I bought something in the picture its looks like it is 4 feet long when i got it it was 4' long & they would not take it back or give me back my money
Be aware of false advertisement Poshmark allows. I bought pajama showing both top and pants on the picture and I only received the top. Poshmark is not helping me with this issue. They won't allow me to return it and get money back. I totally overpaid for a used piece of pajama top.
So I ordered a blouse from real real. Com. A clothing seller. Somehow poshmark got our account information and charged us three consecutive days causing an overdraft on our account costing us $110.00 iin bank fees. We are filing with the better business bureau and consulting an attorney for a class action law suit.
I recently found Poshmark and thought it was an excellent idea to recycle good clothing and accessories, but it is not! Many sellers want a lot of money for used items and then add the shipping plus no return if it doesn't fit. If a seller doesn't send you the item you've purchased you have to wait 7 days (to the minute of purchase) to cancell. A waste of time and energy. Do yourself a favor... don't buy from this company
Ebay makes more sense with shipping based on the weight and distance. I also have been sent incorrect items twice and then instead of donating ( they were junky) - I have to repackage and send within 2 days to get a refund. Not my favorite site- I like Ebay, Mercari and even swap much better!
On Poshmark for a month - joined at the recommendation of a friend. Lots of time put into listing items, amassing followers, etc. No sales even first sale is given a promo discounted shipping charge to buyer. Many hours spent with nothing to show for it. No sales - nothing. Thanks but no thanks.
Complete scam. Trust me. No electronics. No clothing. Shower caps makeup bag get
This apron. Total scam. Two piece bathing suit size xs can't make this up. Spent over $200 for this no name
Brand nothing. TOTAL SCAM

There are probably more good reviews than not. Poshmark is great until something goes wrong. Like them losing your check in the mail. Happens more often than not actually. I sold something a month ago and still have yet to get the $ for it. They stopped answering my emails regarding it and there is no phone number to contact anybody. So i have been stuck emailing them, begging them to answer. Still out $100, still no e-mail. Goodluck & cross your fingers
How about making 4 purchases and only having 1 seller actually send you your product. Thats been my experience with Poshmark. Its a wonder they still exist with zero seller accountability. 4:1 odds is worse than AliExpress. And thats saying a lot. I cancelled my Acct and am taking my business back to EBay.
Several orders I submitted never arrived (although I ended up canceling and didn't get charged). Also, my request for a return for a non-fitting item was denied. Don't think of them as "Amazon". I would not recommend it.
Tip for consumers:
No. Really trying to help others. I wouldn't put my money in there.

I either didn't receive what I ordered or was not able to return what didn't fit so none.
Poshmark is making killing at Buyer and Seller expense. They take 20% of your sale which means you must increase the price of the product from what you would sell it at to make any reasonable amount. Also the seller is responsible for discounts and extra shipping. I am just waiting for a competitor to make a similar platform which takes half the amount Poshmark does. 10% or a flat $2 per sale reasonable 20% for what?
Do not do business with these people! They are crooks and liars! I placed many weeks ago and never received my order. Tried to request a refund with no success. Could not complete the registration1 Poshmark is garbage!
Being a buyer on this site at first, I had a positive experience. However, when I became a seller, the experience quickly changed my perspective of this company. Terrible customer service! They approved a false buyer complaint saying that the scarf I sold them was inauthentic when I had the picture of the scarf tag included in the photos prior to the buyer purchasing the item! I bought the scarf 5 years ago and sorry I didn't have the receipt after that long! What's the point of selling used items if they want proof of purchase for every single item? They will never receive another dime of my money!
They are willing to lose a customer and get a negative review for $40. Ugg shoes that are obviously mismarked, not correct size OR irregulars that get exiled to a discount store and then bought by Poshmark Sellers to re sell, maybe unknowingly that they are defective. So I bought Ugg clogs size 6 which is every shoe I own including Uggs, that fit like they are a size and a half bigger. No exaggeration. They are in great condition and really pretty but I cant wear them. There's about 2 inches of heel sticking out like I'm playing dress up and wearing my mother's shoes. Shame on Poshmark not allowing a return.
I'm both a buyer and seller on Poshmark. My issue on selling is that you barely get the money that people pay. If you sell something under $15 poshmark takes a fee of $2.95, plus the buyer has to pay $5.00 for shipping. I sold an item for $5.00 and only got $2.05 out of it, but the buyer had to pay $10. Purchases over $15 have 20% taken out of the profit. I sold a bundle with six items including new jeans, an Under armour sweater, and shorts for $60. The buyer paid $65, I got $48, and Poshmark got $17. Imagine how much they make a day! I also buy things from there and often receive items with stains and/or rips, but it's really hard to get your money back. I spent almost $500 on there and only about $200 of the stuff actually fit me and was in decent condition. Sellers often sell things they aren't supposed to (used swimwear, books, dvds, etc.). They also overcharge for items. You rarely get sales because most of the people on there want to sell.
Was not satisfied with my purchase and Poshmark practically wanted a blood sample before considering return of item and refund. Continually asked for more and more proof of item, treated Like a criminal almost. First and last purchase I'll ever make with them
This is the deal! Most of the clothes are in excellent condition. They are all brand name. If I post a blouse for $25 that is normally $50 and it is in excellent condition, I would say that is a great deal! If you want cheaper prices go to the freaking Goodwill! I'm taking all of my stuff off Poshmark. 20% is BS. We are making some yahoo a very rich man! F that!
Tip for consumers:
It’s not worth it! Do not make him rich!
Ted Baker clothing sizes run Size 1 (small), Size 2 (medium), Size 3 (large), and Size 4 (extra large). I purchased a Ted Baker dress which was advertised as a Size 4. When the dress arrived, the tag read Size 2. It obviously did not fit. Customer Service refused to intervene and give a refund. According to them, the seller was not fraudulent; the seller simply converted the England size to American size. Even if that was true... a Ted Baker Size 2 (medium)... is not equivalent to an American size 4 (extra small). I tried to reason with customer service twice. Whereas they were unyielding, I gave up and hope to sell the dress on Ebay. I will never use Poshmark again.
Tip for consumers:
Be very careful with this site.

Do not shop here. I bought a very cute looking "mini" skirt. When I received it, it was down below my knees, I am average height if 5'5''. Poshmark refused to let me return and get a refund saying it wasnt a misrepresentation. In what world does a mini skirt goes past your knees? They wouldnt hear me at all and just denied my refund. As a business owner I would be out of business if I treated my customers like this. I would never shop here again and hopefully neither will you.
I have been on Poshmark less than a month and have already made over $450 selling my old clothes on the app! It's so easy to use! I love it! Also I have made quite a few purchases too as there are tons of great deals on there! Please use my referral code NGZUX when you sign up and you will get a $5 credit towards your first purchase! Thanks! :)
Little or no customer service. Unable to respond to reviews. More sellers than buyers. Ridiculously low offers and no guidelines on offers. NWT or near new from my closet and I lost money vs. what I paid, I didn't expect to get new value, but really low offers on nice items. Liking and sharing social aspect doesn't drive expected traffic/hits. App only operates for selling on tablet or phone, no PC or Mac. Wish I'd never signed up.
Hello,
I have been with Poshmark for some months and realized that they have not deposited any of my sales money into my account. My first sale was months ago and I just had another sale last week and still the money is not in my account. I looked all over the site and can't find a number or anyway to converse with them, so I reached out to an Ambassador and awaiting a reply! How can I just close my account?
Tip for consumers:
Poshmark is not depositing my sells into my personal account. There is no one to reach out to, no contact information.

None, I’m selling and not receiving my money in my bank account.
Bought a white jacket from Poshmark. It was filthy when I received it, stains on the collar and sleeves, obvious wear on the inside of the jacket, hair under the buttons, snags in the material, stains on the sleeves, all of which was not disclosed in the sellers pics or ad. I filed a claim and Poshmark ruled against me because I altered the item before I made the claim(washed the item trying to get the stains out). $81 for a jacket I can't wear
There is a poshmark seller whom I bought a shirt from and had to send it back because it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke. She is already reselling the item and this should not be allowed since it's so unhealthy to send that item with such large amounts of carcinogenic material. I can't even post on her item because she has blocked me and so I want to warn others and help prevent unethical scams! This site is full of deception. It sounds like a great idea (save the planet by not producing more clothes and help a fellow human) but the products are faulty and the sellers are doing shady business. Save your money and don't get scammed!
I sold and shipped $60 pants. The USPS tracking showed them as delivered but the buyer claimed she never got them. The Poshmark investigated and released my payment as well as fully compensated the buyer. In my opinion, it shows how Posh cares about their sellers AND buyers. I'm sold and will stay with Posh for a long time.
Please read. I view high end clothing from fashion houses and buy online. I was targeted by this site. I write contracts so the 1st thing I did was look at the terms which no one ever does. This is the fine print. Poshmark tells you that to use their site you agree to the terms, if you don't you are using the site illegally so basically ANYTHING you buy you are screwed. However the terms state that Poshmark is putting you in touch with a third party, whom ever is selling the product. That's Poshmark's only job. They are not responsible if the seller sells you damaged, fake, wrong sized, wrong color merchandise. So you have no right to a refund with Poshmark. Your complaint is with the seller and you would have to go after this person. I know ppl don't want to read through the print but it is so important. It depends how honest the seller is. And there is no way to check.
So the seller had already sold one of the 2 items I ordered and paid for but it took her a week to tell me that. I am so mad. I asked for a full refund, we shall see what happens with that. I will never order or recommend this site to anyone. This is terrible customer service, she didn't know for a week the item wasn't available and now has my money?
