After receiving the wrong parts I was given a return Authorization number and a address to return the wrong parts. After 2weejs of waiting around for refund to my bank I called parts geek and was told to provide a tracking number. I told them that I don't have that receipt anymore and I asked why there Return Authorization number wasn't sufficient. They simply said that if I don't have my tracking number I lost my money and parts! No where did they say to me that I needed a tracking number to be refunded until after the fact. So if you want to be treated like crap go ahead and order from these wiezels.
Do not use this company. They purchase damaged goods, pack them and then deny return claims on insured packages which were not damaged in shipping. Outrageous that they are still in business.
I bought a brake kit for my truck but received the wrong parts, now I'm order to get my money back I have to pay almost $200 for return shipping. I do not recommend ordering anything from parts feel
Tried to return a part. They gave me a RA. Told them I did not have original box but I would go buy even heavier box. And said it would be ok. Then she said let mw check with warehouse. I wait 2-3 days no response and you can't get their phone system. Finally started chatting and they HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT AGAIN. HAD TO Give THEM ALL THE INFO AGAIN. And said NO, not without original box. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. MY LAST ORDER WITH THEM!
The only reason I am rating the company a 1 star is that 0 stars is not an option. This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with. They are drop shippers and have no idea what their parts are. When the part is wrong the try to weasel out of paying return shipping. When told them the wiring harness was wrong and not for the truck they sold it for. Their response was to cut my wiring harness and since could modify it in that manor they would not pay return shipping. My suggestion is TO RUN NOW. The good reviews you are reading are all solicited by them for a 10.00 off coupon. RUNNNNNN FOREST RUNNNNNNN!
Parts Geek WILL NOT pay for return shipping if you order online. They were very rude and put the blame on the customer. Heavy parts can cost over $100 to ship returns. There is NO NOTICE of this policy on their website. Very poor customer service and bad business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Every time I call I am placed on hold then the phone hangs up. I placed an order over 2 weeks still unable to track it. Where is my stuff!? Do not order from this company
I ordered a pice of trim for my hyundai the next morning I saw my order on my card it was for $192.94 I ordered 1 pice for 53 dollars I contacted them first thing the next morning they said it was to late to cancel it and they told me me just to refuse the order when it's delivered and ups would ship it back and they would give me a full refund they lied they charged me 23 dollers for shipping they lie to you and then cheet you I got custed out cheated and robbed only buy from them as a last resort
My boyfriend bought a couple parts from them (two separate orders for two separate cars) and only received the parts from the first order. For the second order the shipping tracker said it had been already delivered but it hadn't been. He ended up calling customer service and they told him the order had been canceled. They never informed us the order had been canceled and said they had canceled it because they suspected it was fraud. They offered no other compensation other then a refund on their end for their f*ck up.
TLDR: We waited two weeks for parts that never showed up and our order was canceled without them telling us.
Ordered an oil dipstick & holster funnel from this website. When I went to checkout, my shipping charge was $3.45. Added a breather hose & it showed a seperate shipping charge just for the hose itself, for $7.50. My card was charged for the cost of all 3 items & both shipping charges. A week later, I receive the dipstick & funnel, but no breather hose. No explanation for my missing part on the invoice, packing slip or by email, NOTHING. So I email them after several futile attempts to contact them by phone & get a response stating that the hose was out of stock & I should look for a refund to my card by the end of the week. I emailed them back asking if I'd also be receiving a refund for the $7.50 seperate shipping charge on this out of stock item, to which they responded that I would only receive a refund of the $3.45 shipping charge if anything. Yes, they actually said "if anything". At this point, I'm just OVER it & don't choose to argue with these morons about the 2 seperate shipping charges & decide to just wait patently for my refund. 4 days later, still no refund, but did receive an automated email telling me my refund had been processed, and guess what? Its only for the cost of the missing hose, NO refund for shipping whatsoever. Now I do realize its only $7.50 they're ripping me off, but its not about the amount, its the principle. Save your money! Its not worth a lower price if they steal your money on shipping charges for out of stock items, PERIOD! Will definitely be reporting to the Better Business Bureau!
I never received my parts because Parts Geek will not ship to a P. O. Box. I live in an area that does not have mail delivery services. I used my physical address manipulated in a manner where the U.S. Postal Service would accept it and get the shipment to my P. O. Box. Parts Geek used my physical address only and the delivery was sent back twice. I submitted a support ticket explaining my situation and asked could they possibly ship using a different method of delivery and this was my response:
A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, #******* with the following response:
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry.
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
If the shipping provider is having trouble finding your location, we can only suggest trying to ship somewhere else, like a shop, a friends or families in a near by town.
If not, then unfortunately, we will not be able to get the part to you.

As you can see, they didn't even respond to the question about using a different method of shipping. This customer is gone forever.
I ordered a 2004 bmw 530i alternator and was given a tracking number. I contacted the post office and UPS THEY ONLY SHIPPED A LABEL, there is no package to be delivered, was last scanned at the post office, 2 weeks later no refund or no part. They keep giving me a tracking number so why can't you track my package. Asked them to open an investigation and no response! Bad business
Says it all in the title. I called a sales representative of parts geek to send me the front wheel bearing for my car and they sent me the rear, which doesnt work. So I ask for a refund and they tell me i ha e to pay to ship it baxk... Thatll cost me $20 for a $60 part. It was partsgeek fault! I call to get a manager to send me a shippi g label because of this and they wont do it. Horrible!
When we first heard of them we we're iffy too but decided to try them and was amazed, we've been going to them for a lot
We have bought from Parts Geek more then once and I'll tell ya they have great products that are normally a little cheaper then in store and great quality, their shipping says 7 to 10 days normally but order something Friday and we normally have it come Monday or Tuesday. We LOVE THEM and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
This company is extremely dishonest. Sold me a defective part. I completed the paperwork tor an RMA and return shipping label. I got an email that says refunded on July 7th, but today is July 21st and still no credit on account.
The part shipped from RKQ in Washington State, I ordered through Parts Geek and the invoice is from Value Auto Parts. Impossible to reach anyone by phone or email at Parts Geek or Value Auto Parts. The LKQ guy just says he can't help. Go through Parts Geek. Defective part came from CHINA like a lot of other cheap crap.
Googled my 1993 ford ranger clutch master/slave clynder, partsgeek came up, $101.39(something like that), so I went to the site. The same photo came up with the discription clutch master/slave clynder and again the photo with the master and slave clynder, I ordered it when it came I noticed it did not have the slave clynder in it. I got ahold of partsgeek and they told me the kit did not come with it and it would cost me extra for it. I could have bought the complete set off another site for a few dollars more, not fifty and wait another week.
Partsgeeks are crooks, completed with false advertisement!
These people are the worst people to do business with I mistakenly ordered shock absorbers from them on eBay and then immediately asked for a refund and cancel my order contact the seller several times and all they want to say is go to the product page and all the information will be there what to do if you get information about the item all I wanted was a refund and cancel the order and I can never do this I had to make an investigation with eBay to step in but still now I got to wait for my money so I can purchase the correct item I would never purchase from them again
Do Not Buy from this site. It's a Scam. My daughter bought a product it's been 2 months. Never came She emailed them many times. Never heard back from them. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. CHECK OUT HOW CHEAP ITEMS ARE. THEN GOOGLE ITEM YOU WILL SEE ITS A SCAM! Low prices to get you to buy and give them your hard earned money. They are located in HONG KONG!
I have a 2013 Ford focus SE that I unfortunately bought crappies front suspensions with through a known website ask them for a refund they would not give it which was a bad experience however I decided to take a chance in order with parts geek the right passenger suspension drove through the snow and through the hell and was quiet as a church mouse so I ordered the driver side now to replace the crappy ones I had and the car is running like a dream instead of a nightmare their customer service people are very very friendly and accurate and if I was to say one thing to potential customers do not go anywhere else how can you lose they offer you a money back guarantee plus a one year's manufacturer's warranty it's a win-win situation for all
I am very frustrated, upon receiving this item the box was severely damaged, opened it only to find the alternator plug is broken, the box was dropped and not handled carefully.
Answer: Because they're unprofessional, unethical, communist fuckin jackasses!
Answer: Parts geek had the rudest and most infuriating customer service I've encountered ever.
Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
Answer: Because they are either crooks, or they have some nut in the warehouse grabbing whatever and sending it to you even if it's wrong wrong wrong!
