Screwed me over. Ended up with PayPal balance to use up. Lost 5 EXTRA days. Specifically asked if parts are in stock. They lied to me. Also charge separate shipping on all items. Dishonest.
There prices are awesome but there shipping is Terrible, customer service employees were polite, I still have yet received my package, it was ordered on the first of March, if they could improve on there shipping, they would actually be a better Parts Company.
Placed an order for the first time from them my shipping address was correct but when I looked at the tracking number they had shipped it to Staten Island I lived in Massachusetts their address was totally wrong I have been waiting 2 weeks for my 30 something dollars back but they refused said that there's an internal investigation going on the lady and man that I talk to on the phone where rude and hung up I just want my refund I usually don't write bad reviews but they made me so mad I had to I should have stuck with RockAuto that the best but I figured I'd give these people I try and they screwed up
After nearly an hour on phone, order was billed to card and I was waiting on parts... next day I received phone call saying they need driver license photo to take my order off hold! Call my credit card company, card went thru, still my order on hold! Then wanted to know if I got email they never sent, sent it while on phone... The phone bill I sent wasn't enough... I forwarded my bank statement... This service had me doint things I never had to do in my life before to complete order! Thoroughly unsatisfied... Oy Vey
I ordered a cam received a box of pushrods i called to fix problem and they hung up on me called again and some bozo told me to fax him a picture of the part i got i guess the moron did not know the differance between a cam and a pushrod. I deceided to get a refund from parts jerks but they kept hanging up on me. Thats how they handle customers they always have a lame excuse let them sink dont do business with these guys.
Sent the wrong part costing over $500, then expect me to pay for return shipping and "try " to get my refund ASAP after they receive the errant part. BS. Sorry customer service

I ordered a brake caliper and they charged me a 35 dollar core charge said send the core back and get the money back i asked about return label said call get a RMA number and will send a return label called 4 times they finally said you pay to send it back really i was told a lie i will not buy another thing from them i have bought plenty they lie to get your money
Part was reasonably priced, and arrived quickly, but was the wrong one for my truck. That was not my fault, the website said it was the right one. One of the main connectors at the base of the steering column was different from the one they sent me. Rather than fight with a return, I was able to use my old clockspring connector by cutting it off and reattaching it to the partsgeek clockspring by soldering and heatshrinking the 6 separate wires (color coding was close, but not identical, but location in plug looked similar). It ended up working, but was a PITA. My original connector is on the right in the pictures, the PartsGeek connector is on left and was a different shape.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They have cheap prices for a reason. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART, after countless emails and phone calls, PARTS GEEK REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. No moral ethics whatsoever. Spend the few extra bucks and go with Auto-zone.
Purchased a replacement exhaust for my 2012 Honda. I get a text message while sitting on my front step that the parts were delivered via FedEx. No parts or boxes to be found. I contacted FedEx which told me to contact the vender. After contacting the vender I received an email to contact FedEx. Back and forth with no resolution other than claim fraud on the company and request a refund through my credit card company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Worse online company I ever dealt with. I suggest that if anyone wants to purchase anything from them, DON'T. Try to call the phone number they give for sales or customer support first. That will tell you everything. You will be put on hold for about 20 minutes and then you will get a recording that they are too busy and to try back later on, then it will hang up on you every time. You can never talk to a person. When you fill out a support ticket they might get back to you in 24 hours, but the answer to your question was not answered. Then you have to fill out another support ticket and wait another 24 hours. The same thing happens. I wish I paid a little more money for the parts I ordered, but with a reputable company. They sold me headlight assemblies for a car and both parking / signal lights melted and don't work after a few months of use. They melted within a month of each other. This is a fire and safety hazard. They do not want to know anything about it. Please stay away from this company and go with a better qualified online service.

I ordered this part for my Audi Q5 on a Friday and had it on Monday! WOW! When they said 5 -7 days! The warehouse in MY state was closed, so they sent it from another one- GREAT!
Fits perfect and NO LEAKS unlike other brands, like DORMAN. A leak may cause engine damage or a loss of $50 in high dollar oil and a big mess!

I recently placed an order for some Autoparts threw the company i work for and for whatever reason they flagged it for fraud and refused to sell to me because i am an employee and do not have any bills in my name or anything meeting their requirements. I asked multiple times to have a supervisor contact me over the matter and the rep i was dealing with completely ignored my requests... THIS SITE IS A JOKE DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are a total waste of time!
Can't believe this just happened as it's a first, but called to ask questions about a part I had ordered and when he got tired of talking he just HUNG UP ON ME! Literally, hung up! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this company! Go anywhere else!
Ordered a number of parts, sporadically arrived from various places, doesn't look they actually stock anything, just front for other warehouses. They shipped several boxes on a single tracking number, one box never arrived. They have no way to contact customer support, support emails go unanswered although they claim 24hr response. Other review sites recommend calling your credit card company and freeze the funds, they will either ignore the card company and you get a refund, or they will respond when they don't get paid.
