I have never ordered parts online before. I decided to give parts geek a try. I should have read the reviews first. The parts I ordered were not the ones I received. When I contacted parts geek and told them you sent me the wrong parts there reply was you can send them back to us for a refund but you will have to pay the return postage. I insisted that you sent me the wrong. This is not my fault. They said we have a strict policy on returns that the customer has to pay the postage regardless of whose fault it was. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The items that I ordered were extremely heavy so the return postage let's just say cost me a lot of money. I guess they don't have no quality control on what they're sending out to customers. I did pay for the postage and return the wrong ones. They said I could order the right ones at any time and I didn't need to wait for the items to get returned back to PartsGeek. I pretty much said hell no. The chances of them sending me the wrong parts again are probably high and I would go through this nightmare again. I absolutely wouldn't recommend PartsGeek as their customer service is extremely poor not to mention their quality control. You live and learn.
Ordered a nearly $800 A/C Compressor for my Camaro from their site. Little did i know this would be my biggest mistake to date. Never again. Received the wrong part two weeks after placing my order which the wait alone was excruciating to say the least. Figured id just cut my losses, which was nearly a weeks pay being i could not find a ride to work most days, and just return it for my money and shop elsewere. Boy was i wrong about that, the nightmare had just begun. Spent another two weeks going back and forth with this people through phone calls and emails argueing my case that they had made the mistake in sending completely the opposite of what i even ordered. It wasnt even the right kind of part let alone for the right vehicle. It was an ALTERNATOR not a compressor like i had ordered. They claimed that because i could not send them the compressor they sent to me that they could not help me and said they had to dismiss my case. How could i send them the "compressor" they sent when they sent me an ALTERNATOR! Like wtf. I am working on taking this to small claims i wont give up this easily. Not after the amount of money i lost through these crooks. Please do yourself a favor and dont EVER order from these people, PLEASE! I promise you will thank me later.
DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED OR OVERNIGHT BECAUSE THE COMPANY WILL JUST MAKE UP SOME "fraud detection " reason to hold your order up so to them not even having it to overnight in the first place and then you'll actually end up getting it slower then the regular damn shipping.

Ordered my parts on a Monday morning and started tracking them with told they would be here by Thursday evening one of my parts showed up Friday morning when I called you find out what happened to the rest of my order I was told they didn't know. The girl on the phone said she would call me back as soon as she found out what happened in the warehouse after two and a half hours I called them back. The man that answered the phone was beyond rude I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor. I explained my situation he said well this is the first I'm hearing about it. I was told that someone should have called me to let me know they took my money on Monday process the order as if it was complete and it was not I asked him what was I supposed to do now I waited a week with no work because I need my car to go to work he said well I'm just sorry about that I don't know what to tell you you could order the more expensive part which was twice the amount of the first part that I had already paid for and was now waiting for them to credit back my account I won't do business with this place again I don't care what kind of prices they offer their customer service is awful
Ordered 2 rear shocks received one new and one used covered with rust. Will never buy another product from there.
Received used part will not refund, but will salvage part. Ordered 2 for 2 different trucks. Received one, 2 days later I get use part.
DONT USE PARTS GEEK.

Purchased a $1700 driveshaft, supplied vin number to get right part. Spoke with Ken who assured me it was right. They sent wrong part. Called to speak with customer service who said to send it back asap they could not get correct part. Sent the wrong part back as instructed, asap. Sent Ken email stating all this, he said to send a picture of wrong part to get a refund for shipping. Which I did before shipping it. He swore it was correct part according to vin but it wasn't. Sent a picture of wrong part with a picture of old correct part. Clearly it was the wrong part. 3 days later he sent a label to send part back but as I stated the part was already sent back as per the company's instructions. Called customer service, was put on hold 22 min, call was then disconnected. Called back, put on hold again, then transferred to a manager who stated she was standing next to Ken when we spoke and would not be reimbursed for the shipping even though it was their fault sending wrong part and they sent the return label after I already stated the part was shipped back, never spoke with Ken (spoke with another representative) on the phone only through emails, she put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Call disconnected. This company is horrible. It cost me $222 out of my own pocket to return the part that was clearly wrong. I have numerous emails going back and forth trying to get this matter solved with no luck. Stay away. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
Ordered 3 different parts 2 of 3 did not fit
Ordered front Driveshaft for 3/4 ton truck, not externally splined as original. Not heavy duty at all shipped driveline did not fit as their website said. If you cross reference other manufactures of drivelines on Parts Geek website they show same fitment but different lengths. Upon returning part they sent a picture of a scratch in the paint that looks like a razer knife touched it while unpacking it at their warehouse. Refund refused and part not returned. Money is not refunded part not returned to me im out ~$300 plus return shipping. The pic they sent at warehouse clearly showed fresh paint chips at scratch site. These would not have been on there after 1000 miles shipping so its obvious it happened at their warehouse. Shady return policy do not risk doing business with these guys. Unless you are buying brand name parts they are selling Chinese junk.
If you return a Part with a RMA# and they find any defect they will not refund nor will they send the part back you are SOL.
These scumbags are total garbage - STAY AWAY! Bought a replacement mirror - sent a flat piece of glass with no way to attach - the guy said, "you can glue it on" $#*!ing $#*!

I ordered a pig tail for my 1968 f 250 I recieved a pig tail with flat blades for an f-350, would have cost me the price of the part to send back customer service response was quick but no help, shame on you, I ordered what I thought was an ignition switch and pig tail because that's what's pictured, ignition switch with no pig tail again customer service was quick but no help, said it was a stock photo and they aren't responsible, shame on me for ordering from this shady business a second time, DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU NEED! When I ordered my brakes for my car they said fast shipping? Well that was lie #1, we ordered them a week ago an we're still waiting?
First of all, im a broke 23yr old female who ordered from this website due to "discounts".
I ordered an alternator for my car, they sent the correct part, but DEFECTIVE! A small piece kept the alternator from fitting into the car. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DEFECTIVE, I HAD TO PAY $46.20 TO RETURN THIS 15LB ITEM! THE PART ITS SELF COST $46.58. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!? THE OOOONLY THING I GOT BACK FROM THEM WAS THE CORE CHARGE IN THE END.
When I tried to contact customer service about this, I was ignored, or they said they would get back with me and they never did. And in the end they still denied refunding me this shipping cost. I was basically robbed of $46.20 and they got their damn part back. I'm debating writing a report to the BBB. Because this is NOT good business!

Horrible company! I specifically asked that the parts supplied NOT come from CHINA! The sales rep said they were from Germany. When they arrived the box said "Country of origin CHINA"!

This company is a JOKE; they put a fake tracking to mislead me that the part was on the way. I waited for FREACKING 5 DAYS for NOTHING. I called this TRASH COMPANY to learn they don't even HAVE THE PART. I was offered another part, similar, and I was ok with that, but even after SO MANY "mistakes" not to say scams, they can't overnight the part. THEY SUCK! They have no idea the nightmare they put me through, this is my work, and you put me in a horrible position and can't even make it right by overnighting a part, it's a no-brainer, and it shows a lack of respect to customers. I hope this company burns down and that every single employee finds a way better job than dealing with scammers. SHAME ON YOU FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!

The worst of the worst. A NJ scam operation following bad business practices and providing no customer service. They have over 600 Better Businss Bureau complaints. They didn't refund my money on a previous order for a part that I was told to refuse on delivery until I made two phone calls asking why no refund. This second order, I was sent a defective AC compressor that the auto shop didn't even install and rejected because the pulley made bearing noises. I spent a lot of time on several phone calls trying to get a return shipping label without success. I was given runarounds that the supervisor is out, they have to email the supervisor, you can't talk to him bec. He's in another bldg. Etc. I gave up and shipped it back at my $20 expense, and fully expect I won't get a refund without hounding them, and, maybe, not even then. Our local auto repair shop with a booming business will not use them or recommend them any more. PartsGeek is a crooked operation and custmermservice is a hassle and a joke. More like, CUSTOMER NO SERVICE! Try Rock Auto, instead.

NO PROBLEM, ORDER & PAY FOR THE PARTS & WHEN WE HEAR FROM THE WAREHOUSE YOU MAY RETURN THE PARTS WE SHIPPED IN ERROR. ASKED FOR SUPV. Mr. JADER. SAME SONG. RECEIVED THE "FORM LETTER" E MAIL. I'M NOT THROUGH COMPLAINING.
