I had some issues on my payment and call Payoneer. These guys are best and they treat you like someone really important. They were very polite i have not seen customer service and financial team dealing with people like this any where. They did took my matter seriously and resolved it.

I highly recommend to all business to use Payoneer services and you will not regret it. Thank you so much Payoneer for your wonderful services and keep up the good work.

I'm a freelance web developer, I need to send payment request to my clients,
And always do since 2014, but now they remove the options and not letting me know the reason.

I'm very much sad. I have no other options:(

This is an experience that you only go through in Pioneer, which means that Pioneer requires a lot of information about various proofs, such as proof of residence and more and more... I would say that the Pioneer company exaggerated a bit, in any case, good luck to everyone!

It was the Quickest Customer Services i have ever encountered with. This customer service representative was really co operative and she helped me right on point what i wanted to know. And it seems that my problem is now resolved.

What i love about Payoneer is that it gives financial identity to people like me who come from countries which the rest of the world would rather deem non-existent.as a freelancer i can work and get paid from anywhere in the world.

I have spoken on the phone to Payoneer customer care multiple times over the last 4 weeks, sent multiple emails and provided all of the documents that have been requested - plus more - yet my problem has still not been resolved.

All I am trying to do is update my address!

Although the care team are always courteous and polite none of them have managed to rectify the solution. Complete shambles of a company.

I would not be using Payoneer if my client were able to pay me a different way!

Of payment duration. If we pay extra 2 dollars for fast Funds delivery from escrow account then you should also make such type of strategy for payment transaction method for Payoneer account to local bank account.

I was having trouble to have my account approved.
Mostly because I did not read carefully the indications provided by Payoneer on its website, the videos or some of the forums sharing experience.
I called by means of a Skype to phone call and was attended in about 3 minutes.
Greg, the customer service person, could not have been more effective and kind.
He provided accurate information that could not have been more timely.
Thank to this interaction, several arrangements I had to make, were made.

Their customer service is very hard to reach. Impossible to be waiting for 2 hours on the phone and on the chat but no agent answering queries. Even emails it can take up to 3 days before they get back to you.

Payoneer has been an outstanding service which I have become to trust a lot. Over the last few months, withdrawals to bank accounts are taking too much longer than expected. For that reason, I have let down other people and I am starting to lose trust.

Very hassle free to use and a godsend if you trade worldwide in multiple currencies. It has save us $200 a month in bank standing charges so I totally recommend Payoneer as a flexible solution. It's easy for clients to use too.

It is this much refined and efficient, more than anything I love the fact of Payoneer being on time without any delay, be it helping you out with your problems and payments or anything related to payments. This card is flagged/rejected as "prepaid card" in car rental places that claim to accept Visa and MasterCard. This is embarrassing and frustrating. Payments take too long to process. It can be complicated, but if u can set up correctly, it's good to have to receive payments from those clients like Airbnb ect.

I started with them when they offered pre-paid cards to Freelancers through freelance websites. That was 10 years ago and to this day, the service they provide is essential to International freelancers like me. I used to just use the card, but found the bank account service useful too, when a client wanted to pay me by bank transfer.
I find their support to be good, compared to many other financial services I've used. I had several emergencies over the years and all of them were solved in a timely manner.
They have their tough spots. I found the proof of residence to be a chore, since I had almost no documents that were less than 6 months old, for proof. This was frustrating, but I guess different countries have their differences in how one proves their place of residence. I resolved the issue eventually. That's the most inconvenience I've ever had with them.

The customer service is good when you eventually get through but calling is better. They might have a hitch on their live-chat.

Hi, I an thankful for the well set up insight in my account, by pressing a button I can navigate all that I need to view. When stranded or need verbal assistance your help contact is fast and no delays the security question is great. I appreciate your secure card and sophisticated network.

So far very pleased with the customer service response time. Though I'd hope never to encounter the same problem again with the initial requirements to create an account. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received my first transaction. This could've been easier for new users, I hope the service improves. I'm still waiting for my transfer to complete and can't wait till next week. Overall would rather use this than other apps.

The customer service is a joke. There is no transparency on anything. I never did any transfers through Payoneer but a simple query on approval is going on from Nov 13 till date. So I can't imagine what it will be if payments get blocked. Simple advise avoid at any or all cost!

I'd give this 0 stars if that were an option. Not worth the trouble. Tried to coordinate payment to India. The initial instructions were completely incorrect. Updated instructions did not include all required information.

Took multiple requests to support to get the correct and complete information. Then the payment was declined the first time.

Support is only by email which would be fine except each inquiry took 1 - 6 days.

Its great platform as payoneer it helping to the business or entrepreneur connect financially globally. Working for the companies and getting payment easily through this network and while you are traveling or shopping online or market places wherever its great way to spent and receive amount as per your wishes currency.
Wish for better and greater service ever in coming future world.

I have had so so so many issues trying to get my money out of payoneer. Spent numerous hours on the phone and live chat, it just seems to go round and round in circles. As a band who have invoices to pay with the money in this account, but can't access I've really had enough! If you can avoid them, do!

I would advise that people DO NOT do business with Payoneer. I used their service to receive $38. Signed up but no card arrived - They tried telling me that I'd lost it and have to pay $12 for a new one. After some arguing they agreed to send out a new card. Card arrived, I transferred the $38 but this cost me $5. BUT THEN (because it's cleverly hidden in their Terms & conditions) they charged me $29.95 extra as an "annual account fee" and I received a mere $2.95 of my $38 - Thanks a lot Payoneer, you misleading thieves.
