Hello I like to use this website to sell and buy accounts its safe i really like the idea but the only negative thing is that the support this has been 1 month me trying to get my 6.50 credits withdrawed to my paypal never got a serious answer... the other thing i need from support was that i got the high risk and a negative review from not completing a trade? I was out of stock many people bought i even took the post down after a day due to high demand i dmed that guy i said in the convo of the 3way conv to refund the buyer cant give him due to high demand one more thing is that someone tryed to buy something from me i got a email saying my ITEM SOLD the guy was called axxcount i dont know why the 3 way convo is still not opened

1. Sold an account, gave credentials to buyer. He confirmed delivery, I opened a ticket to get paid and it had an ETA of 24-144h, asked support about being paid on like 3rd and 6th day and no answer. Finally took my account back (temporarily) and made a bad review and I was instantly being dealt with and told to delete my review for now. Gave account back to buyer and I was added to another waiting list, had to wait 4+ days. Finally got paid

2. I sold account for 180$, buyer paid 5.4$ FEE ON TOP of the 180$. I was written to receive 156.6$ due to me having to pay the buyer's and my own payment processor's fee (10% buyer + 3% mine) AND when I finally received it, Paypal took ANOTHER 8.76$ from me. Final I received of the 180$ account I sold: 147.84$. A loss of 32.16$. Chatting with support they sent 10$ to offset the fee when I deleted my negative review. Their support's messages: "Please close that issue offsite"

"No Transaction Fees. We pay all fees your payment processor would charge you" - Info on their Sellers Guide
3. Customer support seems to be a 1-man job. Don't bother with their site's chats or ticket system, they don't answer there. I messaged on Telegram and FB messenger and they answered there, though only like once a day and max 5 minutes of chat time.
In Conclusion: Lost ~23$ of the 180$ I sold my account for, lots of nerves and 2 weeks of my time.

It took a few days for someone to get ahold of me but someone got ahold of me to resolve it on monday
Edit: I fixed it. Sorry the problem was not on their end but mine. All good and my order iscompleted.

CONTACTED THEM ON TELEGRAM CHAT AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WAS FULLY REFUNDED FROM THAT SCAM SELLER. THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING ME PLAYERUP.
When it comes to buying or selling virtual assets, trustworthy and reliable platforms are a must. Unfortunately, PlayerUp (playerup.com) doesn't seem to be one of them. After reading through reviews from previous users, it is apparent that there are many valid concerns regarding their services.
Almost every customer who claims to have had no response to messages, or payment, from support or middleman on the site itself in weeks, months, or even years in some cases, found that after posting a negative review about their experience, they were contacted almost immediately with a claim that their problem would be expediated when they 'resolve their offsite issues', ie remove their negative review.
Many customers did this only to return again and repost claiming they were then back to being ignored again
Customers who put their trust in the PlayerUp platform only ended up losing more money in the process.
The middleman service offered on the platform is another issue. According to reviews, the middleman essentially does nothing after taking your money. Essentially, you pay them for nothing but a chat room. It doesn't seem like a valuable service in any way, shape, or form. Plus, the middleman support team seems to be less than helpful if any issues arise after a transaction.
There have also been concerns raised about the presence of scammers on the site. PlayerUp may claim to be a legitimate provider of virtual assets, but it appears that there is a risk of being scammed by other users. This type of environment is not conducive to building trust between buyers and sellers.
Bottom line? It's tough to put faith in a website that's riddled with issues. With all the negative feedback about PlayerUp, it's crucial to urge users to avoid the platform entirely. We cannot in good conscience recommend their services and suggest that you find another platform that's safer, transparent, and trustworthy.

Twice I put up negative reviews here only for my naive/hopeful self to take them down as requested in accordance of processing my order, whereby the buyer paid with their player balance.
It's a scam site just to be clear - they have no intention of paying.
I will not be replying now to any messages at Playerup or emails.

Only way to resolve this now is to see an email notification from paypal of funds deposited.

I accepted buyers offer who states: "I have purchased and submitted the order". I see no sign of $80 being paid. No reply and no sign of any funds appearing last 3 days.

Its been 2 days waitting for a response i placed an order and completed the payment but the seller has issues with his account so we both agreed to cancel the deal before even the 3 way converation start, ive connacted the middleman to cancel the order but no reposne just automated reply, i waited for the 3 way convertaion to start and then canceled the order from there, but i noticed the seller username is incorrect i accidentally put another username that i was going to make a deal with at the same time, i opened a super urgent ticket to fix this mistake but heard nothing from the support... again just auomated replies...so i decided to contact the guy ive put his name by mistake to cancel the order from his side and thanks god he did, now the order is canceled from both sides, but it doent seem right the purshaed account from another seller so again i opened another ticket with middleman to cancel my order and issue a refund not repsone yet and its been 2 days, am going to be patient and wait for another day but if i havent heard back from them ill open a dispute on paypal to refund me.

Unfortunately the buyer did not have the expansion "Forza Horizon - Storm Island", which he assured me he had and which is the only reason I want to buy the account. I will ask for a refund, this is definitively too frustrating for me. It is also very unclear how the buyer can change information regarding the seller an viceversa. I just hope I get my money back. ASAP I will ask PayPal for help.
UPDATE: The support contacted me and is working on the case... For now I give it 4 stars for the reassuring call! I will give more stars and close the PayPal case, if this issue is completely clarified (either with a refund or if another item will be provided to me).
ORIGINAL ISSUE: I did a transaction. Well I tryed that. It did not work out, because the buyer did not send the account. I changed the status to Buyer - Cancel order. The buyer wanted to set to Seller Cancel order, but the option was obscured. PlayerUp support did not answer, but after a while took my cancelation request away. I will have now to open a case via PayPal. I hope I get the money back.

This place is a scam - it is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. When they do get in touch, they will not provide the support/progress you are asking for (sometimes for weeks/months at a time).
I sold an account using their middleman "service". The service is claimed to be free (everywhere you look it says so, it's not easy to find out what are the actual fees), but eventually you will learn that it is in fact subject to ~13% fee which gets lower the more transactions you do with them. Theoretically as an exchange for this fee you should get a professional support, safeguarding the transaction, someone to guide both sides through the transaction etc.In reality you get none of that. In fact, you also don't get your money as the seller. In my case the account that I was selling was purchased in May, and I still did not receive a penny from that.
At first I could not get a single reply from them, and I used all available methods of communication - I sent several DMs on the website, used 2 facebook chats, reddit etc. Only after digging on the internet I found out they had a Telegram where they did reply (that was in late June), only to give me false hope, as still nothing changed. I wanted to get my payment, selected payment method (PayPal) and provided everything only to find out that instead they processed it as a transfer to their website's "wallet", where they later on initiated the cashout process (that was 2 months after they received the payment from the buyer), even though I did not ask for putting this to their wallet (that's one of the "payment methods") but to get it payed out. Again- nowhere on their page you will find out that this is their standard process. After that they did not process the cashout - I waited for weeks, sent several DMs and messages on Telegram and everywhere else and was ignored.
I then posted negative reviews on a few pages (including this one) and they reached out instantly, asking to put these reviews down in exchange for expediting the process. I foolishly agreed, hoping to get my money - but unfortunately no. Finally they replied, saying they have some issues with PayPal and asked to issue them a PayPal invoice, which I did, to no effect. Again waiting for several weeks only for them to kindly reply that they won't be able to process this as paypal and asked for an alternative method of payment. That was 1 month ago. Until now I still haven't received replies to my latest messages, or my money, 4 months after the transaction.
