credit card company.

After reporting it to google I could easily resolve the issue. They lied to google about the whole thing; fortunately I had the logs of emails that I received from them. I submitted that correspondence to Google. I am sure Google must have done strict followup with them. They not only readily cancelled my order by refunded the money back to my credit card within 5 days.

Ordered a personalized item so they say I cant return it. Problem is that they sent the wrong color. My order stated Copper. They sent black. And Ive emailed and tried to get this cleared up. But no answer!

I ordered a necklace from opensky in very early March. Was notified that their vendor did not have the item in stock and waited another few weeks before the shipping confirmation arrived via email. I checked the shipping info, only to find out that the item had been shipped to CA. I'm in MA! I have tried to get a refund, but Opensky keeps putting me off claiming they have to confirm with the vendor that the product was actually shipped to CA Seriously, Opensky? Give me back my money as I've requested 2 times now. Never again will I order anything from this company.
