Getting help from an agent online seems like impossible... As it is a global payments sending system they need to be responsive but unfortunately they are not all you get in name of help is just a $#*!ing automated mail... Totally dissappointed

Just finished a phone call with a Hebrew talking representative, a plus for Israeli businesses. The call was short and to the point, but it was following a bad taste after not receiving any answer to my question for over a week on the community forum and on a private message on Facebook Messenger. Please improve your response times.
Also, Payoneer uses custhelp.com for customer care, a system which supports creating tickets. I didn't manage to find the ticket opening option. Please enable ticket opening.
One last thing: I found the "Call Us" page not by the internal search, but by an external Google Search. This should be improved too.

I called to renew my Payoneer Card after it expired and did not have to wait to speak to a Customer Service Representative. My new Card will be shipped to me right away! I have never had a problem using this card, though I wish the fees to transfer funds to it were lower. I am happy though that there is no annual fee for using this card! Payoneer is a very convenient card to use Online or elsewhere!

I am new to Payoneer but i have received world-class service and customer support from them. No matter what they are with you to help you to succeed. I am currently using their platform to withdraw my freelance earnings to my local bank account. I am getting a good conversion rate compared to other companies and i must say their customer service is top-notch. I stopped using Payoneer some years back but was back again and was blown away with the fact that I could now withdraw to my local bank account. However, I had some challenges making use of the service or managing my currencies. The mails I received didn't help and I decided to use the Customer Service Call Service.
I was amazed to find out that if waiting was becoming too long, I could be called back when I was next on queue instead of waiting for my turn. The waiting time was good and the agent who attended to me was a core professional who understood my challenge without much explanation and in a jiffy a solution was proffered. If there was something beyond 5 stars would give Payoneer unreservedly. Well done.

Customer Care is almost unreachable. Winding through the verification is too complex and unnecessary the least. It's the worst customer care service that I've experienced in the past few years in the financial industry. If you lost your phone (which happened to me) and the phone number linked to your account was there, don't expect there's a proper solution for you to access your account again. It took me 2 freakin weeks to patiently wait for a resolution and up to this day I can't access it. Customer Care support via email is just trash - they keep on asking private personal questions and pertinent documents/information without giving any single bit of resolution to your concern. Such a useless department!

Their web page is easy to use and answers to some questions are already provided for users on holidays or weekends.It is easy to follow transactions of your account online and provide feed back to the bank at any time.

I started using Payoneer back in 2016-2017. These guys know what they are doing. Verifying the account is a bit difficult process but the reason is understandable.
Whenever I have a problem and call customer support, I spend some time talking and greeting the agents, because they are very lovely and patient people.

Payoneer is a good operating professional internet bank with the option of one or more debit cards and multiple currencies. The exchange rates are optimal, the commission is fair and the system is very fast and professional. Withdrawal to some banks can be difficult to arrange, but after the right setup it's fine.

It's been longer than a few days and my money still hasn't been transferred to my bank account yet. This seems like it's a good platform in some cases, but I'm not sure if I can use this again if this is what I'll have to go through every time I transfer money.

It is so good as banking system and so trustworthy. The Payoneer cards are great and they can be used online and on ATMS. However when you receive a payment it takes some time to have it loaded to your account

As a British start-up, we have decided to try Payoneer before going to a "classic" bank to manage our system to charge clients. We've been a bit skeptical, as it sounded a bit too good to be trustworthy but, everything was a breeze. Yes, it is a bit of a hassle regarding paperwork until you get used to the requirements but the customer support is surprisingly fast and friendly and the funds are transferred even faster.

You need to be aware, that there is no Buyers' protection whatsoever when using this to pay for Services. In case of any issues, like in my case, all they will tell you is to sue the other person (sitting somewhere in the middle of Pakistan). Avoid as plague and read all other similar reviews and experiences on internet. Will save you lots of hassle and money.

I've been using Payoneer for 3 years now and I have never had a bad experience, all my payments have arrived on time and the customer service is as clean and fast as you can get in this market.
The fees are a bit high but they are completely worth it if you considre you're not dealing with average bank bureaucracy.

I have been working with the company for a while now and experienced a number of problems. The first time after receiving my payment I proceeded to withdraw and the atm failed to dispense the money that I had no funds in my account. Although this happened the sum was deducted from my account and during this error, i lost $20. I let that go and did not follow up on the matter. Last week the same happened and this time $340 are nowhere to be seen and the Support has the guts to tell me to wait for 90 days for my dispute to be argued whether I win or not. So I asked whats there to be won it's my money not that am gambling. Its the festive season av let down my family I cant use the account since I may lose more money, av got pending businesses with my clients and the support has not yet bothered to respond on the issue with any tangible help. It sucks and annoys as well.
