I purchased a clutch master cylinder it promptly started to leak I contacted Parts Geek and on more than one occasion with no response so $#*! them they can eat $#*!
I've ordered from these guys twice; both bad experiences. First time they totally sent me the wrong part (their mistake), yet insisted that I had to pay to ship it back to them before they would send me the correct part. I just threw it away and figured I'd never order from them again.
Recently I tried them again. They had one part, spark plugs, which were significantly cheaper than everyone else ($11 vs $18 each), so I ordered eight of those and various other filters. Only the spark plugs had a price advantage over other sellers, but I figured the savings on the plugs made it worthwhile. I ordered, paid by credit card, order was confirmed and my card was charged very quickly. I got a shipping notice two days later which listed the filters but no plugs. Since it's quite difficult to contact them directly, I had to ask through their website form if this was in fact a partial shipment. I got a reply a couple days later saying the plugs were out of stock, deleted from my order, and a credit was issued. The plugs showed "in Stock" on their site when I ordered them, the day my order was shipped, and also today. Six days later and my credit hadn't shown up on my credit card, so I contacted them again. I got a very quick E-mail replay that my credit was being processed today. Really? Promise a credit and then don't even process the credit until six days later after I complain?
I suspect I know what game they're playing, and it will Absolutely be the last time I will order from this place.
Was online looking for a head gasket for my 2003 Land Rover and happened to stumble upon Parts Geek. I took a chance and here I am with a brand new LOW PRICE head gasket that also came with FREE ground shipping. NO PROBLEMS!
Absolutely do not buy from this so called company. It's going on over 7 days and still haven't received any shipping information. The customer see is is vague af and it's empty promises after empty promises. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY ELSE WHERE!
I ordered a part from Parts Geek, a part that does not fit my vehicle arrived. After doing some further investigation I found out that PartsGeek does not pay return shipping even is the Fault is theirs. I called customer service to let them know that this policy is costing them customers and that I would be purchasing from elsewhere. The response I got was an "oh well" attitude and a hurried attempt to get me off the phone. When I called back to complain about this customer service experience I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was even more rude than the first customer service person that I spoke with. I asked who these customer service complaints are reported to, he said in my case since it was my fault nothing would be done. Even though I ordered the part their website recommended for my vehicle. When I asked for his name and his bosses number he was very rude, refused and hung up on me. My complaint Im sure was never even filed, and how is anything to get accomplished when the person giving bad service refuses to give you their bosses information? No accountability, horrible experience. Now Partsgeek refuses to do anything for me and I am stuck with a part that does me no good. Will have to reorder elswhere. Save yourself the headache buy elsewhere!
Ordered the parts... a day later a security check on order... cool... then denied sending parts after 6 days. This after I passed all security questions, no grey area at all! NEVER USE A COMPANY LIKE THIS. Order people are the best, company security must be run by Biden Administration. THE VERY VERY WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!
Bought a gas tank, called to verify that it was the correct one before I placed the order. I also used the vehicle match up they had on there site. Ordered it, received it wrong tank. Called them they said not my fault you ordered the wrong tank! Cannot believe they talk to customers this way, I said I even called to verify, again I got back i see no call from this number! Talked to a manager and he was a complete deush bag acted like he was a little 5 year old baby. So I paid shipping spent 40 days trying to get my refund as they don't call you or email you to let a person know they received the return item. Gas tank was received by an m Johnson at there warehouse 30 days prior as I had to contact FedEx to get this info. The spent another 10 days trying to get a confirmation number for a return. They emailed back be patient, I said I have been more than patient with you. Told them you have one week to refund me or I'm reporting you to the better business bureau as hundreds of other's already had done. I did receive my refund lol. Keep on them or they will try to screw you. This company is a complete joke.
They sent me a defective part AND made me pay to ship it back so I paid shipping 3 times, once to get the defective part, high shipping cost to ship it back and then shipping for a replacement. Will NEVER do business with them again.
March 27 2023 I purchased a reman alternator for 2013 Jaguar xj and paid $800 for Jaguar mechanic to install. The alternator "FAILED JULY 9 2023" a little of 3 months.I texted Parts geek 2 and they basically said "kick rocks" they only take returns within 30 days They're okay that I paid $270 for a fraudulent alternator that was made to fail and I spent $800 because I trusted Parts geek 2 to sell quality parts.RUN AWAY, DON'T GET SCAMMED!
I ordered 2 parts before in the past and was told OEM parts is what i was getting but that was for from the truth. These are low quality aftermarket parts made of weak plastic. I had order a rear bumper lip, and rear face support for my 2021 sonata, for those parts being so cheap it's hard to really complain. However when it came to my car needing a new Front splash gard/under tray it wasn't at all what I ordered, it was the wrong size and damage. But when I requested a refund there were what felt like many obstacles to jump through just to get my money back.
The biggest issue was there was NO return label I had to come out of pocket to send it back. I spent $307 on the replacement almost $250 on the return and only received $205 as a result, Please Don't use this site just pay the difference for the higher quality or just get the OME parts you need elsewhere.
Lastly left this review on there site twice but it was taken down but them so don't believe the all the filtered "Verified Reviews" I fell for that. They don't want to take personal responsibility for there 3rd products and I should have realized that when I was trying to return it and there was no option prompt for wrong product/ damage item.
I order the smoky amber headlights for my Mazda. They sent the original headlights, not what I order. I would have just went local if I wanted the same lights
I ordered a part on PartsGeek.com using their online ordering system. The part came in a reasonable time and I was able to track it using their site; however, when I looked at the part I realized that they sent the wrong part. I went onto their site to get it resolved, but their was no way to let them know that they sent the right part and get it replaced so I tried to call their customer service number. I was put into a que with very annoying music for several minutes then the call was dropped so I tried again. This went on for hours until I finally got someone. When I explained what happened he agreed that they sent me the wrong part and put me on hold. The call was dropped before he got back on. He had the order number, my phone number, my address and my MONEY. They have never contacted me and I tried unsuccessfully to call back, repeatedly getting dropped from the que and calling again. I have made over 100 attempts and still have not got a response! You should include zeros in your rating system, because I would give them five of them!

I ordered a pre-loaded strut and was sent the wrong side. When I called to ask them to exchange it, they said I'd have to pay return shipping and for shipping out the new part. I tried tirelessly to get them to work with me, but they refused. There was no way they were going to pay shipping for the return or new purchase. Finally they agreed to pay shipping on the return but not the new part and shipping takes at least a week from them. I found the part cheaper on Amazon and with free 2 day shipping so I decided to bite the bullet and just return shipping to send the part back. Later that night after the hassle of repacking the part and going to the post office, paying shipping, etc., I got an email with the shipping label that they had refused over and over to give me. I called 3 different times. NOT WORTH IT BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'D SUGGEST AMAZON FOR FAST FREE SHIPPING OR ROCKAUTO WHO USUALLY HAS CHEAPER PARTS ANYWAY.

Hello everyone i made an order online last night around 12:15 am next morning one of my orders was not in stock but on the site as available purchased part alone with the other parts needed to complete my full brake job check my email part is out of stock called after waiting on hold for 30 minutes i was helped by a phone rep which made it clear that i can not exchange this order for one that is in stock i asked why he said he has to cancel this one and i would have to pay again then i will receive my refund i then asked him i would have to cancel the hole order as there will be mixed parts that i would have to buy elsewhere he then explained that that's how it is everywhere and that i cant cancel none of my items as it has been over one hrs. Of purchase i then explained how is that possible as i have made this purchase after work hrs. He then said that i would have to wait for the order to be shipped to refuse order to then wait for it to process as a return before they issue a return to your card in other words you are trapped to stay with parts as that is a extensive colling period most people wont return like my self please be aware they are sharks and will ruin your order that you need with parts online they don't carry terrible place to buy online don't believe the 30 day return policy clearly does not work that way they define that rule with dirty sales tactics i would not recommend this place to my enemy...
I placed an order from parts geek via there website and 7 days later the wrong part arrived. Called there customers service line and I was told that I would have to return part to get credit. Once returned, I was told that they would have to inspect the part and get back with me. 30 days later I was told that my account would be credited. I am still waiting.

Horrible service. We ordered parts,never got delivered. Apparently Part geeks ordered L&R to Shipp them back to them. I asked I can go and get them they insisted that they follow part geeks demand. ( don't ask me how a 3 hour trip to ship back is better than a 40m and gain a satisfied customer)
They still want to charge for shipping. The carrier had a wrong number to call in advance therefore we never got the call.
Think twice before buying anything from them. I do hope that one day the US will patrol these online stores and revoke licenses tgat aren't meeting ethics. I'd say it's crucial so American business prosper again or it'll be taken over.sad Era for the us...

Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
Answer: Because they are either crooks, or they have some nut in the warehouse grabbing whatever and sending it to you even if it's wrong wrong wrong!
