The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!
I really enjoy looking through the pages on this site. It's especially nice to see something I like and then find out the price is much lower than I thought. Delivery is pretty fast and they are so good about keeping me updated on the progress of my order.
I ordered an underwater camera from Open Sky a month before my wedding and honeymoon in the Florida Keys. Two weeks after ordering, I began to wonder where the heck my order was. I contacted opensky, but of course they do not let you call them. You can only email. Then of course they told me that they would contact the merchant. I waited and waited and waited. Still no response. At least nothing that was very helpful. I had a tracking number from the post office and so I finally went in and ask them where my package was. They said it had been assigned a tracking number but that the Postal Service never actually received the package. Opensky continued to contact the merchant but then they said it would be better to just cancel the order. From now on, I will only stick with Amazon. Amazon will expedite you a new product if yours goes missing. Opensky pretty much did nothing for me. And this was supposed to be for my honeymoon.
I'm reading these reviews and contemplating on being a merchant for this company. I can't imagine not getting a correct order out in a timely manner or else I would be out of business. Any suggestions and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

After returning my product and several emails to Opensky ( Remember they don't make it so you can call them) hence 3 months have gone by with no cooperation from Opensky. I finally turned it over to my credit card to dispute. Are you ready for this? They finally did credit my credit card but withheld almost $20.00 of my purchase price. So I am once again disputing that $20.00. If you get a refund and its not the amount you should be getting back. Contact your credit Card Company again and file another dispute. Don't allow them or any company to withhold any of your money out of greed! I will do another review once this dispute has been resolved.

Ordered a "smart" watch advertised with much more capability than it has. Very poor quality; very little function, including the Bluetooth connection, which will not remain connected. 8-3-15 a got the same canned response, which is meaningless.

After my last review, it took around an hour to get a response. They are having issues with the merchant and are making this right. They said the new tracking and order number will be sent out in the next 1 to 2 weeks and they are also issuing a 5$ credit towards my next purchase. Very apologetic in the response email and are actively taking care of the issue. I raised my rating from a 2 to a 3 because that is customer service. Apologize, make it right, and ensure I will return. I'll update again as I receive my purchase.
I've had a similar experience as others. I ordered 3 mermaid blankets on Dec 3 and they said it would be delivered in 10 days. Today is Dec 22 and there has been no movement on my order since they entered it on Dec 7. My Christmas gifts are screwed! It took forever but I finally found a phone number and called because the automated replies are very frustrating.

I still have not received a solution concerning the wrong item I was sent. Even though OpenSky gave me a polite response to my negative review, there has been no effort from them to correct the situation. I understand a "no return" policy. How does that equate to being sent the wrong item? BUYER BEWARE - you too may end up paying for something you did not order. Yes. I have proof they are in the wrong.

I just joined as a seller after being a buyer for a few month. They have great support for new sellers and I hope that my glove shop, Gloves by Design takes off eventually. I sometimes think shipping is too high but hope that my reasonable price will also help. I know as a seller now that we are supposed to ship within 7 days. My items are handmade so this seems really reasonable to me.
Extremely poor quality of items and basically you cannot return and get money back with very misleading confusing customer service. Also I ordered the item from livingsocial but shipped from OpenSky and they both did not have any record of my purchase (even no order #) so that they were both not responsible for the return?! Stay away from both companies!

Had my card stolen, ran up charges and could not get anyone to answer. The phone was on hold for well over an hour multiple multiple times. They turned it in on my credit report as no paid. Still to this day not gotten a hold of anyone to actually help me
I received a "reminder" email today that said don't forget about your $75 credit! I have never heard of this store. I will however not ever shop there due to the marketing scam in place. This is a horrible way to do business. They should have in small letters the details at least. This scam wastes peoples time.

I have been trying to get email responses or a phone call to check on an order I needed by a certain date. They are very hard to deal with and not prompt at returning emails. Would not order again from them. Sellers should not use his service and go to Amazon instead who has outstanding customer service!

I ordered an item weeks ago. Never got it. Had to contact them and they're "having problems with the manufacturer". Ok, so I tried again... they said the product was delivered... never got it.

I think the products and format are great, but Opensky pricing is ridiculous. Take any item, shop it on Amazon, and you'll find it there for one-fourth to one-half the Opensky price. Returns seem fine to me. Customer service seems fine too. They're just overpriced.

My order that was supposed to be at my door within a week is still not here weeks later and I am continuously told OpenSky is "looking into things and will ship immediately." They give you the go around and when you call their customer service number you never get anyone on the line - I left my phone on speaker for over an hour and still no one answered. OpenSky is a horrible place to order from and I will never shop there again.

I can't remember dealing with a more deceptive and dysfunction company. I was just on hold for 44 minutes before they disconnected me as I was to return items and have my email address removed from their sight

My son ordered a necklace for my Christmas gift early to mid December which I received today 1/16/16. He contacted them repeatedly. I feel terrible that I put this item on my Christmas list, and he had such a horrible experience. Just what we all want us for a loved one to get their Christmas gift in mid January. Must agree with all the negative reviews, stay away from this site.

Warning! Customer service sucks-- takes days to get back with you as the only contact info on their site is email. I found their number and called them and their live customer service is just as bad. Apparently they blame everything on their 'merchant' and they take NO responsibility for anything being sold to you. On top of that they allow the merchant to change return policies after you purchase! It's a shady company with immoral 'merchants'. Save yourself time and money and just buy elsewhere. It's worth a few dollars more to not have to deal with a company such as this! I actually ended up ah I got to file a dispute with my credit card (and won!)

We exert a great deal of effort into ensuring our customers have great shopping and Customer Support (if needed experiences), and it is unfortunate to hear we were unable to do that in this case.
I purchased two of these, the original one is working fine as far as I know but is not used frequently, the lightning charger on the second one lasted less than one week after being used daily. Checking the return policy shows a 14 day return period... so my thoughts are that this is really not a "deep discount" item but rather a cheap item made in China and the chance of it working for very long is extremely rare. My apple chargers work for years...

I usually don't purchase from companies/websites that I don't know anything about but the products were great quality, ordering was easy and shipping was quick. I'm buying 5 more sets of the sheets because they were so perfect in every way.
Fly by night overstock reseller. Shipped the wrong item that I purchased on Walmart.com. No option to have the correct item sent to replace it. "Box it up and return it to us using the attached label and we'll issue a refund within 5-10 days of receiving the product."
This is standard practice. But the $9.44 item shipped in a plastic bag which was torn open in excitement of the product arriving. So purchasing packing tape, a suitable box and going out of my way to return it, without ever receiving the item I ordered... when THEY made the mistake is unacceptable in this day and age.
I got one for me and one for my daughter and we love them! So convenient to charge all 3 of my products at once, not hunting all over the place where there is an available plug! Smart idea. Thank you.
