Update: middleman fixed the incorret seller username and the payment has been successfully refunded. -----------------------------------------------------------

Its been 2 days waitting for a response i placed an order and completed the payment but the seller has issues with his account so we both agreed to cancel the deal before even the 3 way converation start, ive connacted the middleman to cancel the order but no reposne just automated reply, i waited for the 3 way convertaion to start and then canceled the order from there, but i noticed the seller username is incorrect i accidentally put another username that i was going to make a deal with at the same time, i opened a super urgent ticket to fix this mistake but heard nothing from the support... again just auomated replies...so i decided to contact the guy ive put his name by mistake to cancel the order from his side and thanks god he did, now the order is canceled from both sides, but it doent seem right the purshaed account from another seller so again i opened another ticket with middleman to cancel my order and issue a refund not repsone yet and its been 2 days, am going to be patient and wait for another day but if i havent heard back from them ill open a dispute on my paypal debit to refund me.

Lets be clear on this one: Playerup is clearly the most secure place to buy game accounts. They clearly try to advance the buyers interests vs. the sellers interests. The Middleman process allows you to securely purchase an account through a 3rd party (with verification required), and they offer some insurance options to protect yourself even further after buying an account. Now on to the one bad part: The first transaction is going to take a while. I'm not going to sugarcoat that, expect the first Middleman transaction (when you're an unverified account) to take a long time. They're clearly backed up on initial verifications and make that pretty clear if you start a support ticket. I'm still in the process of my first transaction, and though it has been extremely slow. It's clear that it's a secure process, and let's be honest with each other, would you rather have a fast process that's insecure or a slow process that's secure? In the less than safe world of buying gaming accounts, you want the latter. I'll make future transactions on Playerup and hope that my current transaction is wrapped up quickly so I can buy more :) As an update. My transaction was completed, it went by very smoothly. I recommend that you buy from sellers on the site who have "High" feedback, as they will give you the easiest buying process.

I sold an account on PlayerUp weeks ago. The buyer confirmed that they successfully received the account. I submitted a payment request and then... nothing. I followed up in the ticket and via their Telegram account. The only response I got was "one moment here" and a new ticket saying I would be paid within 96 hours. It's been weeks since then. I've since followed up but they just ignore my messages. I've also lost the ability to log in.

UPDATE: Their support rep's reply is dishonest. He says it's a site-wide issue, but I can log in with an account that I just created with no problem ("winnebago" in the screenshots), and I lost the ability to log in right after I contacted the buyer as I said I would in the Telegram chat. Furthermore, a month ago, they told me that they had suspended the transaction, apparently because they are backlogged (wtf?). When I told them last week that I couldn't log in, they never replied.

As you can see, it is nothing but endless delay and obfuscation from them. They have no problem taking money from buyers but they seem to have a lot of difficulty either turning it over to sellers or just being honest and telling them: "we have your money and we're keeping it."

UPDATE 1: After I post this review, they message me inmmediately :)) .
However, they still only answered around and didn't say anything about the money they were keeping. They tried to tell me remove the review then they will check my issue but I know they will not do anything. And I true, they do not do anything.

I'm a seller on this website from 2017 and It was all fine. But from 2021, they hold my money for the sold accounts without any reason and never paid to seller!
I wait nearly 2 years for a cashout (from November 2021) with $623.
I had contacted site support, VIP support, message them on Discord, Telegram,... they seen but never response!
I'm reposting this review, because they try to hold my money one time before but I posted a bad review on Truspilot. They basically told me that i had to take down the original review in order to proceed with my transaction, and they do that after 1 month.
Now, they are banned from trustpilot, and they make it look like they withdraw from there on their own will. They seem to get butt hurt when a review like this claiming that they're scamming people arises.
Never try to sell or buy anything with this website if you don't want to lose money!

Recently i bought an item for a game, but i need to activate my order. So i wanted to activate it, pressed on activate order, but i couldnt activate it because i havent got the permission to. Thats because i have that stupid "high risk" status on my account, without any reason. Ive seen some conversations about this, where the admin removed the status. *TL:DR Site has no intention to pay sellers at all. They will ignore you and you will never see your money. Absolutely a scam

I continue to be ghosted on my payout and my reviews here are even getting deleted. No one replies to my messages and I'm very tired at this point. If you are thinking about selling an account here, do NOT use middle man unless you dont mind seeing your money in a year or so

EDIT 1: They keep saying site will be back online and that is the reason for the delay, but their site has been online since mid august and nothing has happened. Weird

EDIT 2: Middleman has reached out 10/19 and closed my transaction as "merged" and asked me to recashout. I dont know what that means and now I cant message them on a closed thread. Just poor planning and service overall

EDIT 3: It's been 4 months of ghosting, no one is replying on Telegram, Facebook, their website, and their discord is a dead link. If it wasnt obvious, STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A SELLER and also report to FTC as much as you can. I can no longer count on this money any time in the future

EDIT 4: They keep asking for paypal invoices to be corrected just to buy even more time not to pay. They have also said like 3 times my payment is being expedited. It's been almost a year since my transaction..
