I have recently registered on Payoneer.
I normally receive overseas payments through other payment methods but they are very slow time consuming and extra fees, Since i have joined Payoneer services, It could not be easier and cheaper.
Transactions in matter of minutes and instant withdrawal through its prepaid/debit card VIA atm.

Much recommended to those seeking a way to receive overseas payment in matter of minutes with cheaper fee structure.

I was disappointed that Payoneer only offers 1 kind of two-step verification mode. Only via mobile. I tried withdrawing my money via Payoneer but since my old mobile number got expired. I can't access my account. I had to call and request to change my number and the team who handles this is already closed. I was hoping help will be given in after an hour or two since it's urgent.

So, in a sum it took less time, I got my money in 3 days after withdrawal request.

I see they comment reviews saying that they don't have enough people to process transfers faster. So guys, consider to hire people in approval team, not in smm.

I guess I'll give it one more chance, because they say that further payments will be processed faster.

We understand your concern and frustration, in getting your funds as soon as possible. We are working hard to have this process go by smoothly and quickly as possible. However, there are just some steps that unfortunately we have no control.

When a transfer gets done at Payoneer, we use a provider. In other words, we use another bank so the funds can arrive to your local bank account. Now depending in what currency your local bank account is, can vary in how long the funds can take to arrive. Usually we give our clients up to 5 business days for the funds to arrive to their account. There are cases in which funds can arrive that same day of when the transfer was initiated. This can be due to the type of bank and how fast they receive any transfers. We, do not have this information as this relies on your local bank account. In short, it is not about how many people we have but how banking systems work, especially if an intermediate bank is involved.

Like stated, we greatly appreciate your feedback and will let our internal teams know about your review. This can help us better improve the quality of service we provide to our clients, like yourself.

Okay, It took an entire week to just transfer money from my partner to the service.
Now I want to withdraw my money from the service (and finally forget about it forever) to the bank account.

And guess what? I have to wait for more than a week again. They take 24 hours to review it and then 5 days to withdraw my money.

Moreover, apparently, they start your withdrawing once you confirmed it by email. But, what a surprise, you don't receive any. So I had to contact them by online chat, wait for an 40 minutes just to confirm my operation.

They are still in stone age in every aspect.

I still can't believe it, thanks God I have some money on me, this service is totally unreliable.

Still, if you have any other option, stay away.

I've never seen something works so bad. I can't receive my money for a week, because they have to "approve that payment". I provided them with any of documents they wanted, but every time I reach them they keep saying "we need more 1-3 business days".

So, a week guys. Can you imagine? Week. To click on the button.

Don't even consider using it.

Every time I am able to talk to a human I am pleased with the service.

But what gets under my skin is when asking for support using the messaging option asking, all they do is send you an auto response with a pre-built answer and they consider the case closed. Nothing happens afterwards because they have decided that the robotic answer was enough.

I typically don't leave these reviews but after being cared for by Sophie, I had to. She immediately let me know what the concerns were with my account and helped me to resolve it (after verification of course). I was literally on the brink of tears (of joy) that she was able to address and resolve my concerns in less than 20 minutes. (And I'm not sure how many people with the name Sophie work there at Payoneer but this one if for my Sophie.)

I had been trying to resolve an issue with my accounts for over a month.

Whenever I tried to speak to customer service agents I will either get someone really helpful, but who cannot help me or an absolutely horrendous customer service agent with a bad attitude who doesn't want to help and cuts you off.

After I left a bad review, however, the issue was miraculously solved within the day... funny that.

They are the worst service ever. There is no customer support. I wonder how they are still in business. For 3 weeks I'm trying to setup my bank account and every time they approve it and then refuse my bank transfer. They never reply to any emails or solve anything.

Payoneer is a really cool service. The problem with it is that it has bad UI and it's support section is just terrible. And it would be nice to provide some user-friendly info about fees and related stuff with examples so people would get more details on how to use their accounts wisely.

I have never had any issues with Payoneer. I don't understand why they have such a low rating. I withdraw money from my card at almost all ATM machines, I use it to make purchases both online and in stores, and most of all, funds get deposited on my card almost immediately they get sent. Even when I lost my card, I had a replacement sent to me within few days. I have been using Payoneer for many years and I've never had anything to complain about.

I have had to initiate a contact with customer service 3 times for the same issue. I received an email stating that my bank account issues were resolved and yet I'm still pending payments. My husband uses the same bank account and his payment was posted less than a week after setting up his account. I have been dealing with this issue since middle of September.

The fact that you have to go through so much to change the bank account information is ridiculous. Especially in today's world where I can easily change my information with the click of a button. Simply for that, I do not recommend them. I've already spent a lot of time changing my bank information on all my other credit cards and ACH payments that I don't have time to deal with this.

This annoyed me so much that I made an account simply to post this review.

About 17 days ago, Payoneer asked me to provide some document. I provided them and they emailed me that it will take 3-5 business days to verify it. About, 17 days have already passed till now, despite of many calls, they are just saying that we have set it on high priority and waiting for the approval from Verification Department. What type of policy is that? Instead of 5 business days, on maximum side, about 17 days have passed, and I am still waiting for their email...

The Customer Service Rep. That assist me is very considerate and helpful. This month, I did not meet the minimum threshold amount of money to be able to transfer funds on my bank account. As a solution, he adjust my Payoneer funds a little bit for me to be able to transfer it on my bank account. I thought it will be deducted on my future client payments but he assure me it will not be deducted. I'm very grateful for this excellent customer service. Thank you, Payoneer.

Very poor customer service. They offer NO HELP and keeps MY OWN money on hold for an unjustifiable reason. Even the supervisor I spoke with said the same thing as her reps did. I will not recommend your platform to anyone. So much of a hassle.

They put schemes for me not to close the account without having made use of it at any time. They even branded me a liar saying that my date of birth is wrong!

I've been trying to get the damn account closed for two months or more and nothing! Every time a person more stupid than the previous one answers me.

Very good company to make business with, especially if you travel a lot worldwide. Most banks usually put a lot of restrictions, but Payoneer makes it a lot easier for me. I encourage everyone to use payoneer as your bank on the go.

They make you wait if you are seeking a refund for any payments that you've made to a merchant and needs a refund. Then conveniently after 3-4 weeks, they tell you that since the payment was processed more than 10 days ago the money cannot be refunded back. STAY AWAY. This is not a user-friendly system especially for those that are paying for a service as the money is not in an escrow- they take absolutely no responsibility for the money. I have worked with other payment companies which have much better customer service. I have no idea how the US allows such companies to exist where you can lose your money with no way to get it back -

I have had a long and good experience with Payoneer as a freelancer, and they really have played a key role in me accessing funds from abroad after receiving payments from my clients! It's a safe and fast way to do a business transaction!
However, I'd recommend they reduce the fees a bit for people withdrawing money abroad...
