I called for my husband's account due to a pending payment. I've tried calling csr from other companies but this is the best csr to be honest, that I've ever experienced. Aside from their urge to resolve the issue, they are very friendly, accommodating and patient. I am their customer and oh if you have a question or something at one point and looking for a quick fix, they suck at it. You send a mail to customer service (after taking about 15 mins just to be able to send a message from their terrible support page - you cannot mail them directly) they send you FAQ answers which didn't help in the first place. Same with the live chat. You wait for 35 mins on the queue just to receive an answer that says we are doing our best. No solutions no information as to why this happens!
I hate their service...

So I have an upcoming transaction since 17th of September 2018 Monday and I need that money. But I am still waiting and today is 21st of September 2018 Friday (3-5 days that they mention has passed). I try messaging them no results. My teammates got their payments and I didn't and there is no reason for it, no information on it.
I am just waiting for their mercy and with no compensation of my losses due to this delay!

Payoneer does not care about people in Ukraine at all! That's why my account was blocked. My account was blocked for NO reason. And now, when I sent all my documents (as was requested) - the customer support team (which seems to be drunk since they don't speak clearly), promises 24-48 hours for unblocking my account when already a month passed by already! I am totally frustrated!

Customer's Call service centers should develop a quick time frame to attend to customer calls without any delay because i experience that when i called,,,, was like what are the customers care unit doing without attending to my calls which took a while before they could pick up.,,, They really need to improve as well.

Please note, that our number 1 job is to make sure our clients issue can get resolved. Our agents, make sure each call can have a resolution and clarification of what is going on. Many of our clients are not well immersed in our services, so they make sure everything is explained accurately and smoothly. Now, as you can see, this can cause long call times which in turn can cause long waiting times for other clients in queue. When our agents are not attending calls, they make sure the client's email and inquiries gets responded to and transferred correctly. They are constantly busy and multi-tasking, so any clients payments, inquiries, or requests get handled properly. We are a financial institution and these are payments that clients are expecting. So they are extra careful with what they do, so no mistakes occur or else delays can happen. We hope this gives you an insight as to why the waiting time for an agent to respond is long.

They trap your funds as minimum $50 can only be withdrawn at a time so they always keep $50 of your money and they try to make me take out a credit card just to your my funds back. Payoneer I will keep posting bad reviews every day until you transfer my remain funds into my bank account and then close my account. The ball is in your court, if you care about your star rating you might want to fix this!

We sincerely apologize for this huge inconvenience that this has caused. We understand how frustrating this can be, as these your funds after all. We are more than happy to have this issue resolved. However, before we proceed, we are going to clarify some information so you can better understand.

At Payoneer we do not "trap" your funds. The $50 minimum you are referring to is from our withdraw to bank services. This service enables users to withdraw any funds from their Payoneer account to their local bank account at affordable rates. The minimum is dictated by the agreements we have with the bank that was registered and the currency. If you were to withdraw to a local bank account that receives USD, the minimum is $300. It seems you are withdrawing to a bank account in your local currency. Usually, in these cases, the minimum will always be 50 USD. Please understand that this limit doesn't just apply to you but to all our clients as well. Since Payoneer, is a financial institution monitored by the US government, we have to comply with strict guidelines in how we handle financial transfers.

I have to use payoneer bank as this is where i get paid from my job. But starting from proving my address and everything, it started last month, but still im not able to use the service yet. Every process takes at least one week. And after another week, they say "oh the document you sent is too old. Update new one" are you seriously kidding me. I had to go to bank two times and uploading documents multiple times and it took a month for them to process it and it's still on the process. I wish i never have to use this bank... so upset.

My client pays through this service, so there's no way around using them, but all they want is to take your hard earned money. They use all kinds of sneaky fees to do that. To get paid through this service you already pay $3 per transfer. And then, to get it on your own account, you will pay another 2% - which they try to hide in 'exchange rate, including fees'. However, you're going to just pay them your hard earned money for no service at all.

And their customer service is horrible too. Respond time is slow and you just get the same standard response on your email, like they don't even read. I keep getting the standard response that the fees are higher because of the exchange rate. But that's not true, because it's always 2% of my hard earned money that I will have to pay taxes over already.

Services like this are the worst, avoid if you can.

I must say this service is awesome but sometimes they become so rude that they do not care any long-term relationship. They do not care that customer is with them from a long time and have a very good record.

Out of 100 clients, if one client cancel the payment etc. the Payoneer becomes completely strange/rude/unprofessional and put everything on stake. They don't give a damn about customer's credibility. Plus they ask so many personal details from the Payer which makes it hard to use - which makes for us (Freelancers) have the payments cancelled because clients hesitate to give them (Payoneer) their personal details.

Over all it is good but keep in mind, they ask many personal details from Payer and if any of those is not provided - they cancel almost all of your payments.

Poor customer support, very slow and inefficient. I have a pending transaction since 6th April, account is fully approved and still nothing is happening. Payoneer is the only company that was able to send me the money when and how I needed it. While they say they will do the transfers within 3 days, I usually get it within 24 hours. I've had one issue where it took over a week, but they fixed it quickly once I contacted customer support. I guess I could have contacted them earlier instead of waiting a week, so that was on me. The only downside is that its impossible for individual clients to send me money, only bigger companies.

After careful review of your case, the reason why there were so many delays in approving your request was because you kept providing invalid documentation.

Once a client submits a request to our support team, depending on the nature of the case, it will get transferred to the relevant department. In your case, it was transferred to our accounts team for approval for the shipping of a card. Once you actually submitted the correct documentation, your request was finally approved. We also want you to keep in mind that at Payoneer we try our best to make sure the card gets delivered to many destinations worldwide. However, there are some things we can not control. Once the card leaves the shipping facility, it's up to your country's mailing system to have the card arrive to its destination.

We see that in the end, your case was solved and you were able to receive and activate your card. We are very happy to hear this.
