After 14 days I still haven't received my parts I ordered. In this day and age of commerce who ships commercially through the USPS?
I ordered a part in May 17,2018, its was the wrong one.
I contacted them in May 20,2018 since i had 2 ladys on the phone telling me we will all you back in 2 business days (its never happened) I sent them an email in may 31,2018 explain them being angry cause the piece wasnt the right one, needed to dive my car and Imwaiting waiting on them, that is not normal nobody respond to me, they work in 2 compagny autodiscount with parts Greek so its autodiscounts who dis responded to me saying I have to contact parts Greek Finaly.
In jun 1,2018 i finaly had them on the phone at 10am the man were extrem rude, disrespectful and made me repeat things for 8mn talking to me like I was a stupide person.
Do not buy your stuff with this compagny I know is cheap this is what I wanted but do not looking to be direspected without being refunded.
Stay away customer service is horrible over 2 weeks and wont refund or send part. CUstomer service keeps giving me runaround over a lost part.

Core charges cost you more to send back than what the parts cost themselves better off just buying from the local Napa
SPENT $350.71 TOTAL PAID AND GAS TANK WAS FREE SHIPPING I PAID FOR IT CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID SO SORRY YOU PAID THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN THEY SUCK!
PartsGeek is incompetent, non-responsive and NOT customer oriented. I ordered shocks and struts for a 2007 Hyundai. They sent the correct rear shocks, but sent two left front struts and no right front strut. I emailed them and asked them to pick up the wrong strut and deliver the correct one at the same time. They would not do it, and only communicated by one-way email, so when they responded, I could not email them back. When I called, they put me on hold for over an hour and would not pick up. Their email said I had to return the wrong strut at my cost. After many tries, I just gave up and deleted their charge from my credit card. They responded by saying that they had provided me with a return ticket, but they never did. Instead, they had FedEx email me without reference to PartsGeek. I went back in my deleted emails and found it. I had to pack it and arrange for shipping even though this was all their fault. When I emailed them to replace the strut with free shipping, they told me to call them. I again called, was on hold for over an hour, and nobody picked up. This entire transaction was a nightmare and cost me hours of time to straighten out. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EITHER.
Parts arrived in torn boxes. They don't have a return/replace program. Customer service was no help. Buyer beware!
I order one part for my car, I received and got charged for two of them, when I tried to return the one I didn't need they told me to sell it on eBay or Amazon because they won't take my item back.
Never answered call. No return call. Reached an agent. Return will take days, as well as refund. Done
Order a radiator for my wife's car. My mechanic said it was not needed. I had to pay $33 to send it back. It took forever for my refund! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN

Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
Answer: Because they are either crooks, or they have some nut in the warehouse grabbing whatever and sending it to you even if it's wrong wrong wrong!
