The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!
Extremely hard to get refund and when you do it will be short. They charge you separate shipping on each item and a 4.99 handling charge to ship them to you. I ordered six items, five of them I had to return because either too big or too small I kept one. I paid my own shipping back to them instead of using the USPS stickers they provide to you which was about $3.95 a item to return. You can ship your own items back and find a much cheaper rate. You do not get full refund I was short $10.62 after numerous e-mails to try and get it straightened out they insist they are right if they can live with cheating their customers out of money I can just hope some future customers reads this review and does NOT order anything from them.
Do not, under any circumstances order from this company. I purchased an item as a result of receiving a coupon. The coupon was never applied during the checkout process. When questioned, the company delivered some lame excuse about the manufacturer's price being cheaper than the coupon price. What a load of crap! Then, when my purchase arrived, it was not what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a two pack and only one arrived. When challenged, again the company gave me lame excuses and refused to accept a return. Upon viewing the website, the item I purchased is now only available in a single, and is miraculously half the price of what I paid. When I asked for a price adjustment, I got yet another rejection. This company is terrible. They seem to thrive on ripping off consumers. I feel ripped off and their lack of customer service despite numerous emails back and forth, confirmed it.

I got some really cool stuff! And a real person replied to me when I asked a question about a custom made item like almost immediately, and sent me updates from the seller which was really helpful. It seems like the sellers are actually really responsive and fast! I've had to wait many weeks for items from those other sites like ebay and amazon, so this was way better.
Bought a dress for my daughter, which looked very different from the picture. Selected the smallest size, still it was huge on her, shapeless, more like a moo-moo type of dress. It was not expensive, so I decided to keep it for myself to use as a nightgown (fabric is soft) or to wear it around the house. Not a good purchase - won't buy anything else from this company.
Those 'discount' lures are lures nothing else. The price of the item I purchased turned out to be more than I would have paid on the same item from Amazon (free prime shipping). There was not only a mailing charge but a hefty handling charge added to my item. The product turned out to be defective and when I tried to return it, got a 'sorry but this item is non returnable' answer. I will NEVER order from this shady company again. In the long run, they do not back up their products and the shipping + handling fees are ridiculous. Stick with Amazon for quality and the ability to easily be refunded for faulty products.

I received my bracelet and im absolutely in love with it. I wanted to give you a review but I dont see how. I was terrified to order because of all of the bad reviews. But the bracelet is lovely. I have not authorized any further purchases so im not sure why people are having that issue as well.
I ordered this from Opensky. It came quickly and well packaged. Ordering was simple enough and good thing, because that sleep mask is the best one I've ever had. I've already ordered another one. It doesn't really block that much sound unless you have music on, but it is so comfortable it helped me go to sleep. Love it!
No instruction as to how to use my credit. When I called, to ask, your offices were closed. I left a message which was not returned for 2 days. Today I see my credit 90 dollars, has expired... It'd be nice to know what the rules are for using it, before it expires.

The return policy is terrible and I feel like they are deceptive in their email invitations to receive huge discounts. In reality with all of their shipping and handling charges the item is far more expensive. Every item I have ever received is not as it appears in their photos. I won't be ordering any more and am trying to get rid of their incessant emails. I will stick with Amazon Prime, thank you. Their customer service is much much better.
This is a real joke, these earrings are so small, I almost lost them when opening the package. The picture is totally deceptive and the earrings look nothing like what I expected. Sorely, sorely disappointed. There is no way they could have been worth $129.99, the $11.99 i paid was far too much.

I purchased a 10 ft smartphone charger cord that said it would be compatible with my iPhone 6... only it doesn't fit snugly enough to let the iPhone charge! Totally useless to me. I'm returning the item! They were pretty good about excepting my reason for my return. It took 2 days for them to send me a return shipping label.
For Halloween, a group of friends and I were going to dress up as members of the purge. I clicked on one the pictures and it had a distinct mask and I bought it. $35 was taken out of my account and that was the only thing the website was able to do correctly in this transaction. A couple of days later I received an email that said there was an unexpected delay. That's fine, no big deal as I ordered ahead of time and Halloween was still a week away. The mask finally shows up today (the day before Halloween, when it's supposed to be 2 night delivery) and it's something completely different from what was pictured. Not even close. Something entirely different than what was pictured. If it had shipped on time, I'd be able to come up with something different. Since 2 night delivery turned into 8 night delivery and I'm pretty much SOL. I've called and sent messages to "customer support" and I've heard nothing. STAY AWAY!

This was supposed to be HCG not Skinny Transformation. This bottle is saying to take 20 drops 3 X a day. It has alcohol in it and I'm afraid it mite show as I have alcohol on in my system. I just received a pair of earrings ($22.00) that were Not even Close to what I ordered. The description and picture of them on the site is either false or the the distribution center is in total chaos. I won't even bother to try and return them because the effort would require me to Trust and I don't have Any at this point. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anything else from them and neither will any of my several acquaintances, friends or family.

I received email stating 50% OFF next OpenSky purchase for the next 2 days after I received this product. I emailed OpenSky to verify it applied to this product. I received no reply. If it did I would have, and will, purchase another set like this.

Be careful when ordering from this website. It caries some items that are junk and then refuses refunds. In October I ordered a multi functional bluetooth Smart watch which I gave to my son at Christmas. The watch refused to do anything that it was supposed to - for instance sink up with his smart phone. Then the catch on the band fell off. Then it refused to even keep a charge. Of course it was now past the 14 day refund date they advertise and they refuse to give a refund on a piece of merchandise that was simply a piece of junk to begin with.

I have purchased many things on open sky and have been happy until this past month when my items never arrived. I called customer service 3 times and emailed twice without a response. I finally contacted my credit card and they are investigating it. I would rate their customer service 0. They won't survive treating customers this way.
I ordered two sets of earrings--one with the cobalt blue, the other with black glass. They are both beautiful and well made, although I didn't think about how heavy they are (I have sensitive lobes!) But they turned out to be comfortable to wear, too.

I've been wanting Bluetooth headphones for some time and finally ordered some through OpenSky. The item arrived quicker than I expected and the product was good quality and easy to figure out. The sound was good too. I have smaller than average ears but the ear buds fit just fine! I'm super excited to start using them now!
I still have not received my package and it's been almost 2 months since I ordered it. I did however disputed it with my credit card company and they even tried getting in contact with this company and have gotten nothing! This company seriously rips people off! Buy from them at your own risk! Looks like they screw people out of money daily!

I ordered a Mario handheld game system a month ago and it's been "in transit to destination" for almost 3 weeks. I contacted customer support multiple times they stated the merchant was having some problems and if I wanted a refund to let them know. So I go to get on my account on opensky to request a refund and they DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I tried to see if maybe I forgot my password but nope my email address is not even in there system! I can't get on to request a refund, nor check anything in regards to my order! I found a telephone number for them but all it is is a answering machine! Complete and total fraud! My credit card company is disputing the charge now! BUYERS BEWARE!
I ordered three bracelets for daughters for Mother Days and was pleased. Then I placed an order for a pair of earrings and didn't receive what I ordered... they expect me to pay all shipping fees... ridiculous when they misrepresented their product. I also ordered a shirt that quality was inferior especially based on the price I paid... again to return I will be held for shipping fees. I have ordered four items--one came in the anticipated delivery time and was good merchandise--purse organizer. The other was a silver mesh bracelet and it took way too long but is a very nice piece.
But my two jewelry items, one continues to be featured daily, both ordered back in Jan. 2016 and have not received either one. I wrote directly to the Customer Service department and received a "general" response stating they would look into it. Today, February 26, I have not received my two items nor have I heard back from CS department. I will not order again from this site.

Make sure that you look at return policy. Even if they give you 14 days, sometimes it is from the date of your order, or the date of shipping out to you. Also if you have a problem they will not stand behind you or if your issue is with Open Sky themselves, they just keep placing orders and never take care of your problems. Actually after this, I don't think I will ever buy from they again!
