It was a wonderful experience indeed. I got extra fast services in 10 minutes while i was struggling with my card from 2 years and i was suffering with new transaction from my Fiverr earning more then one months. After getting my phone call they just solve the problem with in 10-15 mnts.

I have been using Payoneer Service for about 7 years and I have never regretted being one of their customers. Payoneer was the only service, and still is, that help me receive and withdraw my payments through the masterCard in a safe manner and with an ease of mind. I strongly advise all freelancers to become Payoneer members.

You can count on these guys. If there is an issue it is usually resolved within 24 hours. Helpful and polite customer support, the only issues us number is hidden on their website, you have to dig through the website to find a contact number. They encourage other slow methods of communication, like contact forms, and support articles, instead of direct phone contact.

The worst payment platform I have encountered. If it were up to me I will never use Payoneer. I am currently rallying for our company to discontinue the use of Payoneer. Their customer service cannot even provide valid answer as to why my pay is under pending status. The only explanation I received is that their payment department has not completed their review.

Phone customer care reps SUCK. They don't listen and worst of all they disconnect their calls (how rude). Their Managers/Supervisors/Leads attend meetings without ensuring that the reps have support when the call gets nowhere. Payoneer Support Site was not helpful at all, it should be created with customer ease and issue in mind.

My experience was very helpful. All of my question was answered in a timely manner. My concern was about my debit card with airbnb, how to enter in my birthday. I called Payoneer and she had the information already. The only thing I have to do is set up a pass word. I truly like this way that i will be getting paid

The issue with IEC needs to be solved and the customer service associate need to have details about the documents needed in order to resolve problems once contacted. No one exactly knows what the solution is which leads to no reassurance.

Great service, the girl on the phone was very polite. I didn't wait at all, even thou it was Sunday. She took all my personal data and verification and reported the problem. I hope that now Fiverr will cancel the last order that was made by a hacker who transfer the money to his account.

They did not make my payment, claimed a technical problem and when I call to resolve no one knows to let me know what happened. That is, my money is gone
I'm sorry to have to share this information but they are not reliable and the problem solving service is very bad. If someone had informed me a date that would have solved the problem I would be calmer. However, no one knows how to give correct information whether my case will be resolved or not.
Although they offer a very good rate they do not deliver with the promised one. I'm calling a lawyer to solve the problem.
