I still haven't been able to process my first payment. Responsibility on that is both on me and Payoneer - I have not met requirements for validation of some things, while on the other side when provided insufficient data, there was no input why data is wrong, while data actually was almost good - which got me confused completely. But after a call to the service I cleared all out with some great help from agent there. I reached to chat agents 2 days earlier and first time got disconnected due waiting for agent and in second try got nothing useful from that chat.

So I would say - service is excellent, but line of communication in exception cases should be better on site itself so there is no need for support agents to intervene.

I just wanted to renew my payoneer card and they started to ask me for official documents of id, address verification etc... I sent them millions of papers but still can't make them believe that i'm real. Maybe they just don't want people from some countries... I don't know what their problem is but my problem is their verification center. They obviously can't decide who is real or not. Anyways i'm fed up with them... Just want to warn other potential users to be ready for something like this...

It is taking 2 weeks to get an answer from their support and to make approvement of any document.

The same passport, that was approved a few times years ago now needs a review and 2 additional improvements by other documents. Why there is a need of utility bill sending to reissue a card?

I tell you why. They want to give us credits. This is all about it. I have an email from them today which offers 100 USD in advance.

I have received over $10,000 USD with Payoneer. I make them earn. But at the end of the day, they disabled my Global Payment Service for no issue or any reason. This makes me to hate Payoneer for such bad behavior.

Word of caution to those working for Appen on one of their many projects--this company uses Payoneer to process payments to your bank accounts. While this sounds all good and well, be advised that you will most likely get asked to send your W9 forms twice, have bank statements or voided checks sent to confirm that your routing and checking numbers are correct (even if you damn well know that they are) and have them deny paying you because they've determined that your checking and routing numbers are "invalid". It's complete and utter BS. I've had nothing but the run around from them and I've been working barely a month so far. That is way too much time to spend getting your account set up for simple direct deposit transactions.

They seem shady now that I've been through this. Beware of this horrible company! Go find work with a company who uses a tried and true banking system and not these clowns.

Overall, I am using Payoneer since 2017.
There are very high fees to be paid using Payoneer card.

Now my problem is that Payoneer is really inconvenient for what is offering, not only monetary but also the process.
A utility bill used to verify the delivery address, a DHL label used to receive goods from all over the world is no longer valid. I must show the ID card with the delivery address on it and this must be not older than 3 months. A government ID is issued every 10 years and the delivery address is not on it. Banks are closed to use a bank statement. So it is really complicated. I do work 16 hours per day and in the end of the day I do not have that time to run behind the unreasonable requests of Payoneer.

Tip for consumers:
Find another way to get your money they can cancel your account anytime without further notice and your money are gone forever.

I would give 2,5 stars but i do not have the option. First agent that handled my case was not able after 10 min to understand and solve my ishues. A simple double charge by an Atm from a foreign country. After 10 min of explaining i was feeling exhausted. Then she even hang up on me. The second agent handled the situation super fast and professionally. What can i say about customer care? I have really mixed feelings (fire and ice like). On the other hand Payoneer bank services are really good.

Useless, full of sh*t, all canned respond, act as if they provide you service in your country or area, but they have no idea about the local rules or regulations, there goal is to get you fill your account with money, but never allowed to use or touch your money. They demand you send them proof of address and want copies of your ID, passport, bank statements, utility bills, basically all your life and even your rental agreements, title of ownership and in the end they say not sufficient proof, thats besides all the hidden and outrageous fees taken from your money. Big F- fir this $#*!ty company, searching for a better genuine real one. Please be aware especially those who live outside the US. Takes for ever to answer you back, calling them is useless, no body to take your call and your money remains stuck with them and good luck if you will ever see your money again

Tip for consumers:
They will make you feel you will have complete freedom to use and withdrawn money from your available balance with a card that when it expires, dont even dream in getting a replacement besides the insane fees and hidden cost and bad currency conversion rates. Becareful every one.

Card holder for years. Customer service is nice but the service level itself is increasingly bad. Cards get rejected by sellers and utility providers, but the transactions are booked and then you have to wait 10 days to get your money back. The feedback form from Payoneer had a limited number of characters but didn't say how many, nor did it say how many was I over the limit. This makes giving feedback extra hard. If you don't care about customer's opinion, don't ask for it.

Payoneer is nice - had a small issue at one point - money got stuck (hence the 4 out of 5) somewhere - took them about a week or two for them to fix the situation but they were really helpful and managed to do so. That only happened once and I've been using their service constantly for about 2 years, with a lot of money being transferred so overall, a good company.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for over two months. Simple, I just need to change the account I receive money in. I received a message after all these weeks of communicating backward and forwards, with each response taking on average five whole days, that I was ready to go. Imagine my anger when I initiated a payment yesterday and instead of going to my new account it went back to the old one. I have lost hope and will not be using their services again. Should have listened to my daughter and gone with PayPal instead.

Customer support lack information. Contacted the company 8 times and they said conflicting things. They said they would help correct the mistake but showed no willingness to help.

Deemed my account ineligible for selling goods online, which I don't. Contacted customer support to rectify the problem to no success. They kept saying to wait for 3 days each time, it's been 2 weeks with no resolution.

I requested for a business update form to update my current line of work, they promise to send the form but did nothing.

In summary, Payoneer treated me like sh*t and were glad enough to allow me delete my account without even showing any remorse.

Very bad company and awful customer support with no regard for customers.
