The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!
I am happy to say that since my first review things are much improved. I apologise to Open Sky for my negative review.
I have received all my merchandise with the exception of one item. Because it is monogrammed jewelry I am expecting it's arrival a little late.
Customer service has been very helpful by communicating updates with me. Thank you Open Sky!

Opensky.com has to be THE WORST online company I have EVER dealt with. Placed an order in December. Got an email January 4th with a USPS tracking number. Here we are 12 days later, and that tracking number has proven to be useless. I've emailed them twice now, and gotten replies several days later telling me they are "looking into it". This is not the way successful businesses in the 21st century operate. Getting ready to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I'll be damned if I pay them a cent!

Products do not get shipped in a timely fashion. I had to inquire what happened to my order before it even left it's city of origin. When the product came, it was a very cheap generic version of what was described... and broken. I shipped it back, was promised a full refund. That's the last I heard. I'm going to let my credit card company deal with this company.
And beware... once you are on their list, you will drown in spam.

Buyer beware - buying through this site is not only painful and if you are on internet explorer, prepare for constant crashes when you access their order confirmations. Just filed a credit card dispute, plus dispute for non-delivery for merchandise delivered through USPS. Not worth the effort!
My order was filled & shipped promptly and I love it! I have worn the necklace out and received many compliments on it. I will continue to look for items from this vendor again, as they are wonderful to do business with!
I ordered a blouse that did not look the picture online. The sizes run smaller so I had to exchange it. Reaching someone to return was cumbersome. Then I had to call to find out where the exchange was since I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Finally another two weeks later I hit the replacement which still is too small on the neckline. Not worth paying for another return fee. In all, this website does not have quality merchandise for the prices they charge. Don't be tempted.

I'm reading some of the complaints and I see people complaining about merchandise. This is a CREDIT CARD. If the company that you are buying from looks shady, don't buy from them, but its not Open sky fault. This card is to use on building your credit. I am going to give it a year and if I have any problems then I'll get my deposit back after they get their balance. I will say my credit score has jumped 40 points. TY

I'm holding off on review - Thus far, I would not give the company from which the order was sent a high mark. Although the order was incorrect, what I did receive was very... well, chintzy. TINY stud earrings with no backs to hold them in place.
I will NOT use opensky again. When questioned them about two items I did not receive on an order, they sent me the same "clone" response a number of times. NO human interaction or help. So very, very disappointed. I would NOT recommend them at all!

Ordered 3 bracelets they were to have different engraving on back. They engraved all three the same and these were my Christmas presents to family who lost loved ones. I will no longer order from this site. As they refused to correct.

I have been ordering products(mostly jewelry) now for over six months. Some products are slow arriving, but never longer than 5 weeks(depends a lot on the seller of the product). The products ordered are solid and beautiful and affordable. Been very satisfied so far with everything, except slow delivery dates. Some right on time and then some are slow to get here. Will continue to use OpenSky's products as long as they stay quality items.
I placed an order for a go go gadget bag in late December; it arrived mid January. I put it aside to use for travel and as soon as I started using it the pull on the zipper broke. I contacted them and was told that I had the item too long and they could do nothing about it. If I had used the item very much at all I would not question; however it was barely used - looks brand new except for the broken off pull which cannot be repaired without replacing the entire zipper. Poor quality. Don't waste your bucks.

I bought 4 skirts for my bridesmaids. They arrived not looking like the pictures, longer in length a weird pattern of fabric. One didn't even show up and can only use the online contact, still haven't heard a response back on that. So i went to return and it says i now have to pay shipping both ways for an ill described item. I will not be using again and will not recommend to anyone. The part on the order part just says return accepted within 14 days. You have to go to FAQ's to find out about the shipping costs.

I purchased a hand bag made by Amaryllis through OpenSky. The bag has a nice look but the zipper was only partly sewn, the vegetarian leather feels like plastic and there are many uncut threads. The email address given for returns on the Amaryllis site doesn't work, email bounces back. Its difficult to find customer service on the OpenSky site. I wont be making another purchase, that is for sure.

I bought a 10' braided cable for my wife's birthday and she began using it on June 15. It is now July 31 of the same year and the cord no longer works - on my phone or her's. If it were me I'd never buy one of these cords because a life span of 6 weeks is totally unacceptable.
I ordered a "personal air conditioner" that claimed it could cool air up to 30 degrees. All it is is a small fan not much different than what I bought at a drugstore last year for $10 (I paid $25 for this). It came in a box with Chinese writing and only a few lines of poorly translated instructions. It came with a "lanyard" but no obvious place to attach it and no instruction. This thing looks incredibly cheap and I fully expect it to break early on. I will never order from this company again.

After several emails no replies! Opensky has the worst customer service, wish I saw all these reviews before dealing with them. They don't reply to your emails and can't even speak to anyone on the phone. This site is shady and a scam. Don't deal with them on any levels, many people are complaining about opensky!

I like the variety of things offered on OpenSky, unfortunately, I have yet to receive anything that is as nice as it looks or have proper fit or have any whiff of quality, especially considering the exaggerated prices. First order went into the dumpster, this one is being fully returned. Won't be wasting my time with this site again.

I bought a sweater for $32.00 which Open Sky says it was worth $80.00 in size XL, picture in ad looked great. I received it a month later, yes a month to find a cheap looking sweater made for an elf. This company is a rip off, I should have done some research on reviews before buying anything from this website without a phone number... buyers be ware... NEVER again. Don't bother to return anything, they charge you a crazy price to ship back and they charge you the shipping price when they shipped it to you by that time you receive nothing for the return. Poor way of running a business. I hope this review helps others when buying from this company.

This site is a joke. I bought a cable for my Galaxy S5 and it quit working after a month. I missed the 30 day deadline by THREE days, so they won't exchange it for me. To top it off, there is no contact phone number either. Save your time and money and do business elsewhere.
Ordered a handbag from them. It took forever to ship and when I wanted to return it I e-mailed as instructed since you cannot just return item. They STILL haven't responded and are going to claim that its later than the 14 day return period because they took so long. They do not pay for return shipping and on top of that they charge a $7.95 restocking fee. You are not buying from a company but from an individual (which I didn't know) so please stay away from this site. Terrible service and you are stuck with what you order regardless of whether you like it or not. There are too many companies that have much better service than this and don't charge a restocking fee, plus pay return shipping and they actually get back to you when you contact them. RUN.
Buyer beware: A shirt I ordered was extremely small so I'm returning it. Returns are $11.10 which, I'm told, will be deducted from my credit card reimbursement. After I was told of that outrageous amount I was then asked "Do you still want to return it?" I will not be purchasing from this company again. Hopefully for that much money, the return will at least go smoothly.

I have been doing business w/this site for quite some time now and have always been more than pleased w/their merchandise and the "specials" that they run. I've purchased lots of things from them and have always been happy w/what I've received. Recently I encountered a problem w/an order I'd placed and OS was very helpful in getting it worked out.
