I called in not sure how to really express what I needed. The CSR was patient and understanding and provided exemplary service. Some of the info I got today, I didn't even realize I would eventually need and she offered it. That saved me time in having to call back when I got to that point of my transactions. Brilliant service. Super thrilled. 10 out of 5 stars.

Payoneer provides the best source to money exchange from different freelance sites like fiverr and Freelancer. I like most its exchange rates which is almost equal to market rates.

As described, my pin was not accepted with my old card in most machines in France. A signature and ID was required which was extremely inconvenient and frankly annoying. I hope this compatibility issue has now been sorted

First time I have used Payoneer account to pay a request from a supplier, and it took 17 days and 5 calls to get the payment issued. Not a very good first experience, currently having second thoughts over whether to use Payoneer to process our international sales revenues.

I was finally able to speak to a Representative after seven days' attempt. My wonderful representative, Christian, was absolutely patient and fantastically helpful.
My account was opened in 2017 before the many changes are done by Payoneer. Therefore, I was unable to get access to any tabs (receive/send payments, etc). Christian ensured that I was satisfied and problems were rectified.
Unfortunately, we got disconnected.
I look forward to a successful experience with Payoneer in the future and expect that the future of Payoneer continues to provide developing opportunities to everyone (including Educators) to have a smooth experience with their online businesses with receiving and making payments.

Payoneer is great, but I am having issues with the billing service. My payments are on hold and they are asking for documents to validated my account too frequently (I am not a new user). Not happy with their follow up process. I will move back to PayPal.

I recently had a couple of issues with a Payoneer stolen card and some weird transactions that I did not make. Their customer service was super friendly and responsive. Their website is self-explanatory and easy to use, not only for these issues, but for every transaction I've made.

I'm very happy with Payoneer Customer Service. It is very easier than other OInline Money Transfer company. I can transfer money from Europe and USA to any other country what are allowed by company. But before using every user should read carefully the company's terms and conditions. In South Asia most of the freelancer, online marketer, online job holder are using the Payoneer Account especially in India and Bangladesh. We have a community for Online Money Transfer for-Payoneer support. In case of emergency you can call over phone number in customer service support. I welcome you and use the service very smoothly. The reason why I decided to accept payments through Payoneer was because a friend of mine recommended your app. Good enough that I already have a Payoneer account. I used to use PayPal; however, because of the recommendation from my friend, we changed to Payoneer, and lo and behold, first and second payments, made by my clients are on hold, and now im worried that the VA's would be paid late for this month.
So frustrating

I regret to hear that your account has yet to be approved. In order to properly assist you, I would appreciate it if you could send me your reference number so I can take a look.
So i sent the ref number. But got no reply, never had from them again!

Its been 7 days but they are still having technical issue. Its not standard for a money company unable to solve technical problem in 7 days.
This really disappoint me, really.
Not to mention so many people complaining that they can't withdraw with ATM but payoneer balance been deducted, and they had to wait 90 days to wait for their urgent/hard earned money to be returned to their account
I would advice to use payoneer only after they became stable. Right now theres too much problem.

That each time for the same issue I will be connected to a different call center is not comfortable. The time will be wasted till I explain from the beginning and the new call center checks all the info, too. If they can not solve the issue in one day, I appreciate it that they tell us how long we have to really wait. Telling us the fake waiting time, make us nervous.
But I am satisfied at the moment because finally the last person named Sarah could help me. Thank you Sarah..

I've only used service about 5 months, all is OK. Support center works perfectly. I would like to see a more informative and functional personal "myPayoneer" cabinet. For example, SMS-approving system for payments.

I've used Payoneer for years now and am on my 3rd Mastercard with them! They're efficient, their customer care friendly, and, most importantly, they facilitate international payments for my business without a glitch. Quite frankly, I'd be lost without the wide range of payment facilities (effectively including an overseas bank account) they offer.

I'm Creatuve Director, at CG Studios Nigeria. Pioneer, through it's global payment has made it quite easy to receive from company all over the world. But, the only exception is that I can't receive from individuals. Which led me wishing of an upgrade on an individual transfer instead of just corporate or registered companies.

Terribly disappointed with payoneer. All payments till now are always delayed. They had promised payment in 4 working days, but takes much longer that that. The last transfer done on 26th april 2017 is yet to reach my account. Had contacted support via email & chat, but no reply yet.

The operators are helpful, professional, polite, and bright in general. However, whenever the documentation required for the approval of your card gets to the red tape department, you should expect them to be slow, have zero attention to detail, and drag your elderly and disabled landlord halfway across the city just because your lease agreement (without a fixed date) was issued two years ago. I wonder if they teach all thattheir managerial staff formal logic these days. The answer is probably "no."

Payoneer really makes it easy to get paid and pay others with flexibility. Not only for small in size businesses but big business as well. The Payoneer Digital Purchasing Mastercard has some big business and accounting features like multiple cards for your one account to handle different expenses.
But with all the diversity of payment options and currencies enabling users to practically receive money from anywhere in the world and Payoneer is still human. I called at 11pm est, reached a customer service team member called Jam and got my questions answered right away. That was so refreshing to know that when dealing with your hard earned money that someone is their that you can speak to.
They are many other reasons that make Payoneer a plus and as a user, first as a payee and now as a business owner from 2009 I have not been disappointed. They keep improving and adapting to this changing financial world.
