Money held pending review for weeks. Card blocked without reason - was forced to pay $40 for expedited shipping via DHL.
Was a faithful customer for 2 years and referred a lot of friends there. My mistake. Rest assured, Payoneer, I will get my $4000 back one way or another. If it comes to that, I will see you in court.

Payoneer has made my life so much easier. When something happens their customer care is ready to help you, fast attention and very professional, definitely a great option to receive payments from the US and be able to withdraw in my native country.

No issues with any payments, maybe 1 payment got delayed once but it did not happen again. The thing is the customer support. Your customer is your bread and butter. Please exert more efforts to keep them. If it can't be done then it's sad. Good luck tho.

I first registered in October 2018. Now it is March 2019 and still no progress.
The biggest issue I had was that the support/help service does not reply at all (wonder if it even exists), even after more than 5 messages with pictures to try make them understand of the problem I have.
I tried everything but nothing worked.
It has come to this that I must give the lowest score on business review.
Best to stay to other services that actually reply to their customers and know how to help. Really disappointed!

We understand your disappointment however, using your details, we could see that your account is already approved. In fact, it was approved as soon as you have provided the correct bank details. We could see that at the time, our support has been communicating with you until you could provide the necessary document. Right after that, you also received an automated email stating that your account was approved.
Please note that the card is not the first option provided to access the payments you send to your account, the primary option is the direct bank transfer. The option to order a card becomes available on your online account once you start receiving payments from companies through the Global Payment Service or companies we work with in partnership.

I do not recommend Payoneer. The bad reviews are TRUE. I still have not received my money from September withdrawal. They said there was something wrong with my bank details suddenly. Which is so weird because ALL my other previous transactions were successful. But now that it's a big amount it seems like it's taking forever to get to me. I just hope you don't scam people. :( I trusted this company for a year. I want to file charges against them if they do not give me my money!

Payoneer offers great service. I love what they do and how they help many independent consultants. However, their policies are the worst ever! Ask any of their employees and they won't know why certain policies are there except that it's company policy. You can have money in your account, but can't pay out to anyone until you make an unknown number and transactions! They also want you to use freelancer services like Fiverr. Well, apparently not every freelancer uses those services. I will say this: Payoneer is currently functional because there is no alternative for many of it's users. The day an alternative shows up, Payoneer will go out of business.

Purchased a watch which requested payment thru Payoneer. Seller never delivered the merchandise and Payoneer has been somewhere between useless and totally negligent in getting a refund from THEIR merchant. In my opinion, they're running a scam operation and should be avoided at all costs. They do NOT run a reputable company. Be very aware before you deal with this outfit.

I registered an account a month ago and submitted all required documents for verification, 2 weeks later still no approval. I thought maybe documents were not delivered properly, so I submitted all documents again. A week later still no approval nor sing of life from payoneer.
I decided to to send them an email. Received auto-response:
"Your question has been received. Your inquiry is important to us.
Our staff will contact you within 3 business days."
4 days later still no response. Looks like Payoneer stopped operating... or they're just that bad.
EDIT: Even more negative experiences after account approval.

My experience haven't been exactly what I expected. At start this seemed like to be faster and better than any other payment processor, but after a few transaction it started delaying my payments. Infact their Moto of payment on 5th business day started seeing like a hoax when they kept my payment under review for 5 business days and still haven't processes my many other payments. But the best thing about this is their customer support services, the people are gentle, polite and undertake your concern seriously and help in any way they can. Although it delays payment it keeps people assured that everything will be sorted out.

They are utterly useless and complete time wasters. Pretending to be 'secure' by asking a bunch of stupid information (provide us your website and social media profile... What on earth do you need those for?). This does not make you secure, it just make you scammers. Still waiting for payment. Have contacted customer support 5 times now and every time the answers have been more useless than the previous ones. Their live chat support works once out of 3 times and they take 4 business days to reply to emails! 4 business days! That is absolutely outrageous! Don't waste your time! Plus they're not that cheap...

It's been 4 years I am using payoneer. Their services & support is very good. Specially the mastercard. Firstly my father was using & couple days ago i verified my own account. I recommend everyone to use payoneer & apply for a master card. It will take care of so much pain buying from international stores.

Fees are too high + my money disappeared... It was on pending status for some time (small amount from freelancer.com) and now after a year or so it just vanished... Small amount like 50 $ but still money... Very very bad platform... Also hard to get help,

I attempted to verify my account a few times and called customer support thrice.It was disappointing when the representative said that all my documents should be alright but then l received an email saying that your document is not accepted. Submitting a document when you are living outside your country is a bit confusing but l figure it out.
I am happy that my account already been approved.
Just a suggestion, if your customers has many declined attempts to complete their requirements, a courtesy call maybe very helpful other than that Satisfied customer here.

Payoneer is one of the best platforms I know for receiving funds online, but I am not really impressed by the way they doing verification is making it harder for us living in a country like Nigeria to open an account let alone receive funds. But overall he site was great

After two years of using Payoneer, and having regular, decent transactions, Payoneer blocked my account two months ago, without any explanation or given reason. Every attempt I've made to figure out what has happened, on live chat, ended unsuccessfully, with an explanation that they will contact me by mail. In 2 months I didn't get any e-mails from them, and I've contacted them on live chat about 10 times. The last time I've contacted them, they disconnected me before I even got a chance to ask them what is happening. I still have 200$ on my account, which I cannot withdraw. It could have even been more.
I want to use this opportunity to warn all the people in the world to stay away from Payoneer, and all of those using it currently, to stop, because they can, apparently, block your card without any reason, or explanation, just like they did to me!

Got a feeling that your customer service people are very eager to help. The key problem was at the step of getting a verifying code via mobile phone. My personal experience was that "30 seconds" was too short for someone who's inexperience and not smart enough like me, in particular when the authorized mobile phone is not belong to me, and waiting for message to come has already taken some 10 seconds! Wonder if such timing could be modified a bit!
