Getting approved on this account is a tortuous experience. The customer message center on the site does not communicate if there is a problem with your paperwork. It just says your account will be reviewed over the next several business days. Several business days? And they don't send you emails to your email account either. The only way you'd know if there was a paperwork issue is if you call customer service AND are lucky enough to get a live agent. Thank God for Navila who helped me work through the paperwork process.
I'm waiting for my issue to be resolved but the agent is reactive and good service quality. Hope to get response as soon as possible.
