This is the worse online shopping experience I ever had. I ordered a tail light for my car, immediately upon delivery, I opened up the box and found it to be completely different than what I ordered. I looked for a phone number to call and report the error but there isn't one clearly marked on the website or email. There were instructions to submit a ticket, it was down all day. Finally, when it was up and running I submitted my complaint. I included a screenshot of the product I ordered from the website and a photo of what came in the box. Please note the box wasn't sealed properly nor included an invoice. I was worried the correct product fell out!
In response, the company stated they shipped the right part, and the picture wasn't a representation. I was to read the notes on the side. The pictured tail light was the outer portion of the tail light. They sent me the inner. This company is shady. There are a lot of fine prints. I have lost money because they shipped me the wrong part, and I am paying $20 to send it back. That makes $30 in total for shipping. The least they could have done was to pay for return shipping instead they are pretty defiant and feel that its ethical to falsely advertise to consumers.
I am writing to prevent other people from doing business with PartsGeek, please support other businesses. This was a waste of time and money.
Don't waste your time and money with this people, the send you the wrong parts and they won't return your money. They have the worst customer service ever! I will never come back
I ordered the wrong part, refused the shipment and waited 2 months for my credit card to be refunded. Now, a month and a half later, they charged my cc again for the same part. They are unethical!
I ordered left and right front "Detroit axles" for a 2009 Dodge Caliber on 7/25/2022 and was told 1-2 days for delivery so on 7/27/2022 i checked the status of the order and found that the carrier (USPS) canceled the shipping label but Parts Geek never notified me. I called to report the status and customer service said they created a ticket to get this straight and send me my parts, on 7/28/2022 they marked the ticket part lost/did not arrive. I called to check the status today 8/1/2022@ 10:43am and spoke with Mike to find that they closed the first ticket (#CS-*******) without informing me or replacing my parts and customer service said they would create a ticket (#CS-*******) because there was an investigation by the warehouse as to what happened to my original parts order. I asked why haven't they sent me replacement parts for the original order because they still have my $190.29 and i just want my parts to have my car repaired that's still at the shop to waiting on axles. I asked to speak to management and if this line was being recorded but was given the cold shoulder and promised a call back,
The worst website I've ever bought stuff from I bought stuff for my Nissan and they sent me stuff for a different car and won't give me my money back for there mistake don't NOT BUY from here it's horrible

Call about an order they sent the wrong item and to make things worse. I called about the order and was HUNG up on me twice! I was nice as I can be at that.
I bought a part from this company and not fitting the vehicle which I need finally I called customer service authorize to return the part I paid shipping to return finally their warehouse closed the part FedEx keep trying to delivery I talk to customer service again they said it will be refund the money in two days so fr no refund almost two month. Finally I called FEDEX they got instruction to deliver to other warehouse from the company no refund I am not recommended to anyone the company at all
Parts agent sent wrong part although they were given all information including the vin. We returned the part. They gave us an RMA # but neglected to tell us they would be sending a label. Soooo we packaged it up, took it to UPS, and were charged 94.00. We did get the refund for the parts BUT THEY CANNOT REFUND OUR SHIPPING COST because it wasn't returned with their label. I sent them receipt of the shipping cost with the part numbers. NEVER AGAIN! Be very careful my friends.
I was sent an incorrect part twice and when I went to send part back they refused to sent a return label just because the SKU matched the part it couldn't have been that the wrong part was put in the box. When I called customer service they blamed me the guy kept talking over me and when I said I would never order here again the customer service rep said he didn't care. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away from this place for parts
I just finished filing a complaint with BBB regarding Parts Geek.
It has now been a month since I unfortunately decided to order from this company two headlight assemblies and two headlight bulbs. One assembly was shipped defective and understandably was returned (for which I paid out of pocket shipping), along with the bulbs.
Not only did I call for two weeks, but I emailed for two weeks in full detail about all parts of the return. Why offer a customer service telephone # that does not get answered? When they did reply by email, they only mentioned and admitted that the headlight assembly was "mis shipped." Countless times I brought the bulbs to their attention as well as they were also included in the same box that I returned to them. And, once I checked my bank statement for the refund, it only included the refund for the assembly and not the light bulbs!
The same was brought to their attention, to no avail.
Parts Geek stole my money and I am out for returned shipping. After reading some of the other reviews about this sad, sad company, I guess I should be "happy" that I was only robbed of $20?: / In hindsight, I should have read the reviews before I bought the lights out of desperation.
I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong part. I reached out to them and told them, they told me to send it back but the never sent a shipping label. So I had to pay out of my pocket to send THE WRONG part back to them... and then the post office said they received the part on the 31 but parts geek said they didn't get it until the 6th... I finally got my refund and I noticed they didn't refund me all of my money so I again reached out and they tried to tell me they dont refund the shipping. After arguing with them and talking the the "supervisor " gus I got my shipping cost back. Because how is that fair that I had to pay for the wrong part and then they didn't wanna give me my money back. Bad enough I had to pay 30$ to ship it back because they didn't send a return label. So I am out that money. Gus said he would try to get that money back for me and told me to email him the receipt. And I did. And we'll I have yet to hear a damn thing from him! Ordering parts from here was my first mistake, I placed the order on Nov 6 and only because I had my truck tore apart. So upon searching I had a pop up from here the price was reasonable and the only reason I ordered from here cuz it said if you order before 3 p.m then you'll receive it bye Wed which would of been the 8th of Nov. And to guarantee it bye the 8th I purchased expedited shipping, Wed came and still no parts so I started checking the tracking # and no info available so I filled out a customer service request and all I got back was customer service is unable to see tracking info so I tried to make several attempts. Thurs morning I find a email saying your parts have shipped, so when I bought the parts a shipping label was generated but nobody pulled the order and when I finally got a hold of someone he proceeds to tell me we have 2 to 5 business to ship it, okay that's not what it said and why is it taking 2 1/2 days to ship my order when it said it would be here bye the 8th not ship it on the 8th. There's plenty of other places online to buy parts avoid this place at all costs don't make the same mistake I did. There customer service is horrible there incompetent,unprofessional, and they certainly don't back up there word.
This site is a joke. They make is impossible to order from, and if theres a screw up, even on their behalf. Youre the one paying for it. What a joke. partsgeek.com is pure garbage.
I ordered an exhaust pipe with muffler. It arrived with absolutely no packaging of any kind, and guess what? It was damaged! Read the fine print on their site: No returns without an RMS number. After several emails over 2 weeks, I reached my "maximum" and the correspondence window stopped functioning.
It was then that I started calling the 800 number on their site repeatedly until I got a human who sounded like he just got up from a nap. With the RMA number I then mailed the piece back at my expense. When I got to the UPS store (the same carrier used to send it to me), I learned that UPS will not offer a nickel of insurance on a product that was not packaged like mine was when it arrived. Maybe UPS damaged the part, but it is equally possible and now I think more probable that they just sent out a damaged part to try and sell it.
After almost 4 weeks of waiting, I started calling them again and finally got someone to track down that they had actually received the part. Again read the fine print. They have 30 days to refund your money and in this case, they took every bit of it.
All in all, it took over 6 weeks from the time I received the bad part to the time I received my money. If you can wait that long for bad parts and service, you will find that for $20 more, you can deal with a reputable company.

I purchased a brake kit for my 2014 BMW 750i, it included front and rear rotors and brake pads. Each of the items are sold separately on the website but they bundle the kits for ease of ordering. I answered all the online questions and they said it would fit my car. The items came in a timely manner. I installed the front with no problem. When I went to install the rear they had sent the wrong rear rotors. I finished the install minus the rear rotors. I contacted them to return the wrong rotor THEY SENT and I was told since it was a kit I had to return the entire kit. I said it's on my car and I would like my money back for their mistake only for the rotors or they could send the correct rotors and I'll return their mistake. The insisted they sent the right rotors so I asked what diameter they sent, they said 13" (which is right) so I measured what they sent and it was 12.5", the wrong size. It also had a too deep center for the emergency brake so they didn't fit flush on the hub. They said I was lying and had to return the entire kit. The supervisor I spoke with was very disrespectful and arrogant and refused any type of exchange or refund. I will never buy from from these fools again they have no concept of customer service. All I wanted was an exchange or refund for the incorrect parts they sent. You are foolish if you buy from this group, use a more reputable parts supplier.
Ordered part but got one that doesn't fit. If they ship wrong part then they should refund when they get back perfectly good wrong part still in package.
I ordered some brake rotors, an axle assembly and a vacuum pump for my vehicle from this site and they were all listed for my model vehicle. When received it was obvious that the rotors and axle assembly were NOT going to fit my car. Even though they were listed to match my year model vehicle they were not the right parts. I asked for a return number to try to recover what I spent on the parts only to be told to ship them to New Jersey when they were shipped to me from Glendale, CA. I live in San Diego, CA and having to ship them to NJ made it so it wasn't cost effective to return them. I am out over $200 for parts that were listed on this site as matching my vehicle and they clearly did not. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER PARTS FROM THIS SITE AND RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES!
I ordered the wrong set of headlights and immediately requested to cancel my order and Partsgeek refused and sent the order anyway. I had to pay for return shipping and a restock fee.
