For the last month, when people withdraw money into their bank accounts, they expect their money to reach their bank accounts for at least 10-15 days. They also write and share their bad experiences on many forum sites. This situation gives bad opinion to other people for you.

Makes working globally and getting paid in different currencies so much easier. It's a great option to offer clients. Just read the find print. My first US client didn't pay via ACH and the funds didn't reach me, but if you know what you're dealing with, then it's actually pretty simple - just a little confusiing for those of us who aren't based in the US and don't know their banking system. Every time I've called about an issue, the service has been prompt and excellent.

I have been using payoneer from last three years. I was really happy with their service but when i started getting my payments direct to my card from my clients card without any freelancing site, they just starts a nonsense behavior... my clients is authorized on payoneer & filled the form. First two payments was very fast, approved within 1 hour but the last $100 payment is stucked at ''payment under review''! This is my real & white money damn it, what the $#*! customer support are doing! I have contacted two times via live chat & submit a ticket but no solution! Its been two days now. I need it urgently!
Just $#*!ed up by their service & thinking about getting a standard master card instead of payoneer! Time waster... grrrrrrrrrrr

Super first service and they realize my problem easily.
Even I don't have to saying anything. Pay-oneer worldwide banking is really very helpful for freelancers to receive Global payment from any platform specially from Fiverr.
If you find any problem though banking or with your account just call them, payoneers customer care serviced I really liked most.

Completing a business account application is an absolute SHAMBLES and not fit for purpose!!!.
There is no way to by-pass such steps as providing information for i.e. company UBO's and executive manager's, even if your company doesn't have any. Unless you provide this unavailable/non-applicable information, whole process grounds to a halt without any email communication or feedback from the company whatsoever!!!!!
I attempted to complete the aforementioned sections of the form with N/A but no avail as you have to provide for example DOBs for the individual. How can I do that when no person exists? Input false information???
The application process plus your customer support and communications needs to be completely reviewed or potential customers are likely to abandon the process and go elsewhere!!!!

I want to withdraw money to may bank account, but my balance is under the minimum limit of $200. $200 may be nothing to Payonner, but it makes a difference to me. Now I have to eat ramen and Campbell soup while waiting to the prepaid card to arrive, which takes forever. It's the first time I've got a product not arriving after the estimated date.
I emailed Payonner and received an automatic reply which tells me to log in and click on the link "To view your status and activate your card." Either my eyesight has failed me, or Payoneer doesn't have any editor to check the content of their automatic reply.
In an age when every business try to exceed expectation, Payoneer surely knows how to stand out by pissing people off.

A complete joke - we have had nothing but issues since we started using them for Amazon global payments. They make themselves out to be a bank, but either lose your payments or make it impossible to do a withdrawal to your bank. Stay away from this company!

My problem was that I couldn't recover my password. The email just didn't appear in my inbox. I got a call later the day from customer support and we went through the problem step-by-step. Turns out I accidentally created a bunch of different accounts that needed closure. Sufficed to say, the support rep closed all my accounts and resolved my concerns, all in less than 30 mins. By the end, I managed to get my accounts back. Thanks again!

You are likely to spend a number of days when creating your account because the steps and alternatives to do so simply don't work, the customer service doesn' t seem to be continuosly available and the support center (email, chat) may only provide automatic responses which merely repeat what you already know and have been attempting to overcome the difficults in that process.

They need lots of personal info to open an account, it takes 1 to 3 days to get your money, and they charge outrageous fees. Tried to receive $47.75 at 8am, and by the time it got my bank account at 6pm, it was $42.02. PayPal is much easier, cheaper, and almost instantaneous. Go look at how many complaints they have with BBB. I'm not going to use them unless there's absolutely no other option.

I was waiting about 15 days for account verification. In that time I spoke few times with customer care, each time girls were very polite, but they could not do nothing to speed up the process.
Also one time I was 15minutes on call stand by and after that I got an information that there are not available operators, so I will get an phone call from your side, but that never happend.
My general experience until now is on low level, I hope you will be better in the future

I am happy by the organization overall, however maybe it would be better if you could enable to edit of the business profile for a limited time or without the support's help to speed up the process. But I have used your services for a couple of years. This is the first time I'm using a Business profile to receive payments.
